VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ON SITE SELLING STAFF. HAVE NOW BEEN INFORMED IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE GRASS ON THE PARKING AREA ON THE STREET NEXT TO MY HOME. NEVER TOLD THIS BY LENNAR. NO WATER SOURCE NEAR THE AREA IF I HAD BEEN TOLD THIS I WOULD HAVE NEVER BUILT ON THIS LOT. NOW I AM GETTING FINED AS THE GRASS IN DYING.

Still waiting for repairs

I have filled out 2 customer care complaints with lists of things that still need to be fixed over the last 2 weeks. I have received no calls or emails regarding the lists. Everytime I fill out a form I get an email stating someone will be in contact within 48hrs, yet I received nothing.

Regret purchasing my first home with Lennar.

It all starts with lies. First, they sent you emails stating you need to change all utilities before the closing date only to allow you to be responsible for all the water and electricity used to finish the home. Then, you are faced with a high bill to congratulate you on your new home. Many minor issues you begin to see in the home that you didnot grasp during the 20 minute walk thru. All good and beautiful till you add a service to your home and then they claim you violated your warranty and they scratch it off the list as if you screwed yourself and they were waiting for you to fall. Wow?! Can’t even leave a bad review.... I’ve tried multiple times. They don’t want to hear anything that may be negative. I guess that’s how you get voted number 1.... delete and discard any bad press. Do Not Buy from Lennar!!!!

I had such high hopes when I put my downpayment on my new townhome. I loved the idea of something that was all mine and that no one had ever lived in before. Poor craftsmanship

This isn't my first home with Lennar and I was very happy with my previous purchase but not so happy with my recent purchase. The home has had numerous problems including roof leak. I'm very unhappy and filled with buyer remorse. This will be my last Lennar home.

Quality of materials used is poor, property seems to have gone up quickly with a lack a quality control, when issues arise, there is a delay in response, appointments for repairs were made and no call/no show. Neighbors have expressed discord regarding quality as well.

The purchase, closing and Walk Thru process was excellent. Amazing, smooth and professional experience. Hi your reps were awesome. They really helped. Truly appreciate thier help with the microwave, they went above and beyond. I want to say more about them, but I just had surgery. I have asked Lennar and the Property Management company's Raul (that Lennar contracted) about the dead shrubs, plants and trees (just as I did about the dog poo and dumpster) nothing has been done. The city was called, not only by me about the poo, but also two other owners about the dumpster and grounds. This company has no business building houses . My two kids could have painted the house better and that’s not the only problem , the flooring company they use is the worst Not only that after repairs are done you feel like you should have just done them yourself . Lennar should be embarrassed to close on a home in this poor condition. There is no quality control. From door knobs falling off to plumbing fixtures detaching. The list is long. I feel they threw my home together and they are taking their sweet time fixing all the problems. I do not recommend nor will I ever buy a Lennar.

Snail Warranty Services “Drags Slowly”

There are several things wrong. My home flooded within 24 hours of moving in, due to Brandon *Building Site Manager* not properly installing a whose on my washer. Ultimately causing 3-areas of my home to have water damage, mold/mildew and wet carpet. Took the builder 3-months to rectify the problem through warranty department. Builder was not flexible with home owners. Builder insisted the homeowner take off work for repairs instead of working around homeowners schedule. I WOULD NOT recommend Lennar. I can’t even count the number of things that went wrong which started with permitting the wrong elevation. We caught so many issues then were made to feel like we were being difficult when we’d bring them up to the builder. We were trying to have items corrected before it became too late to do so. I will never recommend to anyone to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the materials (drywall especially) is pathetic. The workmanship is below average. The trustworthiness is a zero (it wasn't an option). After purchasing the home, all Lennar has done is lie to us. Responsive to issues . . . got to be kidding me. Lennar doesn't respond to issues. Lennar is worthless.
