From the time I looked around for their model homes to the time I finally moved in to my Lennar house I didn’t not experience any hassle. The process was smooth and I have nothing but good compliments from everyone who visited my house.

The Lennar sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager of the builders is also extremely helpful. Great experience!

Our home is beautiful but we have to have several things corrected which we shouldn’t have had to do since it’s a brand new house. The main thing is the painting - both inside and outside the house. It seems like it was rushed and several walls had to be repainted. We have had to put in tickets, then schedule appointments, then be home for the repairs. It is time consuming and, like I said, shouldn’t have happened since this is a brand new house.

We love everything about our new home. The experience while buying the home was amazing and we love everything about it since we have moved in including continued customer service from Lennar

Window sills are crooked, doors had to be replaced, WiFi is slow, front door lock has to have new batteries every week or it will not work and you may come home and find your house unlocked, ring doorbell doesn’t work most of the time, and the list could go on.

The house has many problems and of which many have not been solved most of the problems are minor

Well designed with minimal wasted space and material. Typical material quality for a mid level home. These are not custom homes but provide good value for the money. We have had very few problems to date, however our neighbor has had many problems some major. We improved some of the areas of the house to provide a more custom house, but the basic floor plan is very well designed. If this was a custom house I would have made a few changes but overall this floor plan works very well for our needs. It would be great if Lennar had a high end package that would allow you to upgrade to even higher level appliances, water heater, jetted tub, heated tile floors, and better landscaping..... but ..... this keeps construction on a very basic level that the quality can be monitored. ... We love our Silverstone home because it meets all our needs. We did find however that there were areas for improvement especially for the upgraded features like smooth walls. The painters could have done a better job at being a little neater by cleaning up the over flow of paint at the windows etc. Altogether a great home and product, and the customer service teams both before and after the 90 days have been amazing! Our sales consultant Stacey made it such a pleasant experience as well!

I love my home and it’s expected to have a few issues that need to be ironed out. With that being said, it shouldn’t take 6 months to replace pavers and the rear door lock is stripped and has an issue with the locking mechanism. Those are two of the major issues we have that refuse to be addressed.

Good value for price. Builder website helps organize any punch list items and follows up with construction mgr.

Subcontractors don’t show to do warranty work when scheduled and need to return more than one time to complete the simplest correction.

We have been running into some cosmetic issues which we addressed immediately especially since the warranty would expired whiting a year. After that you on your own This is a beautiful house that has mostly everything we were looking for base on our family dynamics.

I closed on my new Lennar home at the end of May, 2019. Shortly after I moved in, there were several problems discovered, one being a water leak inside the home, most of the other issues were relatively minor. The customer relations team member assigned to me, Rick, has been amazing at responding to my tickets and working to get the problems corrected. However, the contractors that come out to fix the issues have been my biggest problem. They do not want to be flexible and only want to come M-F from 8-3, that is when a vast majority of customers are working. Since I have started a new job, I am not able to take PTO or leave work early to be home. It has been a major inconvenience!! A couple of times, the contractors have been scheduled to come out to correct a problem and they just don’t show up at all! They have no care or consideration for us as the customer!!! My recommendations to Lennar: first, get better contractors in the beginning to do the work right the first time. I have had a new build before (different company) and didn’t have nearly the amount of problems. Secondly, have better quality controls in place so that most of the issues can be caught and corrected BEFORE the homeowner moves in! Third, when your customers do have problems, find contractors who are willing to meet the demand of the customers and can work more flexible schedules! While it costs Lennar a lot of money to build homes and correct mistakes, there is still a huge profit margin (if not, why stay in business?). Lennar - you need to take care of your customers and provide quality homes, not a home that is slapped together in a couple months with very little quality control checks! We have owned 9 homes all over, the Lennar choice was a very good one. Everything was planned and done nicely. The people were the best. I think the garage and driveway could have been larger as people have so much stuff now.

I’ve been in my home for six months now and I’m still waiting on things that I was promised would get fixed to standards from my walk thru before I signed at closing

Felt there was no pride in the craftsmanship and that the house was rushed for a completion date. To have things looked at or fixed, you have to call incessantly. Overall we have a very nice home but the process has been full of headaches and challenges.

We love our new smart home. Value for price was incredible. Responsiveness on latent defects has been ok -- most of our issues addressed but it takes some time.
