Terrible quality and refusal to address issues. Construction manager is unorganized and dishonest. Closing never takes place on time; unnecessary delays due to poor management. Builder cuts corners and tries to force you to accept poor quality work. Would never recommend Lennar. Neighborhood is nice with great people, but the build was not a good experience.

I like the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the lawn care, the .security guard on duty, and close to shopping.

Wasn’t too happy with the original sales rep Viet. Took a long time to get things back to us which caused delays in our build. This also pushed us back at the design studio which then we couldn’t pick the exterior colors due to other homes next to us getting there before due to the delay. Wasn’t thrilled about spending over over $400,000 on a new home and not being able to get the brick and siding we wanted. Our new salesman Joe helped move things along but the damage was already done by viet. We also had a flood in our basement not more then a few weeks aafter we moved in due to the pit not being cleaned out property ( we did have it cleaned but lost a lot of personal items that were never recovered) ... Lennar builds homes fast. But without quality workmanship. Each home is u set intense pressure to build so fast lots of shortcuts and sloppy workmanship is the norm. Months after closing we are finding things that were covered up so they would close on time especially areas outside the house, like a drainage pipe covered over with sod so we had a flood. or on top of the house where vents were installed without covers and we had a leak. The fact that at closing the take $750 for future improvements does not go into the reserves to fix future hoa issues, it is pocketed by lennar. our reserves only had $2000 for a community of 200 potential homes. They also do not pay hoa fees on spec homes they have for sale again bleeding our reserves for when they leave the project and move on. Not a trustworthy builder at all. Very satisfy with Lannar’s Service. From build a house with sells person to after moving in. When I have any problems, they always did their best job to make things work!!

Over all I’m satisfied with my new home. I knew going in what to expect. Lower end fixtures and appliances, drywall work definitely not the best but about what I expected from a track home. People at lennar very helpful but slow to respond to minor issues. Never did get my garage keys and bathroom exhaust fan never has worked.

I closed on my $750k home back in February. This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I have major construction issues...including mold! How do you have mold in a brand new build?! I’m still living out of boxes and can’t even unpack or begin to enjoy my new home. Has been the worst experience ever!

Great experience overall. We love our house and Lennar was great to work with.

Really shocked on the corners you turn to make a sell. Substandard materials and appliances that the new home owner needs to upgrade from the beginning. Concentrators don't finish the job or never come back to complete the job. I constantly have to remind supervisor of work still needing to be completed 5 months after we have taken possession of the property.

I feel the homes finishing was rushed and small important details overlooked and the KNOWOLOGY group is the worst. Slim to no response to resolve issues and lack of info and guidance

This is my first home and i must say i am disappointed in the quality of the craftsmanship. I've been in constant contact with Lennar customer service to attempt to set up repair services to fix multiple issues within my new home. Before closing i had to have the roof redone because it was not done correctly the first time. Over all i am not impressed with the quality of the work.

Excellent Experience

I like the house I bought, but I don’t love it. I think Lennar should stop trying to build homes so fast. Quality means so much more to me than speed. There have been several issues that I have called about in the past few months that should have been done before I moved in. The customer service team as a whole does a great job, but I don’t care for the customer service representative assigned to take care of warranty issues. I don’t like the fact that I was told the amenity center would be completed by the summer and that is now to be determined. I also think Lennar should allow customers to choose more options when purchasing a home, for example gutters, as opposed to having to pay after closing. I like the smart home features of my house, but the quality of this house is less than what I had in my Bloomfield home. The painters they used were simply terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. Carson is always helpful and helpful to me. His attitude and genuineness is the main reason I bought this house. ... More

Team at Lennar stepped up and took care of what was needed to make sure we were happy.

This was my second Lennar home in five years. However, the quality of materials and workmanship has significantly declined compared to my previous Lennar home. Lennar homes are beautiful and space is planned out well. Buying process was easy and not complicated.

There have been a decent amount of issues that we have had since moving in, especially with appliances. There are things we have noted around the home that are done cheaply for the price and size of the home.

Love the new home but it was delivered incomplete. It has taken almost 4 months and a lot of nagging, requesting, demanding, etc. to get the home actually finished. For example, we had missing paint in places, doors which needed adjustment where you could see light from the outside, missing technology items which would allow the home to actually be "connected", over 40 cracked pavers, a missing backsplash, over-paint on all the metal coping in every bathroom, etc. I could go on. It was really a shame to have the home delivered in such an incomplete state just so corporate could book an accounting entry for the fiscal quarter. Ideally, 2 more weeks, a little TLC, and attention to detail would have made a world of difference in the customer experience and delivery of a finished home. Instead we were shot through a closing cannon and then had to nag for months to get the product completed properly. What good is temporarily increasing shareholder equity for a quarter if it means over the long run your product gets a bad reputation and sales eventually decline as a result? ... More

Location was awesome. It was a lot cheaper than a custom home. It was painful to be ripped off and know only recourse was to walk away from a nice house. Fixtures standard low budget builder grade items. Workmanship adequate to substandard. No choices or deviations from master plan. Understand have bought a “house in a box”, meaning the absentee builder or franchise operator purchased plans and hired local labor to execute. Local labor seemed to be inexperienced subcontractor or day laborers, or sketchy bottom feeder companies. Little attention to detail or focus on quality.
