The entire staff at Lennar was extremely kind and Professional during my purchase. They always reached out to me whenever I asked them anything. Closing process was super smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love their customer service and they really care about you :) I am so glad to be here and highly recommend this place (Lennar) to anyone. Believe me they will treat you like a family.

My husband is a builder but we were relocating from a different area so we had to get someone else to build our new home. We found a great neighborhood that fit all of our needs built be Lennar. We made an offer which was accepted and the process began. We didn’t really have high expectations since this is a track house and Lennar is a mass production builder but we were pleasantly surprised. During construction, we received update photos on the construction. My husband also had the opportunity to walk the job twice during construction (don’t think we were supposed to do that) and found nothing that alarmed him. The plan we purchased was well thought out and executed within the approximate time frame provided. We moved into our new home and we’re happy. Our home is well built. The finishes are comparable to the price we paid. We feel that we purchased a great home at a good value and would definitely recommend Lennar. ... More

When we signed for our house back in December of 2021, there were window shortages, counter top shortages, and other manner of shortages that were prevalent in the industry. Our sales rep, Angela, assured us that Lennar was running on time at that point, and that we were most likely to close on June 22 of 2022. Fast forward to the early spring, we were getting calls from Angela, and the project manager Gary weekly giving us an update. We closed on our house on May 27th, almost an entire month early. We were aware of the entire process the entire time. Any issues that came up in that time, Lennar had fixed almost immediately. It's rare that I see companies in general, let alone home builders be this communicative, responsive to questions and feedback, and get done ahead of schedule. Very professional organization from the selling agents, salespeople, title group, etc

We had issue with other mortgage company at the very last minute. But Lennar Mortgage was able to help us close within two weeks! And our sales representative Laurie was very helpful and patient with us who were first time homebuyer.

Buying my first home with Lennar was an amazing experience. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of ever step of the way. Stating with finding the right home, to securing a mortgage, and fixing any minor touch ups needed on my new home, all individuals who were apart of my home buying experience were extremely resourceful and made the process easy. So very glad to have chosen Lennar to buy my first home.

Overall, buying a home from lennar was an excellent experience. Our first point of contact was Tina who streamlined everything for us from the beginning to the end and made sure everything’s goes smoothly. Without her, this would have been a stressful experience considering we had multiple obstacles; however, she made it easy and provided everything necessary, and quickly responded to every question, leaving no time for hesitancy to purchase and move forward. . She is a gem and Lennar is very lucky to have her on the team. Her upbeat, positive personality and expertise in the market, was a bonus that we didn’t expect and gratefully enjoyed. Sherri in escrow, assisted us tremendously as well. We had to purchase the house with a power of Attorney and she assisted by making us understand the multiple steps and kept us on track on the tight timeline, to close escrow as required. She also did it all with a super friendly, great positive attitude. Azita in title was super responsive and was happy to help in anyway possible. Even when we had difficulty finding others, she would reach out to other team members and made sure all parties were informed, had all needed and helped us by constantly keeping us informed of the status, so there are no worries. Josh who handed the house to us was great as well. He patiently explained all the features of this “ smart” house, multiple times. He made sure we were comfortable and responded to our many questions afterwards as well, even after hours, over the weekend. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does. Any time you do something new there is always somethings that you need to learn. This was our first new build home and Kim made the learning curve significantly less steep for us. She was extremely responsive, easy-going, and knowledgable even in the areas that she didn't service directly. We couldn't help but be thankful she was in our corner throughout the process.

It has been a great experience to receive help from Lennar from day 1. Is undeniable the loan officer, sales staff, and title staff are very well trained and kind to us, giving every minute a good treatment and searching for solutions every day.

We recently purchased my first home at Lennar’s Avonlea and I’m glad I did. Stephanie and Steve are simply the best. I did all the activities virtually up until closing as I was in another city and re-locating to Lakeville post closing. Stephanie was extremely professional, super responsive and detail oriented for the many many questions me and my spouse had. Also, she was very proactive in keeping us updated on the construction status. I had to do most of my interactions with Steve through emails, phone calls and zoom meetings up until closing. He was so helpful with the orientation, was/is prompt in responding to my questions and explains very patiently. Given the supply/workforce issues our Project Manager did a good job on managing the final construction phase to closing.

Most of all, overall floors layout are great and convenient. The process of purchasing experience is good too.
