Better quality materials and more detail finish. It should not be the buyer to search for defects that where trust comes in .

The inside paint job was poor. There are streaks & drips. Looks like it only has one coat of paint.

I am still having issues with my Townhouse.

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. Customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The home is very well built. It is quite spacious and has modern appliances. The view from where I am is spectacular. I highly recommend buying one of these homes to anyone.

Great house layout and quality in a well planned community.

Very unhappy with this community. Parking is horrible, walls are very thin, neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. Will be doing the very minimal time of my loan terms before I’m out of here.

As long as your issues are within your 30 days of moving in are taken care of you’ll have no problem. I can’t say 100% but it seems like any work order you put in after your 30 days of moving in “isn’t covered “ grant it my issues were a little unconventional but I really hope I don’t need my warranty because I feel I might have a lot of problems.

In the 5 short months that I have lived in my home I have had to have several contractors back out to fix things that I feel you should not have to fix in less than 5 months. My hardwood floors have a gab that can easily be seen and collects crumbs and other debris that im told is an acceptable gab but looks horrible. And now I have a second location just not as bad as the first. I have an doorway that meets with the ceramic tile that hurts your feet if you step on it that does not get a transition plate due to the house not being DESIGNED with one. Getting the contractors back out to fix things has been an issue in itself. I have had several not show up even though they were scheduled. I have had contractors say they came out but had not. I have had to play Project Manager and provide update and statuses on the work to be done because there has not been much follow up on the jobs the contractor was assigned to do. I have been asked several times to sign off on work that was not done. To find out the customer service POC had no idea of the status. I spent a lot of money on this house and some areas look like I have lived in this house for years. The only saving grace for Lennar at this time in my opinion is Russell. He is an outstanding individual.

Not happy with my experience at all.

Pros: Nice layouts, good standard package inclusions, nice color palette Cons: Interior door quality. Minor detail finishes. Overall: good value for the price point. Extra kudos for Matt the construction manager. Top Notch professional.

Great customer service. Very responsive. Good price and quality of materials. However, workmanship and attention to detail could be better.

Never again. Nightmare of an experience. Been 6 months and still waiting for repairs to be done from our walkthrough 1 week before settlement. HOA office is a joke, we pay all this money and they wanna keep raising the monthly fees. It dont want to address the real issues going on in the development. Already looking to move in the next year or 2 hopefully.

I love they layout of this home, exactly what I dreamed of. Everything else is awful. The quality, materials and workmanship is beyond terrible. Problems with every square inch! Looking into a lawsuit at this time.

Needs to fix Warrant issues quicker.

I am not at all satisfied with the house we purchased. Why would you sell a house with so many issues? What's the point of buying a new house if it will give the owner several issues?

Lennar is not responsive after the sale. You will have issues as no house is perfect even custom built houses. But you will have issues getting Lennar to respond to your issues within your year warranty period. If you buy Lennar do not close until your issues are taken care of.

Home had several workmanship issues. For the price we paid, we should have went with another builder.

There seem to be a lot of problems with these Lennar townhomes such as the cheap materials and bad workmanship. Cheap flooring, carpet coming apart, floor squeaking, paint overspray, ceiling uneven, bad HVAC work. The caps in the streey for the water are broken off and not replaced so there are big holes in the road where someone could step into. A lot of neighbors were lied to about the neighborhood including myself, we were told there would be no building behind our homes to block the mountain view which why i purchased here.

Should have took my time when buying, checked all of my options.
