Very disappointed with craftsmanship & quality of materials. Very sloppy & dirty outside. Dirty elevator & stairs.

The model I brought is one that I wanted for long time. It is bad that Lennar does not allowed buyers to choose a refrigerator models of choice. They did not provided the appliances for the next gen apartment. They do not provided a welcome package to orient you where to go for utilities etc. They did not provided blinds. House lacks sufficient cabinets.

Mortgage processing- mortgage officer and underwriter were not on the same page and didn’t respond in timely manner. I asked to put down 5% but they had my closing paperwork with 10% down payment. Closing was postponed and then i was super rushed. After closing was postponed, I told Lennar that i have to be out house i sold by certain date but they still scheduled my closing on the same date i had to be out of my previous home. I had to literally pack, close, and move on the same day.

Great experience from day 1. Our sale representative Rebecca was friendly, professional and helped us throughout the entire process. Our house is beautiful and comfortable. The layout of the house is great and functional. Also, the staffs at the Home orientation walked the house with us and answered our questions. The entire staff were very friendly and professional.

I purchased a small Lennar house approximately 1394 sq ft. The workmanship quality is very good. I had the house inspected prior to closing and there were minor issues which Lennar fixed. I like that all appliances including washer and dryer are included. The only negative is there just isn’t any storage save. You don’t get hardware for cabinets either. And no medicine cabinet. If you want those items you have to purchase them yourself. But overran the house is energy efficient and that is a big plus.

Excellent customer care and follow up with correcting issues

Everything was so easy, from looking at the houses through completion of approval for my mortgage. Dominique and Samer were there with quick response to all of my questions and both were super nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Brandon the construction manager is also super nice and was so very helpful after I locked myself out of my new home (technology lol) I can’t thank him enough and now the rest of the houses are complete I miss seeing him drive by. Dominique, Samer and Brandon are an asset to Lennar.

We are more than happy with our new home. The entire community has so many amenities. Webb Reserve is the Perfect place to live. Thank you Lennar.

The home buying process was smooth. Nicole our loan officer was completely fantastic and communicated everything that was needed. Maranda at title was very helpful even after closing still helping us. Devin in construction worked on all items and Chad with warranty helped us as well. Thank you

I had money coming back that I desperately needed instead im in my new home struggling. I was told up to the day I closed I was getting money back...instead I had tor fork out money. IT is sad that I had fork out money after being told I was fine and that I would get My deposit at closing....now I'm behind on everything and just moving in. I barely got my lights on in my name. I'm still very sad and disappointed this situation has really put me into a bind. I now may be late on my 1st House pmt due to this set back caused by YOU guys. My closing was moved 4 times extended by you guys because you all did not want to do a dry closing. The money was there but you guys continued to charge me daily despite being told it would be taken care of by the seller. well it wasn't and it caused me to suffer a hardship at the closing table, and it's causing me to still struggle to get that money back, I now have no money for emergencies. I wanted to close the LANIA area in like all of my neighbors have now I can't I missed the special. I am now doing a 2 hr commute and questioning was all of this even worth it and starting to have regrets. No one cares or watched out for the little man..I was a victim because I had to wait on the DP assistance and then penalized for it after being told that I was fine. please audit my account Thanks ... At the end of the day we love our new home. Terrible caulking job. Lots of chipped tiles. Major scratch on the shower tub combo. Slow response to questions post exchange of initial deposit. Everyone we worked with was very nice. As someone who has been in the trades for 25 years the tradesmen weren’t skilled.

Very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and of communication.Would not recommend buying a Lennar home, unfortunately.

The process of buying was easy, I signed to take the house off market and received a closing date within a month. Received the house but front door lock was faulty. I opened one the windows to let the smell of new materials out and the frame of the window started to peel and the paint came off the same day. The garage door was making noises because of a screw out of place, the finishing inside has details here and there that could be corrected. The tile piece outside for the garage lights were stained by the construction and they said they couldn’t do anything about it technically. The back yard was planted with a blocks of grass very unevenly. Not that I regret it but it got me feeling what could go wrong next. They are quick to come and help with any situation but the material quality seems to be poor. Regarding documentation, I had to ask for the survey of the property because it was not given to me at the closing. No information about the location of the mailbox or the pool if I hadn’t asked. This home is built very well, spacious, no closed in feeling. From sales to finance, things went very well. I like the floor plan I chose; with a blowup bed, I can sleep in every bedroom, and not be disturbed. The garage is oversized, more then enough room to park a Lincoln, and Chrysler (both from the 60's).

Over all the experience was very positive.All the people at Lennar are very respectful and pleasant and easily reached when I have a question or need. The wall paint is a low quality but everything else is nice.

Working with Gino, the mortgage officer and Dennis, sales agent for the second time was excellent experience. The final walk though before the closing was excellent. the major issue this time was the delay of 4 months long delay in closing and loss of tenants/rent due to that was a major set back. Plus after the closing the ongoing construction with only one street access is a nuisance, mail delivery and school bus access are not convenient still. other than that location wise it is excellent. hope to get another smooth experience of buying a third home from Lennar.

These whole process was professional and fast. Closed in 4 weeks.

We are happy with the home itself and we appreciate the prompt responses to maintenance issues during the first thirty days. What we did not enjoy was the homebuilders process where everything had to be uploaded to a portal and then there was a separate portal for closing.

We expected little problems would come up after purchasing and I can say the personnel were very good about responding to concerns. Unfortunately, the quality of the building construction is very concerning. The wall in my primary bathroom is not properly centered (a window that should be in the center is 4 inches off line).

We just moved to new home, it was our first experience overall every thing was good, but still had some issues with material like comboard fresher. And other things

For this being my first home, I had a good experience with Lennar. Both the sales team and finance team were very responsive to all the questions I had, especially as a first timer buyer.

The builder’s team has been very helpful!

I love the truth. I was deceived when I bought the house. I was told that if I bought an average townhouse, it would come with appliances. But when I agreed, they told me that they wouldn't let me buy it with appliances. Self-respecting companies don't do that.

From start to finish. Lennar did a great job keeping me informed with the whole buying process. Any questions I had, were answered in a respectable time frame. I’d highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a home.
