Very poor and shoddy work. They forgot to add gas line in patio and did that the day of closing in a haphazard manner and not the way it was in the agreed plan. The dug the backyard and were not willing to reimburse anything. The fans started making noise the week after and they are not willing to fix or replace them. Their whole customer service is a charade and they try not to fix anything. When I refuse to sign off on a ticket I raised for Fan issue, they closed the ticket on their end saying the issue is fixed without any explanation. The house was sloppily put together and there were a lot of issues that took months to fix after I moved in. I had to take too many days off work to address all the issues. Grout work was sloppy, there were painting issues and issues with my ceiling. The garage cement had too many holes and looks poorly constructed. The house was also never cleaned and there was dirt all over when I moved in.

Lennar needs to focus on their customers

Once the agreement was signed it has been nothing but a hassle with Lennar. Homes are delivered with a “it’s good enough” standard. Communication is close to nonexistent and it’s a tough and long process to get them to do anything. I guess they are hoping people would give up and deal with things. Lennar is all about the quick turnover and sales. Not quality and customer service. Won’t recommend or buy a Lennar home ever again.

I do like the design of my home and the neighborhood but the workmanship was poor. I believe this was the construction was unsupervised and many things were wrong. Some of the problems were: the painting quality was poor, the tile work was not done properly, the front door was hung improperly, the kitchen cabinets were damaged, the sliding glass doors were damaged, the workman leave trash all over. I must say the builder is trying to fix things but it is certainly a hassle.

My biggest gripe so far is the quality of the paint and surface finishes both inside and out. The interior paint is a powder or chalk type paint, which CANNOT be cleaned. If your kids touch the walls, prepare to repaint. The drywall texturing was cheaply done and has many flaws and clumps in the material, which chip and flake off. I will say that Lennar was honest about this and warned me that they really do slap it together and cut costs on paint and finish. While i dont dispute the overall value and service, i would respect them more if they used better paint in a family home.

I love my house, the workmanship is great but I am very disappointed that the swimming pool will not be installed until the summer or 2021 when I was told it would be built by 2020. Management has not reached out to make accommodations for us to perhaps utilize nearby facilities until the pool is place. Also there has been a recent decrease in the value of townhomes in Grand Bees which is very disconcerting.

I absolutely love my new home. But as new new homes there is always a few things that need to be addressed on a punch list. Once I submitted my list it was taken care of immediately! Along with follow up to make sure I was satisfied I can’t say enough about the Lennar team they are professional and show concern for any issue you have and they follow through to make things right. Best move I ever made

From the day I bought this home it has been a disaster. On the day I bought the home they were an hour late at the title agency and didn’t even have a room for us to close in. Then we ending up closing on a fold out table with some random guy who farted in my husbands face. Then our mailbox key didn’t work for over two weeks and then they had to rekey the mailbox. Phillip in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. Manny our repair and inspection guy is outstanding I liked Gene at the mortgage company a lot. He makes sure that we know he is available and we always get good answers from him. One negative point is that the whole "online application process can be pretty intense for people who are not computer experts. Thanks for everything.

I have popping drywall throughout home. Lennar came in to fix 1st room and rate fix 2 out of ten. Did not report for rest of house based on this 1st fix. Granite on island has bad joint that is visible. Another bad fix! This is my 3rd build and absolutely not a good value for the quality.

Lennar - The landscaping is not great.

The landscaping is not great. Our tree fell over twice and had to be replanted. Part of our property line has washed away because they didn’t put erosion barrier up and so a fifteen foot section of our sod has been washed under causing big holes in the back yard. They supposedly fixed it twice but it’s still there.

The entire build process was great. Our sales rep kept us informed and although the lot we chose already had begun construction, Lennar allowed us to make several interior changes (floors, counters, and couple other items :) The one item Lennar MUST work on is their Closing procedure. On the day of close for our final walk thru/inspection, there were still 10 people inside working on the home! It is impossible to conduct a walk thru inspection to view potential deficiencies with construction still going on! Lennar should have pushed the Close by a day or two. we moved in March 2018, so far we haven't had too many issues and when we do have issues they are looked and possibly resolved within 7 - 10 business days. We live on a Greenbelt and a development vacant lot that is supposed to be cleaned up - well the Greenbelt is a weed infested eye-sore the weeds/misc plants are as tall as the iron fence (5-5.5ft) and the vacant lot that is supposed to be grassed with sprinklers is a catch all for the construction workers for concrete, bricks and extra dirt from other areas - large dump trucks come and dump misc stuff and a small back hoe brings bricks, ...

We have had some gardeners out to re seed the dead areas a few weeks ago, we have watered day and night (which is at our cost) grass is still patchy, we are very disappointed, we would like to see the garden re turfed so we do not have to go through this hassle.

I’ve reported issues prior to moving in that still haven’t been fixed! They keep changing workers that don’t know the previous reported issues! They used recycled wood to rebuild the house which ive asked to be replaced now three times. The cement has a huge bulge in the backyard and they spray painted the ground around the whole house and stained the cement! Paint wasn’t done and they say i have to use my one time touch up to fix it even though it was never done in the first place as well as the grout in the master bathroom.
