Worst maintenance service. Tickets are not resolved for months. They just close the tickets without fixing the issues. New house car garage has big cracks. No hot water for first 1 week. Patios are NOT properly cleaned. Lot of dents in each step of the stair case. Kitchen shelfs are not properly fixed, still not fixed after 3 months.

Sales staff and warranty group are great. However that is backwards, if you have great quality, homes they will sell themselves, and warranty should be the loneliest group if quality is demanded when building. Higher management is not interested in quality, but only production. Slam build, and let warranty deal with the homeowner until they get so frustrated they stop asking for repairs that should have been done right when building.

Poor customer service, repeated broken items and screw ups on the home. Sales representative quit responding to emails or communications the second the ink dried. Broken bath tubs, sinks that leaked and poor follow through. Made me police the situation the whole way the whole way through to get basic items an inspector said be should be done taken care of. Ridiculously stressful and completely ruined the new home buying experience and our holidays (we moved in right before Thanksgiving). Quality of house and whole experience leaves a sour taste. I would suggest that anyone thinking about buying through Lennar, reconsider and look at reviews, as well as look very closely at details. Definitely not a builder that takes pride and address issues in a timely manner, if at all.

So disappointed with all the problems we have had. From being threatened with penalties to pay if we did not close when Lennar wanted (house had many defects) didn't even had many doors on interior for over 4 months. Lennar NEVER showing up to perform work orders when scheduled. Took forever to get response for scheduling. So sad our very first brand new home to be soooo disappointed!

Poor materials and worse craftsmanship. Not trustworthy. They don’t deliver on their commitments. Their contractors are inefficient and extremely wasteful. I would not recommend Lennar communities.

At first glance Lennar homes look like a dream. That is only at first glance. The quality and workmanship is horrible. Paint slopped everywhere, granite that doesn't quite fit, boards protruding from walls, baseboard separating from walls, doors that wont close or lock, electrical issues, misshapen walls/ceilings, patched holes EVERYWHERE, you name it, Lennar construction will mess it up and then try to hide it from you. Lennar support will then blatantly ignore all requests you make for service and do zero follow up to resolve outstanding issues. We have owned the home for 4 months and still ...

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. Customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Never again. Nightmare of an experience. Been 6 months and still waiting for repairs to be done from our walkthrough 1 week before settlement. HOA office is a joke, we pay all this money and they wanna keep raising the monthly fees. It dont want to address the real issues going on in the development. Already looking to move in the next year or 2 hopefully.

I love they layout of this home, exactly what I dreamed of. Everything else is awful. The quality, materials and workmanship is beyond terrible. Problems with every square inch! Looking into a lawsuit at this time.

Not so much a pleasant experience. Communication with sales rep was non existent, but called only when they needed something done on their end. Construction manager rushed us through our walkthrough and didn’t let us talk about the cosmetic issues we found and even insulted my wife calling her picky.

POOR Communication 2. 2nd rate workmanship (sloppy work, stain where there shouldn't be, carpet not tacked down properly and cut short of baseboards, clean your house before you move in paint, dust, and caulking everywhere.
