I love my house and my family had a very awesome experience with our salesman Dathan he was awesome and is very patient and understanding with 1st time buyers like us lol! Even after the sale if I message him about something he always is so fast to respond. The only complaint I have about the neighborhood is our HOA I dont know who decides who the HOA is going to be but I think it should be the residents of the subdivision. They are making us keep our trash either inside the garage or behind the fence of our homes which are ridiculous and I dont know how to get this changed

Our house was not move-in ready and yet we were still forced to close. There were still several outstanding issues that were not addressed on our final walkthrough. The process to close was rushed and workmanship was sloppy, there were several serious issues including a gas leak that had not been addressed until after the walkthrough even though they were caught weeks in advance. my best experience was working with George. How he went through each and every room and explain how everything works. I've bought from Lennar before. In fact my first purchase was in Rosena Ranch. From that experience to this one is night and day. Honestly, back in 2011 when I purchased the home in Rosena Ranch. It felt like they just wanted to sell as many homes as they can. Superintendent was amazing throughout the process, always responding to any issues we had during construction and post closing. The biggest issue we've had was as of just this week when I discovered 4-5 pieces of 4" long siding buried on the side of my yard along with a 5-7 10lb boulders in my backyard. I was curious why my grass wasn't growing so I started to dig and found those issues (siding crew didnt clean up, grating company did not notice the siding nor take the time to clear any rocks). Overall, a good experience but wish the yard detail would have met my expectations.

Lennar never make the pest control on a new land construction, and now we are requesting them to control the pest presence in our home, only 3 months after they deliveried the home, and they don’t want to validate their warranty because they alleged this is not under warranty covers.

We are disappointed in the lack of care presented by Lennar. We we’re given a “book” at our final walk through that covers what Lennar will and will not cover in the warranty period (before closing and after closing). If we had seen this before deciding to build here, we would have most likely walked away. We have had to take care of several issues at our own expense which leads us to believe that they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Issues like a French drain in our back yard because five houses drain into it and it stayed wet multiple days following a rainy day. No heat/cooling vent ...

Unfortunately Lennar is more focused on selling houses than building quality homes and providing good customer service. My closing date was moved up three weeks but my house had numerous items that needed to be fixed. I was assured they would be fixed after closing. Five months later, some of these items still haven’t been repaired. I submit warranty items that need to be addressed and nothing happens. Lennar eventually closes out the ticket like it’s been completed, but it hasn’t! This has happened numerous times so I eventually call customer service. It takes months to get things ...

Cracking driveway, two lights blown already, breakers popping

Moved in and within 30 days, I noticed the driveway is cracking (not covered under their warranty, but they are ripping out and repouring the other driveways that haven't been sold.. So maybe you'll be lucky) Central Air was mis-wired and needed a service call to wire correctly, took three weeks to come out. Several electrical breakers continue to pop with any type of wind, other homes owners report the same issue. Walk through is rushed and it's obvious no one from Lennar walks the home before closing. Was told floors would be cleaned but 3 months later I'm still unable to get white paint off the floor. No help for that or significant cracking in door frames and baseboards because that apparently is cosmetic. If I could do it all over again I would insist on a 2nd walk through and be more diligent to ensure issues were fixed before closing.

Timeline to closing was excellent. Great overall value! Felt house construction was rushed causing multiple tickets for resolution over the last 5 months. Take your time during the walk thru would be my only suggestion.
