Best experience ever from start to finish highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a house.

Everything was explained, but at such a rate and depth that I could have told you little of what had just been presented to me.

I've been here for two months and unfortunately I'm having some issues. The CO2 alarm has already gone off five times for no reason. Two devices have already been replaced, and the problem seems to persist. The toilet on the first floor was uneven, requiring three days of repair work to fix it. These are some inconveniences you don't expect when buying a new home.

We are thrilled with our home and the community. It is absolutely gorgeous! The home buying process was fairly smooth and short -- we had about three weeks from purchase to close. The only disappointment was our salesperson in the site's sales office, who gave us several pieces of misinformation about the property and community. She was not very helpful and our realtor had to do a lot of the work.

This has been the worst home purchase experience ever between the sales person telling you whatever you wanted to hear and lying about follow ups, along with misrepresentation of the property and what you can actually do and now an ongoing battle with the builder and the county regarding land rights And building issues. Do not ever buy from this builder!

Coordinating the settlement and the inspection was not a very good experience. We showed up at the scheduled time no one was available. The coordinator couldn’t be located. Someone else filled in to take us through the inspection. Settlement papers had to be redone twice due to poor communication between the coordinator and legal council.

The process was stressful because 1 month is not enough to buy the house. The people are kind. The fix was good. I hope that by the end of the year doing great. SS

I had an excellent experience from the start till the end. There stayed in touch and were professional and courteous. Answered my questions at any given moment. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were honest, and straight forward.

Closing was a nightmare, the date was later than planned due to no street lights being in the development. This cost us thousands of dollars in rent and a double-move. At closing the company that handled it could not give us permission to enter the house that day because they needed one more e-signature from me and their system was down. At 5 pm that day they notified me it was finally up and I could go back in. This cost us another day as we had appts set up for cable, nicor, etc. The landscaping originally put around my house was skimpy and half dead and to this day I have not gotten anything replaced yet. I have been back and forth on this with Lennar and about 2 weeks ago someone finally come out and told me it would be replaced within a couple of weeks. It took one month to get any mail delivery and we were constantly tossed back and forth between the post office and the builder playing the blame game. I contacted the water dept and was told that Lennar never contacted them after I closed to let them know to transfer the water bill to me. Of course, my unit was connected to multiple Lennar sprinklers so I was watering other lawns and didn't know it. The water dept is currently trying to figure out how much I owe now. I rated you higher on responsiveness because we did have a plumbing issue with leaking water in the bathroom and the response to the issue was exceptional. It was taken care of immediately. It’s really quick to do a review; I think we need more time for this. Overall, the process was fine, the new house looks great, and I hope the materials will last. I also hope the community development moves forward. Thank you.

I like the Lennar builder, good home quality and very reasonable price. However, I believe they need to have more check points for their staff. They do not have good communications skills and trying to doge the responsibilities to the other person. I received the pool community about three weeks after purchase. my ring door is still not operating, and nobody takes responsibilities to fix or replace it.

The builder were thorough with all the work orders and completed everything on time before closing. There are some new work orders that are forthcoming but I am confident it will be handled with the same level of attention and professionalism.

Home buying experience went smoothly. Jaqueline was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Dave was very responsive with remedying 'punch list' items. We still have issues with our sod though and am awaiting a resolution. As a lifelong plumbing engineer I am particularly sensitive to the quality of plumbing fixtures and feel that the installed fixtures could have been of higher quality. An issue that I find annoying is the amount of time it takes hot water to get to the faucets. (35 seconds for the kitchen faucet). Other than these issues we are very happy with our new home.

Salesman was terrific. On site construction manager was terrific.

1. Incomplete and Substandard Work • The house was not properly painted only a primer coat was applied, which is completely unacceptable for a new home. • The shower door installed is incorrect and does not match what was agreed upon or expected. • Drywall (sheetrock) throughout the house is already cracking and separating, which indicates poor workmanship or materials. • Windows are not sealed properly, potentially leading to energy inefficiency and water damage and mold. • There are serious ventilation issues that affect air quality and comfort. • The HVAC system is deficient and either not functioning correctly or improperly installed. • Roofing defects have already emerged, raising concerns about water intrusion and long-term durability 2. Ignored Notifications I notified your team of these problems within the first 30 days of moving in well within any reasonable defect liability or warranty period. Instead of resolving the issues promptly and professionally, I was given the runaround and excuses. No clear plan or commitment was made to correct these issues, despite multiple follow-ups on my end. 3. Loan Issues Additionally, the mortgage terms I agreed to are not what was ultimately finalized. The discrepancies have created significant financial stress and feel deceptive. I trusted your team to guide me through this process ethically, and I now feel misled. This entire experience has not only been stressful and disappointing, but it also feels like a breach of trust and good faith. I purchased a new home, and what I received is far below what was promised and paid for. In addition to the physical problems with the home, there are major concerns regarding the loan process. The mortgage terms I agreed to were not what was ultimately finalized. Most critically, my 20% down payment was not properly reflected or credited in the finalized loan documents. This discrepancy has created significant financial stress and appears to be a serious oversight if not a deliberate misrepresentation. Beware. TREC contracts are easier. The salesperson will ignore you and lie to you about your closing. The concierge doesn't know anything.

Even after 3rd party inspection they said fixed AC but they cheated, very first day ac stoped working I had to stay with our AC for 5 days, now it's Gas leak from stove even though it's in warranty they don't take responsibility and making us wait 10 days without cooking. Floors are uneven , every bad workmanship, they dnt fix issue.
