Our contract calls for 6’ wall and we got 5’. Was told it says +- but that does not refer to plus or minus a foot more or less. Our contact people can’t or won’t add the missing row of block.

We were out of state buyers and Maggie kept us updated with pictures through the entire process. Dave did the walk through and explained everything about our home. We would definitely recommend Lennar if you’re looking for a new home.

Architectural design and location are a plus.

Everything he promised to do before I moved in was finished beautifully. He has always been extremely courteous, punctual, always removed his shoes. Has made me feel confident about the little issues that had to be done. Would recommend him to anyone!

We got in a waiting list for a Cumberland home and were notified in October 2021 that we were next up. From day 1, Angela was awesome to wok with. She communicated the process, provided weekly updates, and responded to emails and text messages. We live out of state and needed to rely on Lennar for updates as it was not possible for us to be on site routinely during the process. For ease, we decided to go with Lennar Mortgage. Shelley was super friendly and helpful as well, even having an initial conversation with me on a Saturday. We did get to visit the property a couple of times with advance notice and were given a tour and had our questions answered. Walkthrough pre closing and final walkthroughs revealed some issues as were to be expected- touch ups needed, etc. We had an issue with the driveway and a sink faucet that were quickly addressed. We cannot say enough good things about Gary! He is knowledgeable, personable, and kind! We had to have the driveway repoured. This meant we couldn’t drive on it but needed a place to put a POD. He promised and delivered on getting the big dumpster in front of the house moved for the POD to be delivered. After closing, we met with Kyle who was in charge of Warranty information. It was a LOT of information but he explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions, providing us with his contact information if we needed him for anything. This was our first experience with Lennar. We have personally had a new construction and complete renovation experiences before. Doing this at a 1000 mile distance was as easy as it could be. We closed on our house March 25, 2022! This was FIVE MONTHS after signing the contract! Lennar should recognize the value that Angela, Shelley, Kyle, and Gary brings! Angela was our first point of contact and make a great first impression. Shelley with Lennar Mortgage made the process as easy as a mortgage approval can be! Kyle knew his stuff! noting in life is ever perfect. but be open minded that the little stuff will get taken care of by builder. i have a background in the trades and they build a solid house. from ground up. some of there subs could be better. that is why as future owner do your homework for quality control and learn as much as you can . patience helps

I am very satisfy with the response i get from the construction managers, Tom and Fernando. Also Heather, from customer service, is great. And, when i need help I can also count on Olivia Macey, in sales for, to immediately get involved and help. Even though I still have some issues that need to be resolved, but overall, the people i deal with at Lennar are excellent employees and Lennar is lucky to have them. So I hope that Lennar Management appreciates these valuable employees and treat them accordingly.

Everybody was terrific, from initial contact with Olufunsho the sales rep. to Alkia at Lennar Mortgage, J.L. with Lennar Title and most importantly Lennar Warranty for any post purchase issues.

Definitely would like to refer friends

Good customer service, good quality work. Beautiful design and higher quality material and workmanship that the other builder. My first time bought a property from Lennar.
