As investors, we have bought real estate for a long time. Dealing with Lennar was a complete nightmare. The sales representative was always confused about the facts and would provide misinformation. Unfortunately, due to her incorrect information, we made many choices that we would not have made otherwise. The construction crew/managers were great. However, the administrators refused to be held accountable for the NUMEROUS mistakes that were made that lead to a delayed closing 4 times. As an investor, I lost renters and income. The company is not what it used to be. Unfortunately, we now try ...

horrible horrible nightmare of a mistake to purchase from lennar. Over priced, workman ship is so poor, materials are obviously the cheapest on market, workers are sloppy and lennar refuses to fix their mistakes. Convinced 2 of my friends to walk away from lennar and will keep on doing so.

Would not stand behind their workmanship. Carpet unraveled within 48 hours and they would not fix. Closet bars fell of the wall. Circuits trip all the time. Already filled out first survey to absolutely no response. Would never recommend.

If you decide to buy a Lennar home is built really sloppy and cheap with no installation inside your home. The builders build these homes in the dark with no electricity by using flash lights...They will blame you for the issues with your house so no cost to them...Your home is built with particle board... For the money I would really consider another builder.. Do not use their mortgage company Eagle Mortgage its the worst ever

The worst nightmare

It was a really a Nightmare . The only can see a little concern for their mistakes was the Eagle Financial personnel. The res , include , Mr Carlos Gonzales , the president, were very careless about me as a customer Also I recommended another customer who both in Aquabella but never again. I will not recommended anybody else again

Don’t trust anything you are told verbally by a Lennar employee. Closings are set quick and they promise to correct issues but the battle ensues if you go to closing. We are not the only resident with this experience.
