Do your homework. Use another builder!

Great

Hard to evaluate and list is all, basically sales team overall was great, builders and trades did not provide a make ready home at close and still trying to get items finalize and fixed 4 months later with no type of compensation for all the miss work and wasted appointment where the trades didn’t come prepared for the work needed having to reschedule the same repairs in some cases many times over.

I want to give my thanks to Jesse, Cristina, Patrick Hartman, Eddie, Romero and the rest of the Lennar family. We could not have done this without them. Thank you

Excellent service

From the loan application to closing, Lennar was bar none. The loan officers and selling agents were courteous and professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My closing was completed on the date and time assigned. Thank you Lennar.

We lived in our home for over four months as of November 18 to March 18 and we can’t even go out on our patio or walk out the front door without being attacked by a swarm of flying mosquitoes, see we have a pond in the back of our home that has not been treated for the mosquito larvae creates bugs all around the community it has been a Nightmare... No One wants to take responsibility for the damage going on to my home my Paint my Screen. Lennar is not taking responsibility HOA is not taking responsibility there doing nothing this has to be addressed. Lannar HOA Please!!

I purchase home model as a new home. When I found undone work I was denied assistance cause it was a model but paid new price

It is annoying that the board between the bedroom and the bathrooms has a high metal piece as the divider and allows for people to stub their toes and even though the inspector stated that needed to be fixed the builder brushed it off and stated thats how lennar has us do it. Even though the title should be even with that piece. Also the doors are all to low to the ground so you can't even have rugs in your bathrooms. The paint that is used seems cheap and you can see every fingerprint on the walls. Closing was the worst experience and such a hassle. Closing was too far away and not accommodating to anyone. ... Amazon has failed to respond. Failing to make follow-up appointments.

Sales Team was great, transparent and enthusiastic through out the purchase process. However, construction team (Kyle) was pathetic and unprofessional. Issues from first walk through are still open even after 4.5 months from closing! Hundreds of follow-ups needed to get issues fixed whatever are fixed till date. Have the records of all calls and messages sent to Construction Engineer Kyle. He has stopped answering calls too for 1.5+ months now. Kyle has behaved unprofessionally on multiple occasions (f* words to Lennar for his high workload, not returning calls/messages, not appearing at home for issue fixing even after fixing the date etc.). Very minor issue requiring literally 5mins of attention (e.g. caulking around sink faucet) were kept open for months and needed dozens of follow-ups to get those fixed. Still, few issues from closing sheet are open after 4.5 months since closing! Very frustrating!! Feel free to contact me for any specific details on any statement written here. ... More

Many finishing issues and double work for subs to come back and fix. Had issues with garage floor, paint, garage door etc

The representatives from Lennar treated my family with kindness and part of the Lennar family.

The home is alright but not great. If you want to mix and match you can forget that idea. Lennar has specific color schemes you can choose from, but you cannot take an item of a specific color scheme and then a different item from another color scheme and combine them to create a color scheme that suits your individual needs. The interior paint color of home will be white and only white. For the majority of your home it will be a flat white that cannot be cleaned. If you try and clean it, the paint comes off the walls. In the "wet areas" it is semi gloss white. So when you walk through the models and see two-tone paint that is just an illusion, it is not an option. The painters rush through the job, we are still scraping paint off of the floors. When we first moved it we thought the house looked great, but after living in it for a few months, we are starting to see things that look like they just rushed through it so the could get onto the next one. ... Nice homes and usually easy to work with. The exception is the management company that Lennar uses; Campbell Properties- They are HORRIBLE! Difficult to get answers to questions and almost impossible to get a call back.

The paint used needs to be change to a better quality one.

Good service and explanation was received by all. Even follow-up questions were answered quickly.

Don't expect a Top Notch home for reasonable price. Great value for those who expect receiving what you pay for. Experience was very good thru-out the build and finance process. Always knew what to expect. Read some reviews where people expect highest end product at the average affordable price. my comment to them is "Reality people, Reality"

Sales and construction manager very helpful

The structure and neighbors are great. The process with the mortgage loan by Eagle was not good. Communications with the sales staff after signing the agreement to purchase essentially disappeared. Transparency from the corporate group is/was questionable regarding the status of the overall property transactions. Getting a straight answer regarding an estimated completion date for the amenities center continues to be a challenge.

Lennar has been very responsive. That does not cover Pinnacle Pool. Their service is unreliable.

Buyers should receive a gallon of mineral spirits and a box of razor blades at closing to clean up all of paint overspray and tile adhesive. Plus floors were filthy at possession when Lennar had ample time to clean and dead bugs were everywhere!

We've been in the house for about 5 months and love it. Unfortunately we have an ongoing problem with customer support and warranty "after move-in" communications and scheduling. We have a laundry list of things that have either broke or need finishing work and communication with the Lennar project manager and our sales contact has been very poor. They rarely respond to my texts or calls and in the rare instances when contractors do show up they appear at my door with no warning of arrival so some are missed because we're not home. I've repeatedly requested getting the schedule in advance and have had no response from anyone about it. One of our neighbors has been waiting more than 6 months for follow-up work so apparently this is an issue with more than just us. Extremely unsatisfied. Caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware. ...
