My house has had 3 plumbing issues in 3 months. They've had to rip walls down, take out the floors and appliance, and repaint. I lost work time, my family and friends had to take time while all this work was done. Let's just say Lennar does not keep good on their promises. This was also my first home buying experience and it has been awful.

Siding not finished on house. Decking done incorrectly with wrong materials. Gray hole filler used on dark brown cabinets, looks like paint spatters. Grading on lot buried construction debris such as nails, wood & metal scrap, etc. No warning when tradesmen would show up AFTER move in Surprise! Material used on back porch were not what was sold to us nor per plans submitted. Cracks and nail pops never fixed. Touch-up on paint not done. Repeated attempts to resolve deck and siding issues gone unanswered. Grading not done to code 3:1, Hit house numerous times with large machinery. ...

subcontractor and superintendent have come out to fix thing and just make thing worse. My Husband and I have been in the construction industry for many years and this is the worst customer service. maybe you should have the subcontractor and superintendent who built the model build the rest of the development very disappointing.

My previous review was removed by the site owner and it didn't even provide specific detail. If you'd like a first time quality (not 4th time quality) and a well built home, look for another builder. I would never buy from Lennar again nor recommend them to anyone.

By far the worst buying experience we have ever had... We were initially excited to buy a home from Lennar. That excitement quickly faded after it became clear that Lennar's priority was to close on our home regardless of the countless examples of poor workmanship. From the sales office to senior leadership, everyone involved in our home buying process made it clear that meeting Lennar's sales quotas were more important than upholding any standard of quality, honesty or integrity. Will never buy from Lennar again.

We signed our contract for a new home in 2/2019 and were told that we could expect closing to take place sometime around mid-November. When we received an email that our closing date had been pushed up to 10/1 we were thrilled. However in walking it privately we found several items that were incomplete, so we documented them with photographs and sent the information to our sales rep; upon review the closing was pushed back to 10/15, understandably. I can’t believe you have the audacity to ask me to review my experience when we closed the home 4 months ago and my property still NOT done. Starting from our New Home Orientation the house was barely put together without appliances, forcing us to close because your fiscal year was due un November, not caring about the buyer experience whatsoever, to constantly argue with the incompetent staff for the things we already paid for and them arranging contractors to come to our property without consulting with us, having to lost weeks of work just waiting for someone to show up. Get it in writing or it is not true. Get contact info to Construction Manager as soon as you meet your sales person. Hire your own inspector period. Expect closing date to change at least twice. Get extended garage as their standard 2 car garage is smaller than other builders. Prepare for long battle. Over priced for quality you recieve. Not everything is included, not even the instructions or boxes devices come in. REGRET

1. Customer service representatives have extremely poor service, closed service tickets with out get job done. Very lack responsiveness! 2. Quality of all kitchen equipments poor and malfunction, customer service has no knowledge of how to fix it and refused replace malfunction machine. 3. The quality of the town home does not match to the value or worth for the purchase. 4. The quality construction poor- regrettably made wrong decision. The existing homeownerS are not not happy!

I purchased my home as is with 3 months left on the structural warranty but Lennar has denied every warranty claim. Bent metal roofing, missing chaulking around windows and siding, and squeeky subfloors in a 2 year old home are the unsatisfactory workmanship that Lennar refused to repair.

Extremely poor, cheap appliances, bad construction materials. No back-splash in the kitchen, guess bathroom is a sink w/pedestal (no vanity). Tile badly installed, plaster/grout on tile everywhere. This community is closed to a Land-field and bad odor is everywhere.

material they use is cheap and substandard. for example the counter tops and sinks in the bathrooms get stains easy and you can not take it out. a mango on the counter made a stain that is permanent. spices used in cooking around the stove made stains that can not be removed. no toilet or towel holders installed , you pay over 600k and as soon as you move in you have to hire a handyman. i see a lot of people gut their brand new house and change a lot of stuff in their new home before they move in. as i said cheap. they are putting lipstick on a pig and calling it a runway model. so sad.

The quality of detail put into this house is one of the worse I’ve seen for a builder. You can tell they used some of the cheapest contracting companies around. When trying to correct this issues, you’ll get the run around for months. It’s been five months and I’m still trying to get them to fix items. It’s said that you pay a lot of money for these houses and your treated like scum. Document everything, because you’ll probably be bringing them to court.
