I feel the homes finishing was rushed and small important details overlooked and the KNOWOLOGY group is the worst. Slim to no response to resolve issues and lack of info and guidance

We are very happy with our new home and the Lennar team

This is my first home and i must say i am disappointed in the quality of the craftsmanship. I've been in constant contact with Lennar customer service to attempt to set up repair services to fix multiple issues within my new home. Before closing i had to have the roof redone because it was not done correctly the first time. Over all i am not impressed with the quality of the work.

Excellent Experience

I like the house I bought, but I don’t love it. I think Lennar should stop trying to build homes so fast. Quality means so much more to me than speed. There have been several issues that I have called about in the past few months that should have been done before I moved in. The customer service team as a whole does a great job, but I don’t care for the customer service representative assigned to take care of warranty issues. I don’t like the fact that I was told the amenity center would be completed by the summer and that is now to be determined. I also think Lennar should allow customers to choose more options when purchasing a home, for example gutters, as opposed to having to pay after closing. I like the smart home features of my house, but the quality of this house is less than what I had in my Bloomfield home. The painters they used were simply terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. Carson is always helpful and helpful to me. His attitude and genuineness is the main reason I bought this house. ... More

Team at Lennar stepped up and took care of what was needed to make sure we were happy.

This was my second Lennar home in five years. However, the quality of materials and workmanship has significantly declined compared to my previous Lennar home. Lennar homes are beautiful and space is planned out well. Buying process was easy and not complicated.

There have been a decent amount of issues that we have had since moving in, especially with appliances. There are things we have noted around the home that are done cheaply for the price and size of the home.

Love the new home but it was delivered incomplete. It has taken almost 4 months and a lot of nagging, requesting, demanding, etc. to get the home actually finished. For example, we had missing paint in places, doors which needed adjustment where you could see light from the outside, missing technology items which would allow the home to actually be "connected", over 40 cracked pavers, a missing backsplash, over-paint on all the metal coping in every bathroom, etc. I could go on. It was really a shame to have the home delivered in such an incomplete state just so corporate could book an accounting entry for the fiscal quarter. Ideally, 2 more weeks, a little TLC, and attention to detail would have made a world of difference in the customer experience and delivery of a finished home. Instead we were shot through a closing cannon and then had to nag for months to get the product completed properly. What good is temporarily increasing shareholder equity for a quarter if it means over the long run your product gets a bad reputation and sales eventually decline as a result? ... More

Location was awesome. It was a lot cheaper than a custom home. It was painful to be ripped off and know only recourse was to walk away from a nice house. Fixtures standard low budget builder grade items. Workmanship adequate to substandard. No choices or deviations from master plan. Understand have bought a “house in a box”, meaning the absentee builder or franchise operator purchased plans and hired local labor to execute. Local labor seemed to be inexperienced subcontractor or day laborers, or sketchy bottom feeder companies. Little attention to detail or focus on quality. So far, most obvious errors have been redone by professionals at warranty company. Buyer beware. ... More

Still have dead plants around the house and have not heard from the electrician regarding moving the switches

They have been excellent at working to resolve construction problems.

Poor Customer Service and some features of the home not well though out

Great house. Great value.

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.
