The Everything Included is great and made buys home much easier.

Lennar is the home for anyone who is happy with the exact model presented. During the purchasing process some inquiries or requests were received with a 'No' Sorry. Lennar also put a limit on a reward card presented at the time we closed on the purchased, when ready to use Lennar had pulled the funds back, so missed out. Be careful of any promotions or giveaways. The Construction Manager has been wonderful and quick to respond on some mirror issues.

The builder's team where great all around.

My home included a lot of stuff that in other communities are expensive upgrades. Very happy with my new home.

Lennar was fairly decent to purchase a home with.

I'm having issues with my vynal siding and can't get a call back to get the issue fixed. I'm also having draining issues I can't get a call back to fix.

My experience with Lennar has been a positive one. Home completed ahead of schedule. Only issue I had was anticipated early close date went beyond mortgage lock expiration but Lennar picked up fee for that.

Couldn’t be happier with our neighbors but be very careful and cautious when dealing with Lennar. Have your “I’d” dotted and “t’s” crosses with EVERYTHING!! Make sure to get it in writing because they will change their stories in everything that they verbalize to you

Overall I am pleased with my new home. We have had some issues that have been addressed extremely fast so no complaints there. My one issue I do have is the quality of the products used. For example; the paint, appliances, sink fixtures, construction materials in general are “cheaper than I expected. A lot of the “quality” was exposed after closing unfortunately.

Are house buying experience with Lennar was relatively easy! Buying a home can be one if the most stressful things you ever so! Lennar made it easy in a lot of ways!

To sum it up, we are still waiting on our 30 day walk through issues to be rectified. It’s now been 7 months. Typical car salesman support. They sell you a house and then they are gone.

Before closing your property Lennar will definitely take good care of you, they'll answer all your phone calls, they will fix everything for you and they'll support you with great customer service. BUT ONCE YOU CLOSE the experience is totally NEGATIVE. Nobody will answer your phone calls, they will disappear and not worry about post customer service. Once you close your property with Lennar you are on your own. They only take care of you before closing. Once you close the customer service experience is terrible, plus nobody will take responsibility for warranty issues. They are always telling you to contact somebody else. ... More

Very poor quality workmanship. Built 5 homes and this is by far the worst one. Exterior painting not finished, house was dirty, electrical boxes installed with drywall screws, live wires not capped off, cracked concrete garage floor and entryway not repaired, drywall mud on woodwork and painted over, water leaking in garage. I could go on but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.

I have had the best experience thus fat with Lennar. I really appreciate James, Yedi, & Brian for all their help through the process! James did an outstanding job keeping us informed and answered all our questions leading up to our closing date. Since then, Yedi & Brian have done a great job help us with some minor issues that come with a new build. I am truly thankful that we were given Yedi to help us through things after we took possession of the property! Our last home was bought brand new and once we closed, they were pretty much done with us. Brian also have been a great help answering questions and keeping us satisfied. Overall, Lennar is an excellent company and these 3 individuals are A+ team players in your organization! They should be commended! ... More

Overall, very pleased with the total purchasing, building, and move-in support processes. We were a little disappointed in the inability to make "minor" changes to the building plan months prior to construction actually starting. Not real pleased with the way the property was final graded. The degree of slope and the drainage between the houses causes standing water/mud. Also, much of the foundation concrete slab is exposed with the slope starting immediately next to the house.

We love our Lennar home!

I had problems from start to finish. Wrong information provided more than once during sales process. During the closing I walked who told me the closing was today. During walkthroughs before closing the repairs printed out more than half of them were not fixed. I did them myself. The construction was of poor quality and messy. I found cut wires that I had to repair. The paint overspray I took care of. Due to Lennars late delivery it looks like everything was rushed in order for them to make up the time. This is my first and last Lennar home.

We have constant issues with the laminate flooring. Tears all over the place under the weight of regular furniture. Please contact us to make this right.

Lennar uses 100s of contractors, so there is no accountability for work that will require follow-up once you actually own your home. The walls are thin and provide no sound proofing, this includes the thin aluminum windows that seep air/moisture. They use matte paint throughout, even in the kitchen and bathrooms. "Upgraded Cabinets" means they are white in color- they are made of soft wood that will show even slight dings from regular use. The bathtubs are made of plastic and carpet will look worn and tired after less than 6m, even if you do not have pets or children. The experience with my new home was awesome. All the lennar personnel were very helpful including Denise, Justin, and Michael And everyone else. I enjoyed purchasing my new home through Lennar and everything was made super simple. I would totally recommend Lennar to anyone that is purchasing a home in the future.

I love my new house

My house is beautiful the issue is the small things like paint splatter all over the flooring, or how a baseboard is separated from the wall, making hole in a closet while making a repair and yet not fixing the hole. The issues I have involve the workers lack of professionalism and realizing this is someone's home that they have worked very hard for. The plumbing works, the roof doesn't leak, and all the wall are up it was just these little details that if they took an extra step would have made a difference. I still love my home.

Our experience at Lennar was very positive. Everyone has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Great home at a great price!
