Very happy with all the Lennar staff and a high quality home they have built for us. Everyone has been very professional from the sales team to the construction team. Highly recommend Lennar Homes!

The staff is helpful and attentive. As with any new build, problems arise. Problems were attended to quickly.

Our sales representative and construction supervisor were attentive to all our millions of questions and we truly felt like part of the process. We love our new home!

From the sales process, to the selection of a few options; our home is exactly what we wanted. The construction process stayed on track even with weather issues. This team made ever commitment made. The progress inspections were clear, addressed any concerns and all items were taken care of prior to closing. Post service has been outstanding. Any issue raised was addressed, explained and taken-care of within a reasonable time.

I will never recommend to anyone to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the materials (drywall especially) is pathetic. The workmanship is below average. The trustworthiness is a zero (it wasn't an option). After purchasing the home, all Lennar has done is lie to us. Responsive to issues . . . got to be kidding me. Lennar doesn't respond to issues. Lennar is worthless.

I purchased the model home, it was in a good shape but I don’t like the fact that there no warranty on the house.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!! My experience with Lennar has been HORRIBLE outside of the person I worked with in finances. I have been lied to by the sales department, construction manager, lawn company, HOA and warranty company. My home was poorly built and now I have to put in service request to have patch work done, when they people doing the work decide to show up. When someone FINALLY comes, rather complete the work the error is pushed off on another trade. I really wish Lenna would stand behind the quality they advertise during the showing.

House was poorly constructed until now I’m still having minor issues. For new home owners have a thorough inspection before and after you move in.

Really liked the team here at Marbella Ranch. House was beautiful and the few items that gave come up after we moved in were taken care of right away.

The workmanship was poor. Lots of issues to attention to detail. When I complained, the construction managers response was that the brand new home was meant to be lived in. That response floored. I would not buy from Lennar again.

The sales process was painful. I lived out of town and responses were poor. There was no flexibility during purchasing phase. The construction manager “Henry” was phenomenal and provided answers where he could. He insured all of my concerns were addressed and directed me to the appropriate person if it was out of his jurisdiction.

We love our house… We love the neighborhood… Brad our sales person and Miles the on-site liaison have been awesome… Getting action on our punchlist has dragged on and on

During the purchase of our home, we were told the amount of great common areas and amazing landscaping, however after 5 months being we have not seen anything besides so much construction debris even in places where is all built and finished.

Its always great when I contact the warranty department, get a date scheduled, and then nobody shows up or contacts me to reschedule.

For the price. The workmanship should have been perfect but small things like bowed walls and trim seams not lining up.

I was very hesitant to buy a new home in a planned community but I’m very happy with my decision we chose the value of the Lennar home over a smaller home with more attention to detail however for the most part we have not been disappointed. There have been a few issues with workmanship however Lennar is insanely fast to communicate and fix any issues that have taken place which is about as good as you can get on non-custom built homes.

The Model homes show beautifully, however the quality of workmanship is lacking in the non model home. I know these are not custom homes, but materials and supervision need much improvement. They give you one year warranty. They string out getting the work done. Seems like you have workers back and forth for 6 months to most of the year. At some point you just want them out of your house. The open floor plan carries voices and noise throughout the home, especially noticeable in the bedrooms. Lack of hall space to buffer the sounds. But it does show well.

The overall experience was excellent, in particular, our interaction with the lady who was construction manager at the time.

Lennar will make you feel great upon buying your home and they’ll offer a one year warranty on any defect. Initially, Lennar will be responsive to warranty requests. However, it comes with a catch. You’ll quickly realize the warranty is offered because Lennar is aware of the poor workmanship and materials that go in to their homes. After a couple months, customer care will abandon you as they move on to other new homes. As of today, we have a dead tree and shrubs in the front yard that Lennar planted and has not addressed. We have weeds, straw, and plastic netting in the backyard that I believe was supposed to be grass. There is an unsealed gap under our windows and around the patio door that Lennar has looked at but refused to address. This is not to mention a myriad of small lazy defects that I’ve fixed on my own out of frustration. Lennar has a great sales pitch and they’ll sell you a great idea, but be ready for disappointment after closing. ... More

They state they’re the leading builder of QUALITY homes, which demonstrate COMMITMENT to customers, OUTSTANDING construction, and dedication to EXCELLENCE in homebuying. In our experience, they do not practice what they promote or have written as their core priniples; Quality —- Value —- Integrity. From the beginning of our home buying experience (started June 2018), to our current new homeowner status (moved in late spring 2019), we do not find we’ve been given the quality, value or integrity we’ve been promised. As new homeowners we find the “Customer Care Representatives” to need a title change of “Lacking Care Consultants”... they respond ONCE with a “I forwarded the problem to another department”, but they don’t give any other information or solution to your concern/problem...THEN it becomes your job to follow-up, remind them of said issue, document EVERYTHING & include pictures, as well as continue to ask detailed, specific questions, because they respond with a “I haven’t heard anything yet, still waiting”... then give a reason (AN EXCUSE) of why it will take awhile & how we (the customer) need to be patient. Currently we are dealing with flooding issues, and after reaching out to multiple people in Customer Care, the Lennar sales office @ the welcome center, & our HOA, the QUALITY & COMMITMENT to us as customers, and our environmentally protected area (in which the flooding caused major run-off of construction debris & trash to go into the lake, let alone cause damage to our property) seems to be of little VALUE. We did receive ONE response saying they did something to help drain the water, however, the evidence of the clogged grates & TRASH (seriously, they LEFT the trash that is all over the grates), remains exactly the same, even after 5 days. But as Anthony, the Lennar sales guy said, (over a week ago after I HAD TO FOLLOW-UP) “he is doing his best”, ... so that should help to reassure us, as new homeowners, of Lennar’s core principles. ... I’m extremely disappointed, with the price I’m paying for a house like this I expect small problems if any. I’ve had major construction done to an upstairs closet, missing paint in parts of my house, spots with no texture, water damage to a door, door hinges ripping from the walls. I’m beyond annoyed with how much time it takes to get these problems resolved. They try to do what they can to make it right but I am tired of construction, I’m tired of constantly having trades at my house fixing things that shouldn’t have been overlooked or assumed I as the homeowner wouldn’t notice. This is a serious problem! I don’t understand why it’s so hard for Lennar and the contractors to just slow down and do it right the first time so you don’t have to have 100 warranty calls on one home. It is not that hard to just slow down make sure you’re doing your best work because it saves a lot of hassle on both sides for the homeowner and for the company Lennar. The work that has been done to my home is less than satisfactory and I’m literally at my wits end of dealing with this company any longer. From buying this one home I WILL NOT EVER recommend Lennar to any of my friends or any people I know asking who they should purchase a home from. Consider me a lost customer that will never come back and buy a house with Lennar. ... More
