I love Lennar's house. Beautiful and comfortable, the best home I have ever had since immigrating to the US for 10 years.

As out of state buyers we really appreciated Sales Rep David keeping us informed (including pictures) throughout the building process. Our Construction Managers Don and Doug applied their extensive knowledge/experience to address our home building and product features questions. The finished home Don delivered at closing exceeded our expectations.

The sales persons are very professional, kind, responsible, and reliable.

We had a great experience buying our home with Lennar. Everyone has been above and beyond helpful anytime I’ve called with questions and concerns. They have been patient diligent and on top of their game.

It’s overall great location for places to eat and grocery stores are like 5 minutes away. The houses comes with lots of amenities and look very nice in our opinion. One thing, is appliances are being stolen from the homes before you move in and right after they are being delivered. It’s strange but it keeps happening until you close on your home and you’re moved in. When you’re driving through the neighborhood or walking around, everyone seems really nice. Seeing lots of kids around, which is good because we have a 13 year old. Great thing is, the middle school and high school, are within walking distance, maybe 20 minute walk. There’s a walking path that leads from the neighborhood to the schools. We are very happy with our purchase. Everything; is included in the price of the home. Such as, the appliance package/Blinds.

My experience with Linnar in the process of purchasing a new home was so respectful and rewarding. The price paid was reasonable. The team is responsive and considerate! This is an excellent home builder!

This was our 2nd Lennar home and it went even more flawlessly this time than the previous one. The CM, Sales staff, and Customer Care team all are competent and really advocated for us in so many ways. We love our new Lennar home!

Given the fact that our home was built during a time that was tough to get materials they didn’t a great job. We were kept updated during the process and given a timeframe based on how things seem to be headed.

Great experience with whole team

Our sales coordinator was honest and forthright. The head foreman was detail oriented and responsive to our requests in finishing the house. The customers response coordinator is amazing in immediately following up on any issues that need to be fixed.

Easy to work with, very flexible, and honest.

It was a great experience to see your home being built from ground up. Our new home consultant Stephanie was great and kept us up to date. Closing day was a little hard because they had so many homes to close on the same day and were behind, house was not 100% completed but they did come and finish it within the week. Small things like mirrors, shelves and screens.

Everyone from the General Contractors, Finance Team, and especially the Sales Team, all were a big help. Every question we had we got answers and we love everything about our brand new home. We will recommend Lennar to any of our family and friends that want to purchase a brand new home.

We absolutely love our Lennar home. The everything’s included package is so awesome. The home has so many great touches plus Lennar understood we had a tight timeline to purchase and close and they got it done. Definitely recommend!
