Alina and Bob were amazing! They were always professional but also developed a personal relationship that create trust and comfort. They were honest about the process and transparent in the communication. They never gave guarantees of timelines but were always willing to share the information they had. Value for paid price would have been 5 stars but landscaping/backyard seems lower budget comparatively to the rest of quality in house.

Very pleasant process with any issues resolved by the end of the 3rd month. Wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors.

Be sure you are totally aware of what you will get going in to avoid disappointment. Closets are outfitted cheaply with coated wire that will need to be replaced sooner than expected. Lennar placed houses without regard for privacy, butting patios and windows directly opposite one another and leaving new owners with challenges. Simple mirror image placement would have solved the issue, but there was no thought about that by Lennon. Similar lack of thoughtfulness was shown in our master bathroom design, where the door was positioned to open directly into the wall with the towel rack, result easy for Lennar inconvenient for home owner. During move in issues the team reacted and resolved very fast.

Everything was pretty easy and streamlined in the purchasing aspect. Everyone from the agent to the in home questions guy "Orlando" were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The home being brand new so far has is in great shape.

I always had a good feeling about Lennar , before I decided to purchase my second home , I made some research , went to the competitors and compared. There never was a doubt in my mind that other builders are better. So, I bought this house in Princeton TX and Lennar has made it simple for me , helped , advised and acted. Buying a home does not have to be complicated if you have the right professionals . Thank you !

Quality could have been much better and for the amount of time it took to build. I would expect more. The lack of options is terrible. The “everything included” sounds great until you actually are in the buying process and you can’t add any options. You can pick counters, cabinets and floors. We weren’t even allowed to pick our paint color. They used flat paint everywhere in the house besides the wet areas which is easily marked and not easily cleaned. We decided to repaint the whole house before moving in because of it. Many neighbors are regretting not doing the same. They give what THEY think makes people happy and skimp out on the rest. Sales and our construction manager were the best I’ve ever had throughout my years. Moving from Virginia I had to adjust to the ways of the area. Some materials were at the lower end and some workers didn’t take pride with their job. Still waiting for a warranty item to be fixed for a second time.

Lennar works with its customers to ensure a positive experience. I wake every morning and reflect on how pleased I am with my new home.

The value for the price was better than any others I researched. The quality of workmanship and materials met my expectations and the staff support, openness, and honesty made me very comfortable, I trusted them. The majority of issues were resolved or fixed before move and the remaining items have been taken care of with one item still open.

My wife and I were happy with our Lennar buying experience until we found mold behind our kitchen cabinets. We only discovered this because we decided to upgrade the kitchen on our own after purchase. Lennar was good about fixing the problem after the fact and checking the vanities for mold, but the moldy kitchen cabinets were never replaced even though they promised to do so. Even though we remodeled the kitchen, we had plans for the original cabinets elsewhere in the house. We paid for them, so we should have been reimbursed. It has been over five months and we still have yet to see new cabinets or even hear from Lennar management about the problem. We bought a 2700 square foot one story home in October of 2019. It has been a dream so far. Everything is so much easier. Bedroom is huge. My only complaint is they included the appliances. It maybe what some want, but it wasn’t us. We replaced the dishwasher and the fridge with what we wanted stove and microwave were nice. Front yard was sodded which was also nice. The community layout with 90% of homes on a pond was also a huge plus. I came from hardwood floors to laminate floors which I was not a fan of, but I have changed my mind. Although this is a new build, it isn’t a custom build! However, the developers did put attention to detail throughout the main living space! The quality, service & experience made for- a well paid investment/experience overall! Thank you George- for following up with any minor warranty issues & Eugene for navigating the purchase process!

Overall, a great deal for the price paid and OpenDoor was easy when selling my home. Thanks Lennar :)

My neighbor and I who have moved in Nov 2019 are having termite and drainage issues. Very Responsive in the first 90 days. Communication and responsiveness after the 90 days is poor.

Overall, I love my home and my location. However, I would definitely recommend Lennar tanking a good look into their manufacturers/materials/ vendors/ mortgage company & title company. Also, looking into training their employees and customer care.

Still hasn’t gotten back to me with hoa information, no one returns my emails or phone calls worse place to live

Better communication , don’t understand what else you need

Paint and trim carpenter subs let Lennar down

Lennar has maintained its quality and showed responsibility to take care of work required attention. Some of it is still pending but overall I am happy to purchase this property.

From the moment our realtor and I met the sales staff we were impressed. No high pressure sales. After signing the contract, we were kept in constant contact by the foreman as to the stages of construction. Townhome was delivered as promised and couldn't be happier.

Attention to detail and pride of workmanship was not a concern of the builder.

Compared with other builders, Lennar gives so much amenities/equipment as standard not as add on and we have made research 8month before we bought the house. which is a great value. However, during the final walk and the first 90 days, we found quite a bit of issues with quality workmanship, some are small and some are majors. Most issues were addressed but the more we pay attention to details the more we have issues with workmanships. For example, ceiling on the second floor was uneven toward the wall and we found out when we painted the wall ; secondly, numerous cracking on wall plaster ; bedroom doors were installed improperly and The edges rubbing the frame when opening or closing ; when flushing the toilet, you can hear the water running down the pipe so loud , which could be a sign of improper sealing.; weather stripping on the doors wasn’t installed properly and I can see big gaps on the bottom of main door: I’m still trying to address all issues with the builder for resolution. ...
