Great Buying Experience with Lennar

I recently purchased a home from Lennar Development, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The quality of craftsmanship in my new home is outstanding, and the attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. They made the home-buying process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a well-built home and excellent customer service.

So far we love our new house, we have no complaints and for the few extremely minor nit picking issues we have had, Lennar has been immediately responsive. If I were buying another home in the future, Lennar would be at the top of my list.

We were looking to become homeowners and did some research around the area. Once we stopped in and spoke to Adam at the Savannah lakes office we realized that Lennar was a step ahead of the local competition. My consultant was amazing and she did an excellent job! My loan officer was also very helpful, it was nice to have everything done under Lennar from loan applications to closing, it was a very smooth process.

Would do it again. Only negative was some title insurance expenses.

In our new home now 5+ weeks and everyone working at Lennar Sale Office Title Company and Construction workman have all been AAA+++ in quality of work in their profession. Yes at times there is issue to address, but Lennar as of now has always addressed and taking care of a problem... THANK YOU...

The inspection was completed before closing, and the Lennar team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. Everyone in the process was really friendly. The home is perfect and very efficient. It seems soundproof cause I really don’t hear a lot outside the home with the construction. Perfect for the price I paid.

Overall, I’ve been very pleased by the service and value of my Heritage Park Lennar property; particularly the sales department (love Michelle!), and the construction side… my walk through experiences were thorough and super friendly!
