So I will start from the beginning. We came to Milos Haven to look at a townhome. I suffer from major depressive disorder and major anxiety and the list goes on so coming to look at a town home was not something that I wanted to do. Our sales rep. Sung was a wonderful person right from the start and that made me safe around him. Sung showed us the models gave us some options and kept us in the loop until we were able to purchase a townhome at Milos Haven, Sung answered all my questions and even educated me a little about the area and the home. I felt very comfortable talking to Sung and he made everything go as smooth as possible. We have been living here now for 42 days and everyone that we have meet from Lennar has been just great to deal with. The person that we did the walk through with was Conner and he showed us everything we needed to know about the home and he did not rush us. Conner was very friendly and professional. If we called the office with a question it was either answered immediately or within a reasonable amount of time. We had to speak to Linwood recently about getting a few minor adjustments made and again very friendly, helpful and professional. So far anyone that we have spoken to at Lennar has always been very helpful, friendly and positive. Everybody from agent and mortgage specialist made it real easy to buy

Buying a home from Lennar was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and everything was an incredibly easy process for something that can sometimes be really difficult! My new home is great and everything is just perfect!

Very easy process. The concierge is very helpful at guiding you to lender, title, builder. Makes it less confusing

My overall experience was 5 stars. Building is an imperfect business and I understand things can go wrong. How the builder responds is how I judge them and Lennar + their entire team was 5 stars anytime things arose that needed attention or improvement. Which, by the way, there were minimal issues. Thanks Lennar Team!

Lennar has a well-organized process for purchasing a house. Their customer service is excellent, particularly Lourdes, who patiently answered all my questions. She is easy to reach whenever I need assistance. I give her two thumbs up! Thank you for helping me fulfill my dream of owning a modern home.

The entire home buying process with Lennar has been exceptional. Everyone has been professional and responsive from start to finish. The hand offs between the functions have been flawless and the new home is beautiful and well designed and constructed.

We had a seamless experience purchasing our Lennar home. We were even able to change our homesite during the process to better meet our families needs. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process!

I was extremely pleased with everyone on the Lennar team especially Kem , the representative that helped throughout the entire experience. I have to admit that there were times when I was overwhelmed being a first time home buyer but he (Kem) just about held my hand and took me through everything. It was ALMOST perfect. Right at the end, I got conflicting messages about the move in date. Caused me a bit of stress and extra money. The inspection, mortgage, and closing process was very good.
