Do not buy, run away. Sales team made false promises, they are just looking for your money. No quality and construction issues left and right. Tile issues, plumbing issues, poor worksmanship, cutting corners everywhere. They want to save on everything.just expect atleast 4walls.

I closed on a townhouse on Dec. 30 and there were many problems (interior bifold doors missing, missing bath vanity, missing trim pieces, ants and spiders everywhere, etc) Plus, the overall job was extremely sloppy and unacceptable. I have spent the last two months trying to get the multitude of issues corrected so I can rent out the house. To date I have lost 2 months of rent. I am a single mom of two who lived with family for many years in order to save to be able to buy a home. I shopped for a house for a solid year before deciding on one. Lennar took what should have been an exciting and happy event and turned it into the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Overall very bad experience!!! I never ever recommend to anyone to buy Lennar Home and whole team is sucks! They play lot of Gimmick to buyer. Lazy and did the bare minimum when it came to supervision of subcontractors. It definitely shows in the final product. Quality and schedule both suffered. The quality is a C- at best and the schedule was non existent. Lennars best quality is the community that’s all, as far as a builder the peopl from start to finish do no justice for the brand. Bad quality construction, cheap products. Lennar has very customer service and zero post-sale commitment. There is no SLA for the resolution of the issues. Uneven flooring, lousy painting, cracks on the walls.

Lennar is TERRIBLE. They would say anything just to get your foot in the door and the contract signed. Then they delay and delay. They even take away promised features just to get the unit “completed” quickly. They promised the Flo water shut off, then didn’t install it because “they ran out”. On the day of closing, I pointed out that my roof is missing ALL circulation vents, and they responded “oh we must have ran out” but I forced them to install it. Home buying experience was as bad as it gets. Delays, LACK of commutation to no communication. Closing date got pushed multiple times. Sales Rep was terrible. Only one person who interacted with us during final inspection was good and as professional you would expect when you are making biggest purchase of your life. I just bought a property at lennar at Lakeland. This is the worst experience I have ever have. They took 2 months to install the motorway and shelves. The ceiling over the island kitchen is already leaking. There is water from the ceiling and leaking over the island kitchen. 2 months.

Agreed to buy home at $30k at 3.99%. The morning of closing they changed rate to 4.79%. Have made 7 warranty claims in 3 months. No windows in back of home that open. Cracks in the ceiling. The underwriting process was awful.

What an absolute nightmare of a home, DO NOT BUY! This is hands down the worst home I’ve ever been in. From the terrible experience with their mortgage team, to getting left high and dry on terrible workmanship, I absolutely do not suggest you buy a Lennar home. Everything on my house was done last minute slapped together and I’ve just taken the beating because it looked good for a solid second. Giant moat in backward won’t get fixed so I’m stuck with a huge landscaping bill. I FULLY REGRET MY PURCHASE. Overall the look is great, but when you look closely at the workmanship it is very shoddy. Shower stalls with tops not finished or caulked, major skips of caulking in showers, uneven & very noisy floors, steps that are slopped from boards with major cracks (which were attempted to be covered with caulking), boards cut too short and filled in spaces with caulking, first floor is VERY COLD, temperatures as low as 46 degrees, chips in all shower stall floor pans and in tub, cabinets not adjusted correctly and hit into walls & appliances, damaged appliances, ...

Let me just say the only person that helped in this whole transaction was Celia. The worst experience was Lennar Mortgage (Christina Z), will NEVER recommend this lender and especially Christina! Dave the "walk through" guy was horrible!!! We never got a proper walk, unless you call a 6 minute walk proper? We were left figuring out how to work everything and search for instructions, still don't have the a/c warranty after asking more than three times... Still going through problems from lies told by Lennar. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER/LENDER!!!!!!!

From the time we put down earnest money this has been a bad purchase. With the exception of Joey Blackledge and Pablo Berrios we have had issues. Price quoted different from price provided after we had to put down earnest money, closing delays and online closing issues, Service issues getting scheduled and call backs, the quality of the build requiring multiple service calls. Lender was not responsive. After the builder ensured us that all of the items on our inspection was complete as well as the items we marked with blue tape, we found several items were still not completed and even noticed quite a few pieces of blue tape were still present at the home delivery meeting. We also had a leak in our brand new roof and a sewer gas smell that took almost a month to resolve.
