Lennar provided a great home buying experience from start to finish. The sales staff (Julie) were helpful and friendly and made the entire process flow easily from start to closing. Lennar's affiliates, Eagle Mortgage, Sunstreet Solar and North American Advantage Insurance were very competitively priced and made each process seamless. Have recommended Lennar to several people looking for a new home.

Inspect your new home on your first walk through and final walk through. Don’t sign off until EVERYTHING and anything you want fixed or changed is done. If you sign off and then complain later their responds will be, “ You signed off on the home.” Take a contractor you trust to inspect the home prior to signing off.

Sales person was outstanding. Construction manager was the big down fall. Would not fix what was promised.

Response to repairs a bit slow. Sales office excellent.

They won't listen. They don't have any respect for customer.

Construction is horrible for the price, they take a long time to fix issues and give you the run around. I am extremely disappointed. I expected more from Lennar.

Poor quality control during the build. House next door has been half built for 6 months and I have a constant flow of trash in my yard. Lennar mortgage company was a nightmare to work with.

We are in awe of our home. It is phenomenal! Great value, quality and we had a perfect experience with Lennar. From Debbie (sales) to Adam (construction) to Sarah (finance) to Peg (warranty) ..they were all FANTASTIC! Their communication with us was excellent. We have never experienced this with other home builders. We highly recommend Lennar at Whispering Pines!

I wish I would read the reviews about Lennar before buying my home from this company.

I needed a few extra wingnuts to put on the plywood on the windows and they were personality delivered to me.

From the time we decided to buy. To the end they were right there to assist. We feel like part of there family.

Me and my wife had what felt like a very smooth purchase. They were flexible with us on getting paperwork done. They also had everything setup and the in house lending was great. The only thing I would say is we are starting to notice some issues come up around the house and it's not many at all. Since we are first time home owners we could be digging a little too deep at things but, we are going to bring them up on our first year inspection. The house is beautiful though and the co.munity seems nice and we love our house.

We just recently bought a home in Rosena Ranch from a Lennar community. Since we've moved in, we have had to call service quite a few times for issues that should not be happening in a new home. For example, our handrail on the stairs are already having separation from the wall. It is under warranty and will get fixed, but it is very inconvenient especially because the contractors have to schedule so far out. These things should not be happening in a new home. I don't know if I trust Lennar's workmanship. The backyard was done very cheaply as well and all the neighbors complain about the amount of mulch that was put in. ... More

So this is a wonderful area...new homes that are spacious with lots of floors! My partner and I have been here for 6 months and have ran into some issues, like every new home owner does.. some of the people have been very responsive to our queries and others have been less than, We as a community put money into these homes that seem to not require attention from the builders, once the home owner is moved in. We are 32 homes filled with occupants, out of 52 homes supposedly being the total once construction is completed. There is trash left over by the Construction crew, broken glass in the neighborhood. There are nails in areas that are left out from whomever that are dangerous for dogs and kids bit mr ruin cars rolling in and out of the neighborhood! The landscaping crew is ruining the grass and the basic look of the area! I get there is a need to finish this neighborhood and people want to live here...but the builders needs to make it worth wanting to live here! Those are my thoughts. ... More

Rob, Brenda, & Robin....have ALL been excellent in helping throughout the purchase & transitioning into my new LENNAR home. They’ve always been very professional & courteous with me & my requests. For the most part, Rob has been very expedient in handling fixes as well. I have been truly grateful - for the way he stepped up in one specific instance with my yard when I 1st moved in. I have a few issues I’m currntly trying to be patient on getting corrected - but I have full confidence that - those too, will be handled with the same professionalism. All in all I am happy with our home. The only issue I have had is with our lawn. We had the sod move on our hill and I wasn't happy with their assessment. It still has a big gap and nothing has been done other then I should bag the grass when I mow.

Great customer service all the way around.

Onsite Builder - Superb Customer Care!

The exterior siding and trims are not good quality as well as the cabinets and doors are cheap and low quality.
