Great exterior and interior design, workmanship, and customer service!

Appearance of house is beautiful, and rooms are bright and spacious. Personnel are friendly and accommodating.

Lindsey and Eric have been awesome. Every minor issue was addressed quickly and with follow up. They have been wonderful to deal with.

Sloppy workmanship. While it is great that Lennar gives you a full year to file issues that you find with your new house and they would come and fix at no cost, I'd rather not have to do that. Especially on kitchen cabinets and outdoor paint job. These are issues that are easily spotted.

These people are amazing. They noticed things in the house that I didn't even noticed, like flat paint instead of gloss. They fixed anything that I noticed after move in with in a week. They even helped me fixed damage that our puppy did after move in. Shout out to Cesar, shawn and david. If I could give more stars I would.

The house is great, but after 4 months living in it, I still have unresolved issues. I've gone through 2 construction managers and 1 supervisor, and at this rate, I have no idea the status on anything... quite frustrating.

These are slap together homes contracted with the lowest bid subcontractors. They do NOT care about quality. They want you to believe you are their priority. Once you sign. Goodluck with any warranty repair. Their contract states they have 60 days and we have been waiting double.

Started to look at new development in N. Fontucky about 2 years ago. Give or take. We new we had to clean up some debt. Earlier, in March, we came back to see if we qualified. And we did. We got on the VIP list. People were super nice. Through the process. Super easy buy. We also went from 3rd phase to 1st phase and got a few extras. Cari was super awesome from the beginning to end. Eagle mortgage has some work to do. Wrong forms , missing forms, wrong prices, and multiple signings. It did match the awesome people before and after the purchase. Now that we purchased our house, the people fixing something here and there ( it's normal) we're pretty cool too. Raul and Brett are very involved. Super responsive. They both take pride in the work they do. I love my house. My neighbors are pretty cool too. I hope they don't hate me because of my dogs. Anyway, I would buy again. My lender though. Love it. You pay for what you get with Lennar. Eagle Home Mortgage is the worst company I have ever worked with.

It seems like everything that needs to be fixed was something not covered. They do respond quickly but it’s nothing that they are responsible for

Multiple issues that took some time to fix. Slow response time. Paint is poor quality and they do the bare minimum. We moved into a smart house but it was a dumb house for a couple weeks due to no communication from builders and subs needed to hook everything up.

Overall good a experience. But critical construction mistakes were made which are being fixed. List: Leak in the foundation wall. Cracks and holes in the drive way. Lot boundaries incorrect (missed by engineers for lot 66 and 67)

Lack of response and poor communication regarding repair needs and concerns.

Builders stood behind their work. Corrected any issues immediately.

I am new Lennar Home owner and very happy with my home purchase so far. Nothing is perfect in life so we can never expect a house which is a man made product to be perfect either. After moving in, if I ever had any minor issue and submitted a service request to Lennar, they have been fulfilled within a very reasonable time and customer service has been excellent.

The overall Lennar experience has been great.

Lennar moved up our completion date by a month but forgot to notify us until we followed up to ask them. When we arrived for the walk-through, we were stunned and dismayed by the amount of work that was not yet done or done incorrectly. They installed the wrong granite countertops and then ripped up our counters to replace them. They pressured us to close on time but didn't deliver our dishwasher until a week after closing. The construction manager actually installed a used model to trick us into closing on time, then lied to us and told us the supplier had sent the wrong model by mistake. As soon we closed, he removed the bogus dishwasher and left pipes disconnected under the sink so that water spilled all over. The quality of workmanship overall was very disappointing for a new home, and the materials were also cheap and shoddy despite the fact that we paid for upgrades throughout. ... More

The house is well insulated, but the lightning and bathroom fixtures need to upgraded. Who ever you are using to finish the yard need to be replaced, because the grade of the back of the house could have been done better, and they just throw the sod down.

We recently moved into a new home during the height of Covid. We are in an area where there are several different home builders. Having window treatments and all appliances included was definitely a benefit. Our neighbors had to rent a refrigerator and go to the laundromat as the back log for new appliances was weeks. My only critique is the quality of the kitchen appliances. The oven, microwave, and refrigerator are adequate. However, the dishwasher was bottom barrel as cheap as they get. After only 4 months, we’ve already replaced the dishwasher. It would be nice if Lennar had an option to upgrade appliances. ... More
