This has been the most annoying home buying experience ever. The day before closing all of the breakers were stolen out of the garage because they leave everything wide open for everyone to see. They then said it would take a week to get a new closing date. When i asked why does it take a week to get a closing date they said oh well the window was broken. I drove by the house that day and no window was broken but every door was unlocked and the garage was wide open. Truly great experience, beginning to end. We had one item we needed addressed at final walk through that we still have had done. It would be great if Lennar sees this and comes to fix. Loved the team and love out home and neighborhood so much!

Start to finish everything was an average to a little bit above average experience left no negative impressions on me whatsoever and everyone I dealt with was willing to go the extra mile. The only glitch in my whole experience was my closing, and it was a terrible experience. They were not prepared at all. I don’t know what happened behind the scenes. During the buying process, we had to contact the finance team multiple times before we heard back on any questions we had or information we needed. Nearly every time, we were the ones reaching out to them to find out what needed to be submitted, as opposed to them guiding us through the process. It was a very frustrating process, and if we hadn't done that, I'm not sure we would've completed the loan requirements before closing. Mark was extremely professional and friendly and made us feel very comfortable on our final walkthrough. Every item that was either noted by Lennar and (importantly) our personal inspector, was corrected. It should be pointed out that most items were very minor, but it demonstrated Lennar’s commitment to quality workmanship.

My overall home buying process was simple and smooth. John was fantastic! He no longer works with the company but he was tremendous through the whole process and making sure that I got the best deal and all of the builder incentives. The only issue is that they rushed me on inspection, they got one of their ppl to inspect for me and the patio door latch was broken so it wouldn't stay closed (they did come to fix it and stated it was put in upside down) the cabinet had a knick in it but "they wouldn't fix since it wasn't mentioned prior to closing" (their person walked through for me and ...

The home buying experience was very good. From our initial interactions to closing day everyone did a very good job. One area they need help with is responsiveness to issues. After close we experienced three issues. One was resolved quickly. The next was not. One appointment for a repair was a no show and they rescheduled. Still waiting on resolution. Excellent sales agent (Jenifer), good price, good construction, thorough orientation/walk-through (Miguel). Solar company is slow, asked for first PG&E bill which I sent twice, but was evidently never read. The company's agents called multiple times asking for information that are on the PG&E statement. In trying to get a mailbox key, the US Post Office refused to honor our grant deed as proof of ownership because Lennar's Title Company did not include the property address, only the parcel number. The closing team was horrible. I cannot express how stressful they all made this process. We have bought and sold many properties and this by far was one of the worst. The house itself is fine, although other similar builders were better quality and better features for the same price. We needed this location/ area, so this worked for our needs in that regard.

Sales tactics to sell a house poor. Selling for less money to neighbors giving incentives and pretending they nothing about it. The walk thru rep is very poor work ethics I have went a few emails asking got tell and no response. Check out the Facebook page of customer complaints for Lennar. Amazing.

Initially the respect from Mirna came across as disturbing and fake but I figured I was stressed about finding the perfect home. Long-story shorten is I was pressured to closed 11 May on a new construction. Move in 12 May, but b/c I didn't cancel my movers on 12 May to sit in a empty house waiting for Mike to arrange delivery of the microwave I had to buy my own 2 weeks later.
