Quite house, build is quick. The finish is sloppy

Siding not finished on house. Decking done incorrectly with wrong materials. Gray hole filler used on dark brown cabinets, looks like paint spatters. Grading on lot buried construction debris such as nails, wood & metal scrap, etc. No warning when tradesmen would show up AFTER move in Surprise! Material used on back porch were not what was sold to us nor per plans submitted. Cracks and nail pops never fixed. Touch-up on paint not done. Repeated attempts to resolve deck and siding issues gone unanswered. Grading not done to code 3:1, Hit house numerous times with large machinery. I am happy with the builder. Home is very high quality.

I am in love with the area where this new town home is. I love everything about it, except it, needs more storage space. Everything else fantastic. Not to big not to small just right. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Really wish they would've taken there time more. You can really tell the house was rushed with quality of workmanship. I would've liked to move into a new house and not a 90% complete house. The first month was nothing but people coming fixing holes, texturing walls, painting, stucco repair, washing machine flooding, two windows not opening, damaged cabinets, missing/damaged molding, etc. It was quite irritating having tradesman in our house fixing things on a house that wasn't finished. Unfortunately with my kids starting their new school 3 days after the scheduled closing we had no choice but to move in. Take a few extra weeks and give people a quality house. I wouldn't buy a Lennar again. ... More

Find a different builder.

Not a terrible experience overall. Workmanship is so so, but they are pretty responsive to any issues that come up. Working with their Financing company is terrible so if you can get your own financing I would highly recommend that

We really do love our house and our home buying experience was good. We enjoyed working with Paul. Unfortunately, we just found out that they are building traditional homes with vinyl siding directly next to us. It doesn't appear to be cohesive with the rest of the neighborhood and we feel it will impact our home value negatively. We purchased in this neighborhood based on the current style of homes (Charleston style with hardie plank). We did not want to live in a traditional neighborhood. We would not have purchased this home if we had known. Incredibly disappointed.

Some minor workmanship issues but superb maintenance support, easy to work with building manager and builder, very supportive sales manager (the best), I love the house all in all.

When things needed fixing, it took a long time to do it correctly

subcontractor and superintendent have come out to fix thing and just make thing worse. My Husband and I have been in the construction industry for many years and this is the worst customer service. maybe you should have the subcontractor and superintendent who built the model build the rest of the development very disappointing.

Very great builders, on time with house delivery.

My experience with my previous home builder was very good. I came here expect ing same or better, but they just dont seem to care once the sale is made.

In my home inspection more than 80 defects were identified to be fixed. They did not fix even 10%. They missed almost all appointments.

Lennar was extremely helpful, fast and Lennar does quality work. All interactions with sales people, construction workers, etc., was always very pleasant as well as very informative. Any questions were answered and taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Lennar!

Great Quality and worth every dollar spent. I'm happy about the purchase. Please listen to your customer issues, they matter the most in the long run.
