Flawless transition… we’re always professional

Not a lot of attention to detail and when I pointed out issues they weren’t dealt with very well/ at all.

I was searching for a new home that was affordable and had all that I was looking for. I found Lennar and was very impressed with quality, price and the standard upgrades in the price. I worked with the Lennar team and I can’t say enough they put me on the fast track to get into my home and sure enough I was in without any issues. My home was more than expected and no short cuts this house was built right I inspected it myself and well Lennar builders did a great job. Very happy and if you find minor issues or any issues they will come right out and fix the issue. I had a small floor scuff mark and reported it and the next day the contractor was at my home and fixed the issue. Now that’s service. Beautiful location and well planned out community plus landscaping is very professional and well kept I never usually write reviews but Lennar did such a good job with the home .service.and helping me along the way with buying process it just need to be in writing ... The entire experience from talking with sales, choosing home, working with Lennar Mortgage and Title and all the people I worked with was smooth and wonderful. Everyone was an excellent communicator and everyone answers when I called. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Lennar really has it together with their current people, departments and processes. The experience could not have been beter.

My experience with the sales person & my superintendent were excellent. They were quick to respond, professional & caring. The only 2 complaints I have are 3 of my appliances were damaged and the ceiling has so many tape lines in different rooms that will have to be redone, which will make a mess in my new house. The drywall company is terrible.

Everyone in the Lennar family was a pleasure to work with! So helpful and walked us through every step!

Lennar they offer great programs when it comes to financing but the whole process to get inside a new home is a complete nightmare. Communication.Is horrible I had to constantly call to see if there was any updates and leave multiple messages and have even my realtor reach out before we would hear back our closing date was pushed 3 different times to a point where we were almost homeless and no place to go I had to get the director of construction involved just to have them get our house to a point of being able to move in on the closing date they had. We had to move a bunch of things around schedule wise and then even after we closed on the house(Which there was NO new home celebration like they tell you) there was still things that had to be completed and final inspections that still had to be done which ALL of these things are supposed to be completed and good before a client closes on a brand new home. We are not ever going to buy a house through Lennar again. ... More

Overall Experience was extremely poor. From the "common" items left out of the building process such as towel bars and Shower rods, to the fact that NO underground sprinkling system was installed to water the new sod - leaving that 2K responsibility to the new homeowner, to a disastrous 2 day closing event. At this point I am very sorry I ever signed the Purchase Agreement.

Our experience had a few hiccups in the beginning with the date of the closing, fortunately Darrell did everthing possible to get the date moved up and we were able to close earlier.

Excellent team support from introduction, on boarding all the way to closing. The Lennar team ensured the experience was top notch! They were very responsive to questions in a timely fashion. The house is beautiful with few cosmetic issues, which were addressed immediately.

Hoping more incentives as the standard build to attract the buyers

After living in the home for a little more than a month we have come to find some issues with the cheapness of some of the materials used to buld the home and the lack of quality on the home build itself. With the amount that we paid for the home we expected better but it not just and issue with Lennar its generally with j ome builders as a whole these days. Lack of workmanship, quality and corners being cut to save money for the builders

My home buying experience with Lennar was exceptional. The home is built with quality materials and solid. It was a spec home, but the design and fixtures were well thought out.

Great overall experience, very responsive team

Enjoying the new house. No issues with the house so far. No contact from the sales team after signing papers. They disappeared. Wish they gave more information about building materials such as type of paint and flooring. Will be tough to match when fixing touch ups.

Very bad experience. They told me Aug interest rate will appt to to me. After I bought house they change to 7.125. Literally they cheated me.

Overall we are very pleased with our experience purchasing from Lennar. We’ve had zero issues and love our home. We are so happy the way things worked out. The only grievance was there was a scheduling issue for our new home orientation appointment and no one showed up. We tried calling two people that worked with us and there was no answer. Someone else ended up showing up and he was great but the original people didn’t call or text to apologize or check in. Because they didn’t confirm who was going to be there for us we didn’t get to walk into the home with the red carpet or see the welcome home sign because they had to set it up after we arrived. ... The only "good" experience was dealing with the professionalism of the sales and title teams. The mortgage team and the builders after you've closed are by far the worst home buying experience I've had.

Overall, we were happy with the sales staff and construction superintendant Reese, they were very professional and respionsive. After a month in the home, everything appears to be good, with the build. I will say that the paiting job is sloppy, especially on the trim - there are runs in the trim paint, sloppy at the floor level with white paint drips and specs a lot. I wish we would have taken more time at our walk through's, but it is hard to see all this in a short period of time. I think they builda lot of homes very quickly and the fit and finish suffers. Very good experience in purchasing the new home.

We are very impressed with the workmanship on the home!

Cannot run washer and dryer together or it trips the breaker. After review with my own electrician lower circuit was used and tied into our bathroom. Spending $400 on my own to resolve as a Lennar supervisor stated they will not do anything to resolve this.

Overall buying experience was good when it came to the lending and sales departments. The house had several issues that were not identified during the final walk through because they could not be used at that time. The internet cable was not connected and had to be fixed by the internet company. The Ring doorbell / keypad did not work and had to be replaced. The downstairs toilet did not function correctly. Overall this was not a move in ready house as advertised and I am disappointed with the overall experience.

Worst first home buyers experience

Overall, my experience with Lennar was positive in many ways. The sales team was great—friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. The closing process went smoothly with good communication throughout. That said, the build quality could have used more attention to detail. There were several issues before after closing, but the team has been responsive and continues to work with me to resolve them. Still some things to be addressed, but I appreciate their follow-up and effort.
