Boy have I changed my opinion, and not for the better.

Had a prior Lennar home, felt would be similar in good built quality , not impressed , have had issues with cabinets, cracks , poor built quality and over all fair !

This is my first home purchase ever, so consider me a novice in home buying despite my research done ahead of time. They do earn your trust but in the beginning, it is so full of selling you this and that, false promises, etc. For example, my salesperson promised me a sound proof door considering that was a deal breaker to buy one of the last remaining houses in the community. 6 months later, still no door and learned that this should not have been made. I hate having to out work orders in only because I know the house is settling and it may require to have the contractors come out more than once but that's just me feeling like a pest. I love the 1 year maintenance warranty as the house settles. I wish somethings would have been disclosed upfront a little more and not oversold as they were good things, when they are not (appliances, etc). I never experienced Lennar homes before but am impressed overall with the home and the "Everything Included". LIke I said, first time homebuyer and it was a nerve wracking experience but they helped make the transition easy. ... More

Purchasing a home for $660k I would expect the home to at least be ready and for the workmanship to be perfect. There was a lot of things that were done incorrectly and I had to get corrected after closing as well as things that look half finished with little effort done to it. Again not what I expected after spending so much money on a home and with the caliber name of Lennar.

There are a lot of chips in our tiles and our home is not square in most places. However, Gabriel and his team have been incredible in responding to our issues. Also, we purchased our solar (instead of taking the PPA). The solar company you use is awful, and I would recommend not buying from your company because the issues we have had. It is estimated that we lost a months mortgage payment to their lack of diligence, and inept ability to communicate where their customers. I honestly have told people to go to other builders due to your choice of solar company. Other than that, I love our home.

Great house! We love it. The whole Lennar team was fantastic!

I bought a model home and the replaced things out of the home after i signed the contract. Someone needs to call me to get this fixed.

The house we bought overall is excellent and, especially with the lot size, is a great price. There were definitely some issues that required us to call out techs multiple times after we moved in.

The staff are excellent people who do their job’s well

I went with Lennar thought I had few other options, based on my first home experience which was positive. This time the house got into series of repairs in first month. Now, I’m following up for reimbursement but the response is very slow

For the price, you’d be better off buying an old house and renovating it to your personal standards.

Lennar has been great to respond to our limited issues. Wish the quality of paint and finish was higher.

The home was built very well. The process was great no complaints with lennar at all! Only issues were with Cal Atlantic they were the worst and wouldn’t recommend them ever!!!!

To begin with, we picked the house and lot so not a spec home. We were told we had time to add options so the day after signing we asked to add a laundry sink but was told we were too late for this request. Same thing for laundry cabinets! I blame this on the on-site agent giving wrong info. Apparently once you sign, you can’t make any changes so know what you want beforehand. Our house had a roof and almost to drywall before we had a single meeting with construction manager. I made them pause until we had a predrywall inspection done. It was given to the construction manager right afterwards and we asked to confirm receipt. A week later we have drywall now. So after MANY calls, emails, texts, he finally said he “completed” all the items on the report. Come to find out 2 months later, he admitted he never did anything with the report. Lennar’s way of fixing this situation was to give us our money back for the inspection. This did not make the displaced trusses or framing issues right!! After the final inspection, he said he would take care of everything on that report. We get to a week before closing and none of it was done so he had to delay our celebration meeting to 3 days before closing, which still a ton of items to be fixed. He asked if we were going to do a final walk which originally we did not have time for before closing but glad we made time because he did nothing on the list at that point. They scrambled to get them done before we recorded but did not. In hindsight we should have delayed closing!! He was the worst project manager and took zero ownership for his mistakes. Not sure how he still has a job!! Once we finally moved in, we found out our microwave did not work. Lights came on and seemed like it worked until you tried to heat something up. They made us go through appliance company to get fixed instead of taking care of it themselves. So for 2 months we did not have a working microwave. In short, I think a different construction manager would have made this experience better but Lennar should have taken some responsibility for his mistakes as he is an employee and representative of Lennar. ... Great layout and home. Customer Service and Construction Manager have been fantastic.

Still missing numbers on my mailbox No hot water in kitchen sink

Customer service is absolutely hands down the worst in the business!!

Nice brand new home but you'll notice quickly that the materials used are not high quality!
