We have had to file 7 claims to care in 3 months. Lennar refuses to do anything above the minimum to fix. Not something we ever anticipated with a brand new home. Continue to set high expectations and fail to deliver on them.

Everyone I’ve spoken with has told me Lennar was top of the line and they haven’t let me down yet! I hired my own inspector and he was even telling me the high quality materials and appliances that are used in the home. The technology used in the house is a huge plus! All of the employees were great to work with and very laid back. Definitely recommend!

Great experience and satisfying results!

We love our home but there are some issues with keeping the ponds maintained (grass around edges next to water and no fish for but control) There is also a vacant lot at the end of Passion flower that is overgrown and unsightly. I also don't like the fact that we are having to pay $5.3 million for the pool and clubhouse that was promised as our amenities when we bought our house.

Very poor quality of work has been done on house

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite.

The materials and workmanship are of good quality. Very trustworthy and responsive to concerns on your new home. The solar is a great savings on electricity. Overall it's the best home buying experience.

Promises were made to repair the hill behind our house and they have not followed through

I have had some problems inside and outside the home, which have not yet been resolved and have been reported at the time

The qualification process was completely redundant and stressful. Every step of my experience lacked communication by Lennar employees. I reached out to a district supervisor who did not even acknowledge my email nor concerns. Workmanship was not the quality I expected. I missed 8 days of work due to appointments with Lennar of which 6 were NO Shows. Video doorbell has been replaced twice.

I put in a service call for the countertops to be fixed and the first company agreed that the countertops were cracked then the lennar construction manager came and said that he would take a look at it and see what lennar wanted to do about it. I later received a letter to sign that they address the issue and that the countertop was not cracked. You can see it crystal clear that is not a natural crack. I am very upset about this problem and I don't know if I will ever buy another home with the lennar. Or recommend to anyone unless this issue is resolved. In addition one part of the living room hallway is hollow and makes noice every time we walk through it and two doors don't shut well. My suite bathroom door. And my sons room door. ... More

Todd the project manager is amazing!! He is always there with an answer and is quite helpful. I had a bird in my cold air return and he got it out. Couldn't ask for a better nite thorough guy!!!!!

Many choices and great service,

Amazing experience every step of the way. The NHC was very helpful in deciding what model and what elevation. James had a great answer for every question we asked. The Construction Manager Cindy did an excellent job, and even finished ahead of schedule! Each time we have contacted Lennar for a service call, it has been easy to put in the request, and a very quick response from the trade partner. Lennar is a great company!

When a person purchases a new house, you would expect the work to be of better quality. These contractors are supposed to be professionals and do better jobs than myself. We shouldn't have to have painters come back, sidewalks fixed, plumbing fixed, fixtures replaced, garage siding repaired all within the first 2 months. The CM was awesome! He was very willing to get people back in and make the repairs. We passed our 60 day mark, so no more CM helping us. The current customer care rep has been good so far and brought contractors back to make repairs. With the price one pays, I would expect better quality of work. The customer service with Lennar was exceptional! Working with Eric, Monica and Jefferson made this experience special for me. They were always available to answer questions and offer help when needed.

Pleased with our home purchase and pleased with the builder and the sales staff. After having lived in the house for a few months now, have three suggestions: 1. Sales staff needs to know the location of the neighborhood pool and actually visit it. 2. Fencing needs to be of a higher quality in workmanship. 3. Garages, if were about 2 feet wider, would be much more functional.

Our house was not ready at closing. However, Lennar came back to fix the issues they promised. It just took a few follow ups. Happy with the end result.
