Other than the initial sales process and the warranty personnel, the entire construction related process has been painful. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a terrible warranty request experience with Lennar Homes

I gave the overall buying experience only 3 stars because the closing date was postponed several times. When the actual date arrived I was nervous about closing because there was still a long punch list of things that were not yet completed/corrected. But I'm glad we went through with the closing. The wonderful foreman and sales office make up for the sloppy workmanship.

Many give Lennar a bad wrap. In my opinion, they offer a good product at a competitive price and have been very responsive.

Top shelf work from beginning to end. The Lennar Realty team was determined and made great effort in selling me and my wife on Lennar homes!!

I feel that a lot of things are overlooked. Simple things. The quality control of the different parts of the building process is far from good. I know good help is hard to find. There are things I believe you should change. The stainless sink in the kitchen are passé. There are many options besides stainless and porcelain. The tile work seems substandard. I like my house, but I think you need to get into current times.

Support and assistance was second to none. Everybody was really available to answer questions and address issues

My experience with my very first home build at Solana in Gilbert, AZ, was painless, thanks to the reps in the sales office, the mortgage company they recommended (Eagle), and Gerry and Todd on the construction side. Their patience with all of my questions, and then answering them in a way that made sense to me, lowered my stress levels during the home buying process. The finished product met my expectations - new, functional, charming, in a great location, sound quality - yet exceeded my expectations at the same time. Thank you, Lennar team, for all you do!

Good quality workmanship. The efficiency of the sound proofing and insulation was outstanding and I have much lower utility bills than expected.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with this community and home. We’ve never owned a Lennar but have been satisfied since day 1! Customer Service and support has been great too!

Definitely did not do quality work. Fir as much as I paid I could have chosen a better builder.

I put a Warranty request 2 weeks ago NO response!

Very happy with the home we purchased! No major issues and if any issue raised we were always taken care of.

We and 50-60 of our neighbors were all promised beautiful finished green spaces and a tot lot when we were in the sales process. Lennar never finished these and apparently has no plan to. Other neighborhoods have beautiful amenities for the same HOA cost we do. Different builders who keep their promises. We will have to hire legal council and go through mitigation for breach of the sales agreement as we were all told the same things and our neighborhood is not up to par. Items take FOREVER to be fixed on my home. We have had 3-4 people who are supposed to fix things. Why so many? Can Lennar not keep employees? Still waiting over 7 months to get our roof fixed. It's disappointing. No one expected perfection, but the take the money and run without finishing what was committed to leaves a lasting impression of Lennar as a builder. I would not buy in a Lennar community again until all of the green spaces and amenities promised were already put in. It's sad. We love our home, but our community is disappointed with Lennar's commitment to what they promised. ... More

For the most part was happy, my upgraded tile floor still looks very poorly done. Problem was not addressed properly and lennar refused to fix it properly

LENNAR has no oversight or process to follow up on issues after the sale. Had 30 day walkthrough to see what need to be addressed haven’t been back since. That was 4 months ago. Wish they had a negative star all categories would receive a negative rating workmanship was poor at best. But they don’t care not there house just a paycheck for the workers.

Lennar staff have responded quickly to any concerns I've had or items that need to be fixed. Very efficient and helpful!

there were too many details incomplete, their work has so many fault

Seems value for money but actually built quality is bad. Finishing looks nice while delivery, but quality is bad. Fed up with flooring issues all over, hardwood floor or carpet flooring squeaks a lot. Does not feel solid. May be they use cheaper vendors and also bad pre-delivery inspection on Lennar part. Did not expect from this largest builder in the country.

Overall we love our home.

They don't respond when you call

Poor tile work. Cheap paint and carpet. Fit and finish work awful. The smart home features are nice, however I've been informed that they are not included anymore.
