I feel I got a tremendous value in my home. Any issues I have had, and they have been minor, have been addressed immediately and pleasantly.

We choose Lennar because we were impressed with the quality and reasonable price of our new home. The design is outstanding , while the quality is clearly superior to that of new homes in many other developments that we have visited. The Lennar team has exhibited a real commitment to customer service going to great lengths to insure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier!

Excellent Builder, no complaints,

Clearly, the construction trades are not what they used to be. The quality of workmanship is hit or miss. Take it from someone who has built several homes. For us, the drywall work is horrible. No sense in pride for the work being done as there ceiling job in the main areas lacks quality. Additionally, the quality of material is poor but since the contract, which you cannot change, gives Lennar the ability to change material, clearly means giving you an inferior product. Our wood floors are cheap garbage. While the price is good, the quality of work and products are below average.

Not explaining about the warranty of the house

We love our new Lennar home especially the location and the layout of the house. Our construction manager was fantastic - honest, dependable, and hard-working. I will note a very interesting part of this entire process was the fact that Lennar corporate only communicated with my husband. We purchased the home together as a married couple, yet all communication only was sent to my husband's email. Not a huge issue except when your husband is not the type that checks his personal email frequently and it just seemed like a step back in time to the 1950s because everything was addressed to "Mr. XX". Very basic cheap construction. Things that should be included are upgrades or not offered. Carelessness on several items in the home. No padding under carpet and can fell rocks where the carpet was laid down. Changes made during building of the home that buyer not made aware of. However I do like the community that I live in.

Everything is fine. People we worked with were very nice and helpful. Love the house.

Sales did not disclose very important issues which, shows deception. Construction did not follow through on issues, sloppy workmanship.

The issue I have with Lennar is them making promises and not keeping them. For example Carol told my wife and I that we would be getting a stone fireplace if we purchased. When we were ready to sign she quickly switched up and said that they no longer offered that. I don’t like when people lie to get a sale. Our construction manager promised my wife and I that we would get a plate cover for the tubing behind the washer and dryer. We moved into our home in October 2019 and the plate cover is currently still not there. It’s disappointing to spend all this money and receive bad service

Don’t close on your home until your issues are fixed! They make you jump through hoops to get simple things fixed that should have been done right the first time and send contractors that have been drinking to your home with children in it. They make you feel like the bad person for wanting things done right when purchasing a brand new home. They tell you things will be fixed after closing but that isn’t true. We had to wash splattered paint off every surface of our new home and had to paint walls ourselves because the painters had been there 3 times and only made things worse by rushing through the job. We should only have to customize our home when moving in, we should not have to fix things in a brand new home. ... More

I’m sorry to have to leave this comment but we’ve lived in our home for ~6mos and this issue is still as relevant today as it was when we moved in. Our new home was painted with flat paint all over, to include the bathrooms and kitchen. I have never heard of such a thing. I thought Lennar has been building homes for decades and definitely expected this to be a lesson learned many years ago. This is such a negative financial and visual inconvenience. We Can Not practice home maintenance as the walls can not be cleaned up. My husband was a painter for 5 years (residential and commercial) and this was unheard of. This has caused an immediate UNPLANNED financial obligation. I can’t even cook a simple meal without fear of damaging the walls. Finger prints on walls that can not be cleaned. This is very disappointing. At minimum I expect flat paint to be exempt from kitchens and bathrooms. Cluster Mailboxes !?!?!? Why??? The home buyers clearly were left out of this decision. I feel like I live back in an apartment complex 20 years ago. Not to mention, No One mailbox is located in the cluster close to their house. You have to pass 1 or 2 clusters to get to your mail. I’m curious as to why, especially in a neighborhood like this, are we not receiving our mail delivered to the door like all other single family homes. Since o moved no lights on the street No gate Inside the house the finish of the house is very poor

This home could have been beautiful. The layout, color scheme, location were all ideal. We have had nothing but trouble since we purchased. Water leaks, appliances that don’t work, landscaping is awful, poor workmanship throughout . Obvious that quality is not a top priority, but mass production is. My dream home has been a nightmare.

We love our new home by Lennar. So glad we found them during our relocation to the south. They made our transition and home buying worth it all.

Iam happy with my purchase of property from Lennar. I like the community.

My wife and I had possibly the worst experience buying a house through Lennar. Not only did Lennar ruin our first home buying experience, but we are still finding things around our brand new house that constantly need fixes. First off, when we purchased our house, back in March 2019, we purposely bought a house that was not going to be ready until March 2020. Pamela and Derrick had both told us that our house was going to be completed around March 2020, it might even be later. We were completely okay with that. Well, a few months go by and I get a call from Derrick telling us that the house will be completed sooner than expected. I asked when and he said probably January 2020. That was still doable... We weren't thrilled but weren't upset. Then my wife had a meeting with Pamela and our construction manager in September/October 2019 and they told us it's going to be finished November 2019. We said that's not okay, that we are still in a lease with our apartment, weren't financially ready and we had recently found out my wife was pregnant. We told them to push it back to January if possible and Pamela said, "We can't do that because we need to close this house before the end of the year for our numbers." I don't care about Lennar's numbers. I cared about having to pay money to break our apartment lease, not putting as much down on our house because it was sooner than expected, and dealing with the stress of finding out we're going to be new parents. The whole process was TERRIBLE and I've already been telling family and friends about Lennar's customer service. Not only did we go through that, but we are also experiencing issues around the house already. We hear a LOUD knocking whenever anyone takes a shower, our garbage disposal stopped working, our grout wasn't applied correctly in our shower, (A guy came and looked at it and said whoever applied this did a terrible job) our stairs do NOT match our floors in our house, and a window upstairs was not sealed correctly. It's been very very frustrating and I wish I could move out of this house already. ... More

Extremely happy from our first steps into the sales model to now living in such a beautiful home. Lennar will always be our first choice for a new home purchase since everything is included-LOVE IT! No extra costs to add anything on!! Compared to other builders, Lennar offers thousands in savings by including the add on's we would have wanted.

I will definitely recommend Lennar

Home. Thing experience was great then we were forgotten about and treated poorly since.
