Value was controlled by market, second visit to look at floor plans the price jumped 10k over a one week period (new quarter apparently). All homes are skyrocketing in price though due to demand and lack of availability in the open real estate market. But not having to haggle / bid over price was priceless. Lennar used quality products, and a few of the upgrades where a nice touch. The sales team was great, Sarah & Paige were responsive, flexible and were very much not the pushy type. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my availability to accommodate whatever I needed. Personable and professional at all times. Construction manager Jason was a nice touch with construction updates, I think with the materials being so in demand he was able to notnhave any major delays, which is impressive (I felt the effect in my industry) and home was handed over when originally promised. Roger with warranty, I Had a single repair to get done after final walk through. It was done on time, when he said it would be done. New parts used, not old parts fixed or adjusted. Throughout the entire process there was very poor communication.

Everything is included with the price of the house.

Very convenient moving in with all the amenities included.

Workmanship of the home could have been much better not so impress on how it was put together. Found to many defects backyard could have been leveled much better etc. Eagle Mortage office set me up for failure, informing and was written on my contract that HOA was paid monthly then I get a bill from spectrum stating I had a balance and a late payment fee added to my bill of $40. Spectrum has informed me HOA is paid annually. This could have been avoided if I was given proper instructions. Eaglemortage should be liable for the late fee, since I was not at fault. From our sales consultant to the mortgage company to the construction engineer they were all so helpful. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. If we had to leave a voicemail or email they were quick to respond. We know we made the right decision to purchase a Lennar home.

Buying from Lennar has been a wonderful experience.

We have purchased 8 homes over the last 40 years, 3 of them were new builds. This Lennar home is the best of all of them - the quality & beauty of the finishes really impressed us. The 30-day follow up customer service was very responsive - they came to us to see if there were any repairs needed, we didn’t have to hound them! Love our Lennar home!

I had a great experience from start to finish and there were no delays at all. The weekly updates during the construction phase was extremely helpful. I also had a great experience interacting and working with all the individuals from different teams. The only time I felt a slight disconnect was during my closing which I feel could have been handled a little better. But considering the COVID situation, I think they did a fantastic job.

We love our home. Lennar’s attention to detail and the great quality they put in our home make this a lovely place for us. We love the layout. Bedrooms are separated well. The bathrooms and kitchens are top notch. Lots of well thought of cabinet space and a generous pantry. Room sizes and closet space is such a great asset. The outside is so pretty. Beautiful landscape and a nice size lot. We have had our share of builders and Lennar is number one to us. Thank you Lennar.

Our overall experience was smooth sailing! Some issues still need to be resolved, but they are being handled.

Home quality is very high and well built. Many nice touches to the house such as bull nose on both the wall corners and window edges.
