Well I was so happy to become a new homeowner, but had to inquire a few times with Hov director about grass on side of house not growing, eventually having to hire a landscaper to fulfill the problem. Also , the stream of water along the side of house isn’t filling with water but instead the water from the street is gathering a large puddle and not draining into outlet! This makes the neighborhood look run down and I hate that it accumulates directly in front of my house. Visitors can’t park without stepping into a water puddle. I was told this is the builders problem to address. Lastly, I had my electrician here to install a ceiling fan in living room near fireplace, but he found that the present wiring was not adequate to house any type attachment. I’m still waiting for Ceco evaluate the issue so my fan can be installed. My electrician spoke with Jerry about the issue and was going to look into further installs in other homes being built.Hopefully this will be taken care of in a timely manner. There were just too many missing accessories, unfinished items, broken tiles. And no opportunity to give input into appliances or needed vents, such as in the garage.

I feel like this houses should be perfect when people move in to the house that cost them so much money. Little things that could have taken more time to make perfect for the home owner.

Purchasing my new home with Lennar was such a positive and seamless experience. The home was completed right on schedule, and I felt fully supported every step of the way—from pre-approval all the way to closing day. Lorah from the Lennar sales team worked beautifully with my realtor to make everything come together smoothly, and my loan officer, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic to work with. Both Lorah and Daniel communicated clearly and consistently, which made the process virtually stress-free. I’m thrilled with my new home—the quality is excellent!

The whole experience was well done. Due to all the computer work involved, Lennar 's people were very helpful and very patient with helping me work through the process. The house is very well built and is very comfortable. A word of warning...the HOA is very difficult to deal with and everything is written to favor them.

Overall, my experience purchasing a new home was mixed but ultimately satisfactory given the value. The price point for a 2,000-square-foot home was very reasonable, so I recognize that some of the finishing details may not match higher-end builds. That said, I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail during construction. The process itself had some challenges — I had to re-sign multiple PSAs due to missing or incorrect information, and communication between the mortgage and title teams wasn’t always consistent. While the teams were responsive when questions came up, document requests often came at the last minute, creating some unnecessary stress. In addition, closing dates shifted a few times, seemingly to accommodate internal schedules. After moving in, I’ve noticed a handful of small finishing issues — drywall cracks, caulking gaps, minor wall and door alignment, and some concrete work that could be cleaner. These are fairly typical for a new build, but they do add up. On the positive side, the customer care team has been very responsive, and I’m confident they’ll continue addressing items as they come up. I also appreciate the convenience of having everything handled “in-house,” even though that still involves several different teams. Overall, the home offers great value for the cost, and with some improved coordination and attention to detail, the experience could be even better. ... More

The entire process with Lennar was painless. From the salesperson to the mortgage consultant everyone was great to deal with.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the home purchase. Everyone who participated in the sales from start to finish was very efficient and helpful and patient.

This is my second home purchase. My first was a D.R. Horton home. The price point is what ultimately led me to purchase this one; however, if D.R. Horton had been available, I would have chosen them again. While I understand that costs have increased, the materials used in these homes feel very cheap. The flooring is probably the worst I’ve seen, and the tile and bathroom selections could have been much better. There’s also no exterior lighting on the garage, and the paint quality is extremely poor. Overall, I just think they could have done a much better job with the materials and finishes.

My husband, Tyrone, always say “Teamwork makes a dream work”. We never thought we could close on our home in 19 days. However , Lennar has a group of professional staff who provides excellent teamwork to ensure we got to closing on the date established once the purchase agreement was signed. Our Saleperson, Lauren was excellent, who assigned us to Tara, the Concierge, She sent an email introducing herself, providing us with a list of all the Utility Services, addresses, phone numbers and also advised us when to call to transfer the services in our names. We were contacted by the individual who writes the Homeowner Insurance Policy for review and to accept. Special thanks to John Michalski, our Mortgage Loan Officer who worked diligently with us to ensure the closing date was met. Kevin, who did our walk-thru was very thorough and paid attention to detail. In summary, purchasing a Lennar home and using their Mortgage Company was very easy because of a well organized Mortgage process. Overall it was an Okay experience. Our sales rep was phenomenal - thank you Liz!! Jennifer on the lending side was also amazing!! Closing day was great at Lennar. The walk through was good at the beginning and then didn’t continue that way - and the concierge person was not good at any point in time.

There are scuff marks on the floor The shelves s as are too high There isn’t double locks on the front and back doors

The building team was absolutely great to work with. They made both walkthroughs a breeze and resolved the very few minor issues found on walkthrough perfectly. Great experience. No complaints. We absolutely love our new home.

Four days before closing, I completed my first walk-through and identified several repairs that needed to be done. On the day of closing, none of those repairs had been completed. I was assured that if I signed off on the work orders, the repairs would be made promptly. To this day, many of the repairs remain unfinished. I have observed workers sitting in the office using their phones instead of completing the necessary work. This ongoing neglect has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I am requesting that all repairs be completed immediately and that I be made whole for the inconvenience and lack of follow-through. ... More

everything went well. quick and easy

I'm absolutely happy with my new home. I've found a few minor issues, but I hope they'll be fixed quickly I have 60 days to report . I had an issue with my air conditioner thermostat the first few weeks, and they fixed it literally the next day. The only thing that really upset me was the construction of the house next door. I didn't expect it to be built so close to my patio . I won't have any privacy. I hope the developer plants trees and shrubs. I really hope so. I definitely recommend lennar company!

The grass seed they put in has sooo many weeds. Im not sure why, but the grass in the back coming up is mostly weeds, not grass. Lennar gets things done quickly, but with that comes some sacrifices. One of the vents wasn't even cut correctly, so the grate didnt even fit in the hole. They just left it on top and my father in law had to fix it. Theres also paint marks from the black door on the white interior paint, there's caulk on the sliding back door, etc.

Very happy with our decision to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the material used and the details are very nice. There was some items that needed to be fixed and the responsiveness to those items was a bit longer than expected; however, happy so far with our decision to buy in this neighborhood
