Simply amazing experience - from our salesperson Roy to the construction supers Mike and Sean, everyone was extremely helpful and patient (we came out literally every day). Answered every question and concern, and even got us in early! The Lennar staff could not have been any better, and we just love the house!! Just avoid Eagle Mortgage!

For the price paid for my house, the workmanship is terrible. I’ll never buy another Lennar home or recommend anybody else to do so.

We love our home but there have been lots of problems. Lots of electrical issues, things wired wrong and loosing power because of rusted equipment. The dry wall is uneven and bumpy, paint is on our floors and rails and light fixtures, the baseboards are messy in places especially corners. And the entire upper floor creaks. The warrenty department is very responsive and has been able to fix many of our problems for us. But it is a huge hassle to make time to have all this fixed. It would have been much nicer if this had al been caught prior to purchasing.

Terrible work ethic

So far Lennar has been very responsive to any issues we ‘be had with our home. Ours was a spec home and contractor grade flooring fixtures etc I would definitely upgrade your flooring it’s the worst we’ve ever had.

Take your time and if the person working at the office cannot Focus ask for someone else. I could have included more things I wanted after I spoke with neighbors. Also when I signed I would call and ask questions and never a response. Also contact Lennar Higher Level and Basically they protected the employee and only excuses. I liked the All Included but was it worth it? First Impressions stay with a person. Homes in Florida are not the Standard I expected. No interiar wall insulation for example

My husband and I bought our first home last year. We love the area. We wish that it was better planning on the set up for guests parking ( guests’ spaces for the homes in the back). We noticed this property is about to be huge, hope they are planning to have another pool, dog park and playground for these kids to go. Besides that Lennar has been good. We noticed some things could be better, but it’s not a complete turn off. We would buy again from Lennar.

Beautiful home with all the modern upgrades included. Warm inviting neighborhood with plenty of activities for all !

Our sales rep Vivian was excellent. She was informative of the process and responsive with any and all questions. Jamal our managing rep however was the polar opposite. It started with no showing me on my initial walk through and having someone arrive an hr late to cover for him. Final touch requests weren't completed or done haphazardly (paint, etc.). I still have a broken rack installed in my linen closet I requested to be changed out in early December still sitting broken. In talking with my new neighbors, they have had similar follow up experiences. Pretty underwhelming.

Our purchase went very smoothly and quickly. Lennar was involved with helping us to sell our old home through Opendoor to getting us a very attractive interest rate for our loan and a swift close. It honestly was as simple as trading in a car. The neighborhood has been great so far

The team was very responsive and helped with subsequent issues that arose after the house passed (such as appliance issues and etc..)

Tony our contractor was THE BEST!!! He responded quickly to questions and concerns. He was friendly, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Have not had any issues since the purchase about 6 months ago...knock on wood... Very happy so far!

Good but not excellent. I gave the review good but not excellent because the structure of the building is good but the finishing touches is not great . The plumbing fixtures are very cheap we’ve been here for just four months and some of them are shaking from the walls already, The door knobs are very cheap as well And for a new homeowner I feel like you have to just move in and relax and not stress about stuff like that. The last thing is how do you build a whole complex with 2 dog parks without a play area for kids ?

Materials really cheap for the price of the house , the tile in the bathrooms and kitchen does not have enough cement looks crooked. We did replace the tile ourselves. the garage finished is very rustic, Is not enough space between the lower cabinets kitchen and the refrigerator to open the door . the cobble stone in the front is dirty looks old already. mostly the contracts does not speak very well about lenar. I did not know this before

Overall experience has been below average.

First off, I’d like to make it very clear that the following team members with Lennar have been phenomenal and are NOT the focus of this review: Sales Department, Loan Offices, Title and Closing, and Site Construction Manger. These have all be a great crew to work with and I do not want anyone to think ill of them. They have done everything in their power to deliver a quality product in a timely manner (ahead of schedule) to my family and me. They cannot be thanked enough. Sadly, the focus of the negative review is on the customer care field representative. He has been a disaster to work with and my family is not the only family to be played by him like this at Oxford Square. We and many others have had work orders open for months that have gone unfilled. These range from minor things such as missing trim pieces and cabinetry repair to slopping floors, and faulty CAT6 data writing. To date, our work orders have been open since December. We have had him visit multiple times to verify that the work needed attending to and he has left saying he would get the right people lined up to take care of our concerns. However, his follow through is horrendous and even possibly negligent. We still have multiple items of increasing severity that need addressed but he has yet to contact us or set up a workday for us to have the crews come take care of the deficiencies that need corrected. So far, I have wasted one day of paid time off to be here for crews that did not arrive. Prior to our last scheduled workday, I called to confirm that he and his crew would be here on February 14th as they previously advertised, and we agreed to. When I contacted him, he told me that the workday was canceled because his iPad had crashed four weeks earlier and he had not scheduled anything for us. It is now March 9th and our work order since last December remains unfilled and growing. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this field representative that does not take the time to either schedule things in a timely manner nor keep the homeowners informed when plans need to shift. This is truly a shame. The community is quite lovely and in an ideal setting with brand new schools and walking trails. Sadly, the customer care team is failing to live up to their end of the contract by not correcting the deficiencies the home owners experience with their properties as outlined in the sale contract between Lennar and the purchaser. ... House is still not finished. Workmanship is shorty. Repairs are not even scheduled timely and rarely completed when scheduled

Bathroom room fixtures are of less expensive value. One bathroom the fixtures have already became loose. For 236k, you only get a cookie cutter type home with tiny closets in extra bedrooms. No storage space.

We appreciate the sturdiness and included comforts of our new Lennar home. It is a great home to raise a family in.
