We love our new home, Lennar has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish!

Many issues after closing

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.

Mireya worked with us until the end she was very helpful

Lennar is aggressive to make the sale happen, much slower to respond to warranty requests.

I been closed this house for about 4 months and lennar still need to repair stuff from my house, I been losing money all this time. and just one or two persons call me to see what happens, but I still waiting. so disappointed

I wouldn’t recommend this builder.

Never again will I do business with these people, ever again. poor construction with numerous issues after sale. Would never recommend them to even my worse enemies

From beginning to the end Lennar and their representatives made the home buying experience fun and educational. Their flexibility and genuine care for their customers was most beneficial for us. Would recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a rewarding experience.

While I more than understand deadlines, milestones and budgets, I find it hard to believe that some things were just overlooked. Im not convinced that there were quality checks made to confirm whether or not a job was done right let alone completed before being signed off on. I have floor planks that are obviously not level, trim cut too long or short, rug already not laying flat (I barely have furniture), The more time I spend at home, the more I notice things that were missed or carelessly completed. Definitely tainted my brand new home buying experience. To top it all off, issues with the actual community have been turned over to a HOA that is unresponsive, unclear and definitely not present. ... More

We love our house but I am worried about how it’s going to last. Lennar seemed great before our house was sold but we have seriously struggled to get any of our warranty work done. They are unresponsive and often just don’t show up when scheduled. It’s been months and the works not done. Following up with them gets exhausting.

My house has had 3 plumbing issues in 3 months. They've had to rip walls down, take out the floors and appliance, and repaint. I lost work time, my family and friends had to take time while all this work was done. Let's just say Lennar does not keep good on their promises. This was also my first home buying experience and it has been awful.

quality of the home built and the service is great

Sales person was great! The girls that did one of the walk thru with me was so patient and my final walk thru with C was excellent. Explained everything and I was able to call him if I had any questions.

Exceeded my expectations. Materials are great qualities. Lennar homes are well made.

Lennar's quality of workmanship and value for price can't be beat. The limited options available for upgrades is great as it eliminates the nickel and dime mentality that most home builders partake in. However buying a home is a large investment and there should be a limited opportunity to customize where it doesn't impact cost or timelines. Being told no for every little thing is very off putting.

The purchase process was as advertised. It's a house in a box, and they were going to build it whether we bought it or not. The staff was super helpful throughout the process and flexible with our schedules. The home itself is beautiful on the surface, but the quality and craftsmanship have us seriously doubting that we'd ever buy another. Simple things like sloppily painting over debris instead of clearing it first have been extremely disappointing. And it's not just spot issues, this stuff is in every room. It's not just cosmetic issues either. We have a vaulted ceiling and about 60 lf of functional railing that's just not sturdy. It wobbles with the slightest touch. We don't trust it and we have a small child in the home. Things like that are unacceptable in a new build of this price point. We've also been disappointed with the post construction cleanup on our roof, gutters and yard. Lennar posts a sign in every community about their cleanup policy "Every Trade, Every Day" or something like that. It couldn't be farther from the truth. There was always a massive mess of trash, beer bottles, nails, screws, scrap metal, etc. At closing we saw entire magazines of nails in our yard. To this day we have rusty nails, scrap metal, etc. littered throughout our yard and all over our roof and gutters. It's basic cleanup work that we shouldn't have to do to move into a safe home. ... From start to finish the process was handled very smoothly. Our sales advisor Doug kept us informed throughout the journey. Doug was instrumental in getting us in our home. Along the way Eagle Mortgage paved the way for great financial assistance through the whole process. Vince and Joe ensure issues are handled in quick order. Their was completeness to the process.
