The home is above average in construction but there are a number of things that need to be fixed. The construction appears to have been rushed and a number of items still need to be done even though it has been a few months since closing. Trees that were promised to be replaced by the agent haven't been replaced. We were told it was too hot to replace them this past summer, but no effort has been made to replace them since summer. Always get things in writing, even though I didn't do thst.

Frustrated with response to issues. Took two weeks to get damage from leak fixed. Having some plumbing issues and dishwasher hits stove door when opened. Love the location

No lighting ,provided, this cause the home to have electrical issues that were not tested until I moved in

Lennar builds an excellent home. They're building many houses in the state of Florida.

The lack of job site supervision and quality control was extremely evident. The quality of workmanship was extremely poor and not up to par for a brand new home.

Quality and easy to work with

We had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and this review is not for our rating of them. We have had a very poor experience with getting home warranty work taken care of and have found the quality of the workmanship to be poor. We feel like some of the trades just slapped the house together and do not take any pride in their work. The tile and cabinet trades have been no-shows 4 times now. Extremely irritating as our time is valuable and it’s seems like after they have our money, we just aren’t important.

My husband and I had an awful experience with building and purchasing our home with Lennar. Our final home walk through appointment was cancelled one hour before we were to meet (after we had arranged to be off of work and had child care services lined up). The house at our final walk through was not finished (not cleaned with dead bugs everywhere, missing paint, holes in the walls/ceilings, all the blinds were missing, the seamless shower frame we paid for was not installed etc). We had to rush to close because Lennar forced us and we had to push Lennar for months to get everything fixed/corrected after we moved in. Lennar homes are undoubtedly beautiful with first class materials. Unfortunately there is a markedly disconnect in the quality control and some workmanship. It is understandable that inevitably there will be some issues with a new home, but most of us in Dorado are in agreement that the issues we have been facing are not becoming of half million dollar homes. Many of our issues have come down to outright LACK of quality control. In one case the only thing that needed to be done to see the problem was to look up at the wall. I am very happy with the response from the team that addresses these issues, Overall I am and will be a Lennar customer for life; with just a tiny bit of effort these can be the best homes in the market! ... Since the process begun, Lennar has been very helpful to us. After the purchase warranty is always being there for us with any inquiry. I will do it again no questions asked.

Terrible. Never buy again with you

I really had higher expectations from Lennar but I feel it fell short on several fronts...not going to recommend to any one. ..I would probably advice to stay away from Lennar given the price of the house and poor material and workmanship...sad !!

Until today I am trying to change the door of the house entrance because it is a shame and nobody is responsible and I never really through that I would have such a bad experience for different reasons at home

My Wife and I are extremely satisfied with our LENNAR home and recommend them to all.

From the time I looked around for their model homes to the time I finally moved in to my Lennar house I didn’t not experience any hassle. The process was smooth and I have nothing but good compliments from everyone who visited my house.

The Lennar sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager of the builders is also extremely helpful. Great experience!

Our home is beautiful but we have to have several things corrected which we shouldn’t have had to do since it’s a brand new house. The main thing is the painting - both inside and outside the house. It seems like it was rushed and several walls had to be repainted. We have had to put in tickets, then schedule appointments, then be home for the repairs. It is time consuming and, like I said, shouldn’t have happened since this is a brand new house.

We love everything about our new home. The experience while buying the home was amazing and we love everything about it since we have moved in including continued customer service from Lennar

Window sills are crooked, doors had to be replaced, WiFi is slow, front door lock has to have new batteries every week or it will not work and you may come home and find your house unlocked, ring doorbell doesn’t work most of the time, and the list could go on.

The house has many problems and of which many have not been solved most of the problems are minor

Well designed with minimal wasted space and material. Typical material quality for a mid level home. These are not custom homes but provide good value for the money. We have had very few problems to date, however our neighbor has had many problems some major. We improved some of the areas of the house to provide a more custom house, but the basic floor plan is very well designed. If this was a custom house I would have made a few changes but overall this floor plan works very well for our needs. It would be great if Lennar had a high end package that would allow you to upgrade to even higher level appliances, water heater, jetted tub, heated tile floors, and better landscaping..... but ..... this keeps construction on a very basic level that the quality can be monitored. ... We love our Silverstone home because it meets all our needs. We did find however that there were areas for improvement especially for the upgraded features like smooth walls. The painters could have done a better job at being a little neater by cleaning up the over flow of paint at the windows etc. Altogether a great home and product, and the customer service teams both before and after the 90 days have been amazing! Our sales consultant Stacey made it such a pleasant experience as well!
