Working with Tim (sales office) made our experience perfect. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and patience plus his knowledge on the house, process, and products was amazing. I had complete trust in him. The construction managers were great. Funny guys, great with communicating to us and always always responded quickly and acted quickly. My only complaint was on the workmanship, mainly the painters. Final touches aren't getting finished

I've had 4 major building issues that needed to be addressed. Furnace pipes installed incorrectly caused motor to burn out, dryer outlet was originally installed as a stove outlet and got that replaced, bur first it caught on fire, dryer vent not brought out correctly from sheetrock so my dryer wasn't able to work properly and my exterior vents were spray painted over causing my basement to overheat and water condensed on my pipes. Still lots of minor finish work that I'm hoping will get taken care of. I feel like once you sign your papers, you get abandoned if you need help afterwards.

While I do love my house, I've had several warranty issues come up that remain unresolved with no action plan. Lennar was great up until I closed on my home. Since then, it's been a struggle to get answers on when and how my issues will be fixed.

Just bought because the view

workmanship and materials used on construction are very poor, we need to talk with many guys to solve small issues in the house and it´s take a lot of time. at the end we also have problems to install our fence as lennar didn´t let the metal pins installed.

Overall my house is nice. There are things that were shown and discussed that were changed or excluded by Lennar that I was not happy about. But once you are in the process, its hard to walk away.

I really enjoyed my new home up at the amount of repairs needed and the timing is not responding from the associates was unacceptable this is a new subdivision and I have heard several complaints from my neighbors as well

Great sales staff, bad move in experience, annoying yard

Grant in the sales staff is great, very easy to work with and very communicative. Our move in experience was less than stellar, we had a 3 page list of stuff that needed to be fixed/replaced/addressed before we moved in in one week. 1/3rd of that list wasn’t completed and we were told it wasn’t a big deal. Every time we have had an issue, however, Chad has been immensely helpful and quick to respond and fix the issue. Terrible at following up with issues; way too many problems with house due to poor work by contractors and lack of attention to detail. This is the first home I have owned and I did a lot of research before purchasing from Lennar. I am so disappointed. They rushed to have everything done so they could have us in the house by the end of their quarter. I am reminded daily of their sloppy workmanship and how they cut corners to be done on time. I absolutely love my home and have enjoyed working with Chad Aycock and John Faircloth. Matt from customer care has been helpful too. My main issue has been with my property. The yard was poorly graded and the yards are not 100% sodded. This is causing erosion on the back part of my property. The poor drainage was causing a lot of standing water on my property and it took a few months for it to be fixed. The issue has been addressed and a French drain was put in. Take the time to check EVERYTHING on your walk-thru.... when an issue is discovered later (which is inevitable) it is difficult to get the problem addressed and fixed

Builders rush instead of ensuring quality products. The level of professionalism is below standard. Communication between all parties in the process is poor. If you have a new build, expect significant delays from the original move in date. I could go on, but basically expect to be disappointed and don’t set your expectations high.
