Good work and customer friendly

Sales rep heather not trust worthy her service was not professional On a scale from one to 1 to 10 I Will give her a 2 Beside the bad customer service from my sales rep Everyone one else was very good

No basis to star rate last 2, so we provided a non-committal 3 stars each What does Trustworthiness mean in this context? And fortunately, we haven't had to judge that. But, I really don't know what you're looking for in the last two. We're basically happy with the house and the community. Annoying items: 1.No ceiling lights in bedrooms and living/dining rooms Lennar rep (mostly very nice and helpful) said some want lights, others, ceiling fans. Our solution: ask the new owners before finalizing. What a thought!?! 2. Ditto for kitchen faucet. No flexible hose spray nozzle. I don't think I've been in a home since the 60's that didn't have a sprayer. I'm having to have an outside plumber do it. 3. The front door opens OUTWARD. Almost everyone who comes in comments on that. Not very shopping bags and boxes friendly. The items above are not deal breakers, but certainly annoying, and we either deal with them with our checkbook or have 3 important negatives in what will almost assuredly be our final home at 74 and 68 years of age. ... we are more than pleased with the buying process from start to finish. No surprises and everything went as planned. After move in, the construction manager has been very helpful with any questions we have had. I highly recommend Lennar for anyone looking for a new built home.

Very poor workmanship on interior doors and trim work. This visual deficiency makes you question the workmanship you can’t see.

Nicely built house for how quick they are built- after moving in and trying to hang pictures on the walls we noticed how bowed the walls are to the point that we cant hang pictures with the command strips.

Great quality and floor plan. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, however, the buying and closing processes were not easy. It took several months to resolve issues that were identified at the pre-closing walk-through.

Buyers do not trust this seller. They attempt to strong arm buyers through threats of pulling on deposits. The Director of Sales for Miami, FL was a tyrant. He openly threatened to make a Veteran family go homeless because he could not grasp the concept that VA loans have certain stipulations for retirees. All of this was done to provide better profit earning for corporate lackeys at the end of the fiscal year. The sales and maintenance teams were using the home as a gathering place or at least it seems. They left a dirty kitchen sink, consuming alcohol beverages while on the job. This is true because these workers left the empty six pack along with the receipt from the grocery store where it was purchased. Some worker urinated in the full bathroom downstairs and never flushed the toilet. I walked into a bathroom with the foul odor of sitting urine in the toilet. The caulk to the stair railings is corroding away. Nothing in the house was correctly leveled out. Walls are not straight and we’re not leveled correctly. My upstairs floor was atrocious. Upon pulling out the carpet you could see the ply wood was not fresh but rather recycled wood, the floor is not leveled and slants/dips in many spots, and there was a hole in the flooring plywood at the top of the stairwell where the worker stuffed some debris or material to maybe think seal the hole. There were gaps in between each piece of plywood flooring, Ceramic tile in the master bedroom bathroom was done hurried as the tile are cracked and there is a nice sized gap between the tile and mirror. The cabinets are not leveled correctly and the counter tops are significantly gapped in some areas. Cabinets are bowed outward in the center. Kitchen countertop was not fully caulked. The cabinet drawers wheels are rail system are failing and I have drawers falling into the cabinet. The floor board of the kitchen cabinets was corroded and loose. The garage was not cleaned out and had all kind a of debris remaining inside of it. The sod was not taken care of by Lennar and I am stuck trying to revive the grass they killed by not doing anything to the lawn. Debris and broken ceramic shingles littered in the lawn due to workers not cleaning up after themselves. Crack shingles and the clay edging On the corners of my house look like mushed clay instead of the perfect diamond shape. Shingles were not sealed and appears to openings on the roof for leaks. The storm shutter frame around the front window is cracked. The Blackfoot of the home actually has a small gap where out light shines through and my air conditioning leaks out. Basically, there was no quality assurance being conducted on my residence during the construction. Sales reps rushed the inspection of the home. Also the smart home provides was not as advertised as the order excluded several services to include the Amazon rep bringing the Sonos speaker!. There is no trust that the one year warranty will be honored the same way closings are held in a lunchroom of their corporate offices with all kinds of personal and privacy act information being flaunted around during the final transaction. ... I was looking for a new construction. Lennar was the first place I looked at and I purchased the very first townhouse they showed me. I worked with Todd to purchase, and with Angelica to qualify for the mortgage. Ken helped me a lot with touring the house, small repairs and other details. The warranty office of the Lennar is always there if I need any repairs or modifications. This has been a nice experience for me.

These are brand new homes and should not have issues with items such as carpet, slump stone walls, smoke detectors going off when the oven is over 400 degrees or you use the self cleaning options etc. Many neighbors are experiencing the same issues but they don't take the time to report it. We are not alone! with the same problems in other homes,. GET THIS FIXED!!

The process was well managed from the start of the negociation to the post-sale attention and repairs. Areas from improvement, I have not yet been assigned a parking space (not an issue since there are only few people living in the building) and the key for the mail box was not delivered until very late...

I've had three minor issues with my home. In each case reporting was easy and Lennar representatives responded quickly and followed up on satisfaction with resolution. I appreciate this level of responsiveness.

We liked Foster City and came across Foster Square and my wife fell in love with it immediately. We were looking for a new home with one floor and this was ideal. The locality is pleasing and convenient. The construction is good and the appliances are good. The fixtures are economical and the wooden doors are light. The private elevator, although cumbersome makes you sleep better. The tandem garage is satisfactory. The price is more than you would expect for a condo of this size but it is Silicone Valley. Suki and Robbie are very helpful. I had a problem with the square footage and could not get any higher up to answer my question satisfactorily. I even emailed director of something but she did not reply my email. But overall my wife is very pleased with the acquisition and we are extremely happy that we have bought a condominium in Foster Square. Lennar builds good housing. ... More

I was pleased with most of the buying experience. The business agent, Alina, was top notch, as was the construction manager, Bob. I have built a nice rapport and friendship with all the Lennar personnel including Joe and Jason. I had some issues in the lending department......

Major repair was performed in one bathroom shower enclosure that was cracked and a poor attempt had been made to cover it up. Plumbing noise during use of hot water supply to upstairs bathrooms. Stucco and paint over spray on all outside windows. All countertops and plumbing fixtures had excessive sealant product left on surfaces. The tile floors had excessive grout haze. Doors and baseboards were covered in construction dust. When windows were opened there was literally mud in the sill.

We closed on our house end of October. Before we did inspection or anything, we had an evergreen tree that was knocked down in a snow storm, that was ignored and still lays down on our yard. During inspection, we pointed out the paint splatters on the hardwood floors and were told the day we closed they would have it cleaned by professionals. We close and they did not do that type of cleaning. Seems like they did a lick and a promise because it’s March and we still have paint on our floors and it took two days to scrub construction grit off our kitchen island and counters. So much for a professional cleaner. After moving in, we found out our shower was constructed wrong. We let Ky know and he sent out the tile guy. Tile guy couldn’t fix it cause shower door guy didn’t come in. Tile guy told his boss but his boss didn’t communicate that to Ky, nor did Ky check in after to make sure the work was done. We had to reach out and still continually reach out to just be ignored. Same with our gutter/roof. Roof guy came to see why rain leaked onto our patio, said it was the gutters. Roof guy told his boss, boss never told Ky nor did Ky check in to make sure things got done. While my fiancée and I love our house and neighborhood, can’t say I’d recommended lennar to anyone unless I knew they’d be getting the kind of service we were told we’d be getting, which we obviously have not. ... Pete and the entire team here on site was very polite, professional and efficient with getting us settled into our new home.

The homes are nice but quality and attention to detail is not great. The paint on the outside of the homes is so poor quality it already looks like they needs to be re-painted. In a few years the neighborhood won't look good if homeowners don't paint. The builder could at least put gravel down the walk way so it is not mud, which is causing homeowners to leave their garbage cans in the front yard. The common areas are not maintained, weeds over a foot tall in the parks and greenbelts. There are a lot of little things that add up to a lot of aggravation.
