Donna did an amazing job selling the house! The closing however was very rushed and I did not receive critical information I needed. I had to figure out all of the utilities myself. There was no joy for having purchased the home. No picture, no celebratory feel. The closing day was truly a terrible experience- that luckily I have not gone through before. Very sloppy finishes in the interior of the home. Would not recommend Lennar in the future. This was a significant purchase and a significantly disappointing experience.

After moving in, majority of the things that were pointed out in the walkthroughs were done; also the house looked like it was painted by amateurs. Poor work was done for the price we paid!!

Not the best quality materials or finish work. Does not offer any choices for modifying during building. Terrible communication regarding service claims and update.

The process if buying my home in Roselyn was very easy. First time driving in felt warm and welcoming. I was just beginning my search in this area for a new home. The staff here was so friendly. After seeing the models and brought to see a home ready to move in I knew I had found my home. . Its been a month now. I have wonderful friendly neighbors. Excited to be in such a wonderful community.

We had a wonderful realtor that worked well with the Lennar staff and kept us well informed and explained the procedures and processes very well.

Overall I am very happy with our new home. The purchase process was surprisingly simple. I bought a quick move in home so I cannot speak on the design process. Quality of the workmanship is good, love some of the design features that were considered standard, one of which would be an absolute must going forward. Moving in went well, only a couple minor issues but Lennar was very responsive and quick to resolve them. If I had it to do all over again, would definitely purchase again

my experience with past home buying

I would have gave a five star to everything but there are a couple issues I had. One was the construction people left a lot of trash and lose rock all o er the place two the pond in the back is nasty and has no running water.

The entire Lennar team was helpful & supportive during my home buying experience. Travis, my building supervisor, was patient & responsive throughout the inspection and walk-thru. I love my new home!

From the initial sales process through construction, closing, and move-in, the builder's team was professional, helpful, and responsive. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions in a timely manner, and followed through on their commitments. I am very pleased with the quality, design, and value of the home. The layout is functional, the finishes are attractive, and the overall construction feels solid. Any minor items identified during the final walkthrough were addressed promptly. Potential buyers should know that this builder takes customer service seriously and works hard to make the home-buying process as smooth as possible. Katie in Sales was awesome! Cade was great in doing the walk thru and addressed all concerns. Kevin was great in virtual closing final walk thru. We hit a snag in scheduling the actual closing date with Amanda and it was postponed, which was a bit inconvenient in trying to coordinate things from PA. Lisa was helpful and Hannah with Norman Law was great.

From loan officer(outstanding) to all employees

The home contract had my skeleton rattling my bones - which made me back out on an even cheaper home, but with an additional signed closing disclosure on a second home summarizing expected closing costs, this ended up being a really great buy - even if I felt pressured into signing the contract for a second home that I DID NOT SEE UNTIL AFTER SIGNING (really scary). It had a lot of speed bumps on the way, like ***** SECOND closing disclosure that told me what I needed to close that came a day after my closing date, and some minor repairs, but everything went really well overall and I'm ecstatic to have my own home at an amazing price. Our only minor is***** is that some of the windows tend to be difficult to close.
