Everyone we worked with at Lennar was great to work with and super responsive to any questions or issues we had during the process. Now that we are living in our new home we are watching the building of the new homes on the street behind us and it is amazing to see the precision of the construction process. We are very happy with our Lennar home.

The processing of buying a home can be exciting and overwhelming. Beth and Chris made this process so easy for me. I felt like I had done this a million times. You could not ask for a better team than the kind, helpful folks at Lennar. Want easy application process, fast closing and a helpful construction manager that is always willing to help even after closing look no further than Lennar. Give them a try. Submitted a work ticket to have my doorbell relocated due to it being extremely low compared to other houses and visibility of doorbell camera for my household safety & security. Followed up with sending messages to representative and have not received any response.

Since I bought the house I have had an infinite number of problems with the A / C, the heater, the gas, the quality of the cupboard material, the roof is opening everywhere, the patio is flooded every time it rains and many things more the truth if someone had told me that I was going to fight with all this I would have bought an old house ..

We selected a quick move in home. The process from the initial home view until closing was very easy and the Lennar staff communicated well with us the whole way. Also, a month after closing we noticed a small issue and this was resolved immediately. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in a new home.

Sales office is awful to work with. There were several items that were suppose to be addressed prior to move in, but did not get completed. Once everything was finally address, which took some time, everything has been good.

Extremely poor, cheap appliances, bad construction materials. No back-splash in the kitchen, guess bathroom is a sink w/pedestal (no vanity). Tile badly installed, plaster/grout on tile everywhere. This community is closed to a Land-field and bad odor is everywhere.

We decided to buy our Lennar Home because of how well we felt the home was built (had it inspected by a 3rd party inspector prior to purchase) and all the extras included with the home. We felt this was the best bang for our buck. We have been in our home for 5 months and are still happy with our purchase. We would recommend Lennar to anyone we know.

I had a few issues in my new home that Lennar took months to get repaired. After the New Home Orientation, Lennar had a list of topics to be replaced/repaired, but I still had to open a ticket, follow-up multiple times, escalate to different people by e-mail, and the last problems were finally repaired after 3 to 4 months.

Alot of issue were found in the house, because they rush trying to build it. So we could close on the house. I would have rather waited then have our house rush.

I’m happy with my home however, I had some repair issues that required many and repeated visits.

This wasn’t my first home that I purchased from Lennar. It’s my second purchase. I am very pleased with our second home. The community in which we live is close to everything. Thank you Lennar for helping us get our second home.

There have been a few issues post move-in, and most have been addressed in a very timely manner. There are a few structural issues we have noticed...like cracks down the corners of our walls...which is a little unsettling.

We recently purchased a Lennar home. We were very excited about the purchase. Salesperson and mortgage broker were easy to deal with and they made the process happen very quickly. Once the sale was complete we felt as if we no longer mattered. The zero defects was a joke. We spent hours walking through the home marking areas for repair. 70% of repairs were not completed, the tape was just removed as if it were. We had difficulties entering the home for more than one week. Emails have been slow to receive responses.
