Nice size house and design for the price, but the craftsmanship can be a whole lot better.

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. I hope they will sell to good investors and good real estate companies who have a great track record.

We run out of hot water every time we shower.

Lots of issues in the fine details. We were missing a breaker for our air conditioner, several issues with doors in our home and slow when getting things addressed.

We love everything about our new home and couldn't be happier with the experience we've had with Lennar.

The base materials (flooring, interior paint, appliances) are very basic at this price point, possibly with the intent of selling buyers on various upgrades. Certain items (i.e., full gutters, better drainage) should be considered essential in this climate.

We have had to file 7 claims to care in 3 months. Lennar refuses to do anything above the minimum to fix. Not something we ever anticipated with a brand new home. Continue to set high expectations and fail to deliver on them.

Everyone I’ve spoken with has told me Lennar was top of the line and they haven’t let me down yet! I hired my own inspector and he was even telling me the high quality materials and appliances that are used in the home. The technology used in the house is a huge plus! All of the employees were great to work with and very laid back. Definitely recommend!

Great experience and satisfying results!

We love our home but there are some issues with keeping the ponds maintained (grass around edges next to water and no fish for but control) There is also a vacant lot at the end of Passion flower that is overgrown and unsightly. I also don't like the fact that we are having to pay $5.3 million for the pool and clubhouse that was promised as our amenities when we bought our house.

Very poor quality of work has been done on house

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite.

The materials and workmanship are of good quality. Very trustworthy and responsive to concerns on your new home. The solar is a great savings on electricity. Overall it's the best home buying experience.

Promises were made to repair the hill behind our house and they have not followed through

had to be on top of 5 different people to understand delays and work to be done. House looks nice, but I see a lot of issues in terms of quality and workmanship

I have had some problems inside and outside the home, which have not yet been resolved and have been reported at the time

The qualification process was completely redundant and stressful. Every step of my experience lacked communication by Lennar employees. I reached out to a district supervisor who did not even acknowledge my email nor concerns. Workmanship was not the quality I expected. I missed 8 days of work due to appointments with Lennar of which 6 were NO Shows. Video doorbell has been replaced twice.
