To start Tammy was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and supportive. She legit feels like part of the family! My kids constantly ask about her and she's never hesistates to check in with us or stop to chat when were walking through he neighbordhood. We came across an amazing opportunity for a dream lot and floor plan and couldn't pass it up. The home buying process was simple and fast! Osh (I guarantee im butchering his name) was and has continued to be supportive. His smile is contagious. Super knowledgeable and understanding. Did a great job showing us the home and going through everything we need to know for the initial walk through and followup. He even makes sure to check in periodically in passing even after weve been established! In short great experience! I will say some of the workmanship/materials leave something to be desired especially for the price point but maybe thats just the standard the current home market is held to... I will say with that said certain things I noticed that does separate Lennar. The concrete on the side comong out the garage side door. Seems small but I see many lenders not put anything there. The moisture monitor to determine if the sprinklers should turn on seems extra but nice touch.. all in all blessed and thankful! ... More

Lennar's catchphrase is "EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED!". I'm here to tell you it's not. While the people along the way were magnificent and responsive, I'm just shocked just the blah chrome builder's grade cheap stuff Lennar used. This was a spec house so couldn't choose the quality of finishes I wanted, but shocked that basically no upgraded anything was used here. NOTHING. And if everything's included, why am I spending THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS having a painter and contractor add the basic things you didn't, and should have? Basic things not included? Shocked. I thought my other homebuilder was bad, Lennar took that crown. Everything was as they said it would be. Any things brought to their attention were immediately taken care of. All the little things on the punch list were taken care of

From the selling agent, to the Lennar finance team, every step of the way was a positive experience. I would recommend the neighborhood to anyone looking to move to the area.

There were so many emails exchanged with various documents that needed to be signed. I wish there was one comprehensive packet that we could sign all at once instead of going back and forth, as it was quite overwhelming. The process of streamlining needs to be improved.

I love my house is a great place to live and all the Neighbor are very friendly

I had a pretty decent experience. This was my second time buying a home and the first time buying a new construction home. The process was pretty smooth but I did notice the most issues with the mortgage / lending department. I found multiple mistakes in my paperwork and I had to keep going over stuff with a fine tooth comb and I just didn't expect that to be my experience with the.

purchase went smoothly, appliances are all GE but of lower quality, room switches are not dimmer friendly

The entire of using Lennar as a Mortgage Lender was very stressful and would never use them again. With such great credit and a huge amount of asset I felt I was treated like someone without a job or money. My real-estate agent Rosalie was the absolute best. she is the best employee Lennar has in this area

Honest, Reliable, Responsive to issues

The Ease to buy our home was smooth, had access immediately to all our documents. My only complaints was that home was dirty from the dust, behind fridge and stove was never cleaned even when building. You saw all the residue. And 3 weeks into moving in a had a plumbing leak. Had taken over 3 weeks to be completed. Although it’s being done the fact it’s taken so long is what I’m not ok with. I wish since they and I mean Lennar made big home I wish they considered when building that there would be a big family and to put and have room for larger items. ie bigger fridge more room in laundry for double washer and dryers with a sink. Lennar produces a good home at a good price, the purchase was easy, and the warranty support has been quick. Any home buyer has to consider their options: Existing home Custom build Small local builder Huge builder "spec home" eg Lennar Existing home inventory can be random and frustrating, and often the value isn't great. Custom new builds will always be more expensive. Small local builders may have more customization and more luxurious finishes, but you'll pay a premium for that. Huge builders like Lennar have honed their floorplans and construction over the years, and the result is an appealing mainstream home at probably the best value of any of your options. There's no customization, and it's not high end luxury like, say, Toll Brothers, but you're also going to save a lot of money. Every new home will have a few warranty items for repair, and issues have been quickly addressed so far. ... More

Not very flexible and we have had to request plumbing warranty once and electrical 3 times in just the first month. Quality control is not very good….

Painter were not that good

Had minor issues when it comes to warranty repair which they took care of it after I notify them with no issues easy process on the lennar app very professional and excellent customer service.

Just like anything else, the management of the process is important. Lennar in Lake Elmo at the Royal Golf Club has good management. Chad, the Construction Manager takes his job very seriously, keeps a close eye on the construction crews and makes sure every contractor does their job. Lennar uses the same crews of contractors from one house to the next, they are confident in the quality of their work as they have been proven over time on multiple jobs. The most difficult part was the financing. The house is nice but they could have installed a tissue holder and in the kitchen used a better faucet. The front door could use a peep hole. Everyone in the process from financing to closing was nice and professional.

Overall a good experience, but buyers planning to use their garage for their vehicles need to measure before purchase! Do not rely solely on blueprint measurements. Also, if you use their financing for loan and they offer to pay closing costs, ensure you know how much this will change your purchase price!

Overall experience was unsatisfactory. Lack of communication, misinformation given, cheap building materials, poor workmanship. I could go on and on. I would not purchase another home from this builder again.

Every step was handled professionally.
