Overall it has not been a bad experience but there have been things that have not been what I expected of buying a new home. For example I don't know how to handle my sprinkler system and I have asked a couple of times and no response to that. A couple of other things and all the responses have been not covered by warranty and that's it. I believe when you buy a brand new home, you should get help and things should be taken care of. My requests have not been big or unreasonable.

Craftmans ship is terrible. Trim used is cheap wood. Paint was terrible and all over our flooring.

We purchased our new home in February, and have been very pleased with our purchase. The home as with any construction project like a remodel required a few minor touch ups. The difference is the Lennar group has been very willing and quick to fix any issues. I highly recommend Lennar as a builder.

Too many imperfections caused by fast and sloppy workmanship. The entire process is rushed from start to finish. Everywhere I look I find issues with finishing touches. We just moved in and we're already thinking about selling.

If looking for quality construction, look elsewhere. They’re attentive until your house is done, good luck after that. HOA at Florida Properties is absolute worst.

The overall hand off day was disjointed with mailbox keys missing and tool for the door missing. There were door handles on backward, bath wouldn’t hold water, bathroom lock inverted, appliance manuals missing, missing code required electric plugs in laundry - all which should have been done prior to possession. The elevators have been unreliable but the up and down get done. The location and design are superb and home is comfortable

If you are located in Reno Nevada, there is a lot of hew homes going up and you will need to wait about 3-4 weeks to get your mailbox key from the USPS if you have a community mailbox. Go the post office immediately to apply for they key and in the mean time have the post office hold your mail. Yuo will need to go in every few days to pick up your mail this way until your key comes in.

Why the rating is four stars on three out of four areas. The reasons are that since we moved in we had problems with the plumbing and the dryer exhaust duct and now are fixed, the sliding doors not working and were repaired, and the front door lock was not functioning as intended and was replaced. Elevators not working for days without advance notice, and even after being repaired are still not trusted. Also, we bought our washer and dryer even that in Lennar advertisement they should be included in the Condo. But, in general the Condo is a high quality product and deserves five stars and we ...

My Lennar home made a new home purchase easy as everything is included, so you are not chasing little details and add on that cost additional dollars.....(included window treatments, appliances, flooring, tile, smart home features) The construction was on time, they provide regular weekly updates, and present the home with a detailed walk through. They have been good to their word and fixed any minor flaws that were identified and any issues I have found after they quickly addressed.
