The homes and floor plans are really pretty inside and out

Definitely lots of issues closing, things to correct and fix after the purchase, some things what were done via a shortcut and we still haven’t gotten our touch up paint kit. The style and layout of the house is great and the color scheme is what we wanted. The size of the lot and location is why we went with Lennar.

The layout of the home allows for interpretation of almost any design style you choose. The exterior lends itself to your specific tastes. You can do a lot or a little however, you NEVER have to cut or water the lawn......

Overall good experience, did get the closing date moved a few times but that is inevitable sometimes. One thing I wish they would’ve actually mentioned is the sod in the backyard is not all the way included, it is in the brochure but there’s so much information on it it get overlooked. The loan officers were very patient, really went out of their way to make as easy as they could, the seller was also great.

Fairly decent house at a reasonable price. Lawn grass to the rear of the house attracts a lot of weeds. Windows should be in the bathrooms

We are happy with our home purchase. There have been a few issues but so far are prompt u to o give attention to them.

If you are going to buy a home, buy a new home, Shop around, compare Lennar was great, and efficient and helped with the mortgaging process. Everything went smoothly, Quality family homes.

I took the time to write a long review and due to a not so nice review it was not published. So this is my second attempt will see how it goes. Im not impressed with the quality of work on my home. They used cheap products. I will add all buyers should be told they only give you 20 feet of grass in the back yard. Very disappointed in Lennar.

We had multiple issues with cracks in the wall as well as the counter tops cracking. The floor not sealing right, the nail gun staples for the carpet poking through the floor. During the new home orientation I felt very rushed when there was multiple issues that needed to be corrected.

The sales team in the office was great. As well as the ease of buying the home. Any issues I had after move in was quickly resolved. There was a problem with the hot water heater that took a couple of trips from Casa Mechanical but it was eventually resolved. Hopefully once the new water source from Lake Granger is in place the problem won't happen again. However, I have to say I was left with a lingering disappointment and some hurt feelings. I completed a survey and did not score it with all 5 stars. I was being truthful because of the hot water heater issue. No buying experience is perfect and frankly unrealistic. Buying a home is very stressful for the buyer. Well, my customer service rep asked me why didn't I give perfect scores? He said that they heard about it in a meeting. I felt like I was being scolded and blamed. I felt like he was being totally inappropriate with me and should have kept his comments to himself. I scored my survey the way I felt at the time. ... I would recommend having a home inspector inspect the home prior to closing

I picked the Ironwood plan and I’m enjoying my new home. It’s spacious and great for entertaining!! We love this home! Thanks Lennar!!

Extremely bad quality construction and too many issues with new homes. And would not recommend and reference Lennar homes to anyone. Stay away from this builder new home construction.

Not so much a pleasant experience. Communication with sales rep was non existent, but called only when they needed something done on their end. Construction manager rushed us through our walkthrough and didn’t let us talk about the cosmetic issues we found and even insulted my wife calling her picky.

Love the timeliness and quality of home. Also, love the ease of purchase.

Standard features in Lennar homes are nice and you are left with only a few choices to make your house your own. We liked having a few choices because our last experience had so many choices to make we needed a binder!

Average home builder

Communication with buyer falls short after purchase. Slow to react to problems found by buyer. Many issues with clean up after contractors were done--not acceptable to any home buyer. Craftsmanship of home left alot to be desired. Shoddy work. Appliances were not the same ones that were shown in model home. Seller explained, at time of buying decision, that we would get the appliances shown in model home. The price we bought at appeared to be a great buy but we find it has fallen way short of our expectations.

We have lived in our Lennar home 6 weeks and we are very happy with it. Great layout. Nice workmanship

The buying process and went well. There were small issues that were addressed with the home itself. Bigger issues have not been resolved and I feel I am being ignored by Lennar. A construction worker broke a sprinkler head, I told Lennar but nothing was done. Due to the busted head, my water bill was extremely high. I was told Lennar would reimburse me but needed to provide 3 bills. I did and never heard anything back. Two trees in my front yard died and the house was not 4 months old when it happened. I told Lennar but they said they do not cover that or it is not under warranty. Getting into the house, everyone is ready and willing to drop everything to help.
