The material used for house are very low level.

Holly was amazing and was very responsive and helpful at every question or issue that arised. Carter was helpful with anything we needed. The large issue has been the lawyer and analyst they missed a few things and rushed through the paperwork missing multiple things and causing issues which to this day have still not been figured out. Tom and Diane were all over the place and contradicting themselves and each other through the whole process. We are still out almost 1000 because of they wrote a check to a creditor that can't be cashed and we have waited nearly two month for this issue to be fixed for something that was paid off in July and we closed end of September. They missed this and tried to give some terrible excuse for the reasons why. They made a mistake and its been unacceptable the way they have tried to fix the situation or I should say haven't fixed the situation. Ive sent in numerous documents stating its paid off and I still have not had the checked changed to my name so I can recoup my own money I paid twice now. On the positive the house is great , love the location, everything else has been wonderful but that situation is beyond unacceptable at this point. It seems oh well you closed so not our problem we messed up tough luck. That will get fixed maybe at some point if not you're out 1000 ... More

The people I work with were always quick and courteous. The building manager was very professional and spontaneous in his reactions and work. Employees were professional and courteous.

We like the three bedroom, three full bathroom model. The central air conditioning system works great. The building manager Wayne is very helpful, responsible and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions quickly. He also helped us to resolve issues. In general, we are very happy with the purchasing.

I really like my new home.Well built and well insulated.The energy bill savings really add up.

We lived in Texas during the process. Much of our experience was done virtual. Everyone could not have been more gracious and helpful. We requested updates and pictures of the homes progress and they starting sending them to us every Friday. It was incredible.

The agent that sold me the home was great. Every one involved was great. The issues I have had with the house are things like no towel racks in bathrooms, no faucet out back, no knobs or pulls on cabinet drawers and doors, no doorbell and the yard is very uneven. I realize the sod is new but I had new sod in my last home but it was flat. I am 78 with walking issues and have has a couple falls just walking outside.

Pretty quick process from 1st contact to settlement - under a month. Quality of home seems very high The builders team was courteous professional and very responsive. Lennar employees were proactive informative and professional.

The team was very thorough on getting the few items that needed attention before closing …especially Mike. Kim was awesome on the walkthroughs…..explained everything very well.

Wonderful experience with Lennar title and selling team

Very frustrating with the process and arduous data requirements. Although the staff was helpful they seem to be hindered by rules that are arbitrary and rigid. In the past 15 years we have purchased several properties and with a credit ratings above 850 we had to do the preponderance of work where in other loan companies we do very little of that.

They were just trying to make it convenient for me and my family

Really quick and easy process

The homes are built with cheap materials, walls are thin and you can hear every little noise from neighbors and cars. They do not level the backyard or remove invasive weeds with thorns and stickers. The buyer is responsible for excavating the backyard and the fencing.

The sale was easy, informative and very helpful. From start to finish we have no complains. however, some issues with the electrical in 2 of the bathrooms. I called and they gave me a number for the contractor in charge, but frankly I've been busy. I'll for the number again and I'm sure they will take care of whatever it is. I'' give Lenar homes an AAA rating, the best in the market at a reasonable price.

Lennar really paid attention to our home buying needs and provided superior customer service from our first contact with their sales rep (Tina) to handing us the keys of home ownership. Working with Lennar’s financing team was the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever participated in (5+homes bought in past years). Their tours, walk throughs, focus on explaining how various utilities, appliances, and the home’s infrastructure worked, and including their incentives and warrantees put our minds at ease. The home itself is gorgeous. We love our new home!

We are happy with our new house. The process was very good and fast.

Heidi, the salesperson, is excellent to work with. She has guided very well. Kiwan, the construction engineer, is amazing; he provides great customer service.

We came from out of town for a beginning process of transition. Twice issues came caused questions. Vanessa came by personally resolved the issues.

Lori our sales rep. was outstanding and a true gem for your company. The many challenges of portals and authorization codes was very challenging and I am computer savvy. What about those that are not familiar with the in and outs? The craftsmen who came to address our home issues were pleasant and knowledgeable.
