Very informative and friendly sales staff.

We bought a new Lennar home last fall in Heritage Lake (Menifee, CA) and absolutely love it. We looked at other builders in the area and genuinely felt the craftsmanship was noticeably better with Lennar. We also love that the features we wanted were standard with Lennar, whereas they were upgrades with other builders (e.g., rooms pre-wired with J-boxes for ceiling lights/fans, nice countertops in kitchen and bathroom, raised panel doors, sculpted baseboards). The process of buying the house was easy and stress free, and the team in the sales office was absolutely great. Super John was fantastic.

The process of purchasing my home was easy, but from my final walk through to after being in my home for a month, it was horrible. Issue after issue. It has calmed down now, but it shouldn’t have been like this. I honestly think it was due to the time I went to settlement. If I settled when it wasn’t busy, the team wouldn’t have been rushing to meet their year end goals.

Mike immediately responded when I submitted request re:gate post loose. He took care to follow our request to have additional cement added around post. The young man that repaired did a great job and was very courteous

We are enjoying our home. My issues: kitchen stove should be upgraded, same with dishwasher. We would have preferred to upgrade and pay the difference. Buying a package deal is a first for us and the last. We upgraded several items after moving in and that is such a waste when you tear out new materials. Our selected items when we signed our purchase papers where changed without the option to have the original selected items. Phil, the onsite manager, was great. Jorge is very responsive to our needs for repairs. Your sales agent did not meet our personal satisfaction on several issues. ... More

Have not words to describe how happy I am with my Lennar experience since the beginning.

Their people were great to work with.

By having things like blinds, sprinkler system and garage door openers it made moving in much easier.

Will definitely purchase from them again

False advertising about when amenities would be complete (that was a huge selling point for my family), their financing dept. (Eagle Home Mortgage) was horrible, horrible job on my kitchen back splash (it looks like I did it) and they pretty much keep you out of the loop on any changes (like us not having our pool, playground, etc until next year). They actually told a perspective buyer (that I referred) not to tell me about the amenities not going in! Luckily she told me and I called afterwards, total surprise to me. The people are nice to keep you “happy” but my overall experience was disheartening for my first time building. Never again. ... More

positives the home is great no complaints with the house they did a great job! The only negative is my yard is lumpy wish that was handle a little better but overall highly recommend!

All exceeds expectations. Timely and responsive to all concerns.

The Smart home features are unique and of good quality. The fumigation service is done quite well; imagine tubes in the walls to avoid problems. Customer service follows up well when there are issues - the document-sign format allows us to participate. The mortgage application process was easy and very complete. All was completed on line with help from the loan officials. Completed in under 30 days.

Don’t trust anything you are told verbally by a Lennar employee. Closings are set quick and they promise to correct issues but the battle ensues if you go to closing. We are not the only resident with this experience.

Not happy with this home buying experience. Expected more from this builder.

Lennar did an excellent job building my home in Washington state. This is my second home that have had built, impressive quality and workmanship throughout the home.
