Buying experience was very easy!

Final punch work wasn’t completed , I’ve spoken to the Super and have received promise of completion soon we’ll see .

Below par build quality, misleading sales team, unresponsive lending group.

Our entire process from researching, discussing options, signing contracts, monitoring construction with the manager, and working on responses to ongoing issues after living in our new home has been outstanding with Lennar.

The whole process goes to fast so the quality suffers.

They don’t give enough options

I'll never buy from Lennar again.

Good quality home for price but HOA people never get back to you if you email a question. They can be very rude.

The quality of the final product is above average. Multiple issues are showing up due to the poor job provided by contractors. The responsive time to resolve issues is also poor. It takes weeks before your problem is taking seriously. I was expecting better from a company like Lennar.

Kelly (sales associate) and Andrew (construction manager) are two amazing representatives for Lennar. They were continuously engaged the right amount, responsive to questions/concerns, and got our new home closed timely. We love the OakTree neighborhood, its walking paths, proximity to the Community Park and Carver Elementary School, and the easy access to Hwy 212.

Lennar built its homes sloppily. Poor appliances. Cheap carpet padding. Cheap bath fixtures. The woman who walked us through houses (Priscilla) wanted absolutely nothing to do with me after the sale. No guidance. Nothing. I ended up getting new appliances after 3 months and the company who installed my new ones said they’d never seen such sloppy work with the garbage and cans and nails left behind the old appliances. Dishwasher installed crookedly. Patio door lock broken. I got push back on some of my complaints which I don’t expect when I buy a house Smoke alarm so close to kitchen I had to wave towels to cook so alarm wouldn’t go off. Until I got the new appliances. There was a large selection of home styles and lot locations. Once you decide the size and design of the house you want be sure to ask on what lot this style of house will be built. You can't pick a lot and say I want my house here. The style of house and what lot it will be on has already been decided in the master plan. Then ask what is the release date for that lot and when will the house be finished. Lennar is very good with their projections of when a home will be ready to move in. You need this information so you can plan the sale of your home and when you can move into the new Lennar house. Their scheduling and move in date was right on the money. ... More

We are still in Awe of our new home. We never thought we would have a new home built from the ground up. We thank GOD for allowing us to own one of the Beautiful Lennar homes.

Lennar exceeded my expectations as an "all inclusive" builder

These are quality smart homes with lots of perks

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

We settled in July 2020. All our minor issues were addressed correctly the first time. This is the first time we were building a new home. We were moving from out of the state and had a family member monitor the process for us. They were impressed and decided to build with Lennar

Lori, John and Ben have made the new home experience a breeze.

The experience overall was good. We were disappointed with the quality of some items (the stair railings were slapped together out of necessity and a 5th grader must have painted them), but the flooring was installed with great care it would seem. The appliances are average but the amount of canned lights you get is amazing! I love me a brightly lit home. :-) I would buy from this builder again, but I would also be more vocal during the construction process. The warranty process is easy, but signing off on exactly what they completed is very covert. 5 stars overall would have been so easy to obtain, but I guess profit will always be king. ... More

We had a great experience working with Eleanor at Tree Tops. She was always willing to answer questions and her incredible patience helping with choosing the right home until we closed on it was very comforting . We were also impressed with foreman Jon and his updates on construction during the process. He was with us until every detail was completed to our satisfaction. Truly a great team and we couldn't be happier here in the Tree Tops community. Thank you !

I would like to thank the entire staff for helping me throughout this home buying process. From start to finish everyone was helpful and responsive. I couldn’t ask for a better team!

This has been a nightmare, leak in the ceiling (still kit fixed) not wired for cable/WiFi, mold in the attic, total lack of response.

The service during and after the purchase was top notch, but the quality of work was not worth thr price. Things have been falling apart left and right, and while the response and warranty work has been quick, im 3 months into my purchase, and over a dozen claims. These aren't little things either, light fixtures falling out of the ceiling, closet shelves falling off the wall, major structure issues, but this house had a premium price tag under the guise of "luxury". On the outside the home looks luxurious, but living in the home is now a guessing game of what will break next.
