We absolutely love our new home. Lennar reps and mortgage team were A+ the whole time. We had a few big issues with rooms not being insulated, but the maintenance team was so helpful and quick to fix it.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating as well as quick to ensure we close on time .

Lennar offers competitive pricing, but you’re buying a cookie cutter town home with an okay attention to detail. It’s better than renting a random person/company’s place, but I wouldn’t expect a top tier home. In the end the are good homes. They’re not gonna fall apart and expose you to the elements, but they’re not a home you are going to want to show off. The Lennar team is great to work with. Easy communication and problem solving during each part of the home buying process experience. No question went unanswered, and it felt like they were on top of things.

Mostly all items they are using cheap, so many issues time of closing. You are not getting according to your money. Need so many updates after closing.

The experience was good and they did a great job in getting us into our home.

The entire process was very smooth and my Lennar agent was available anytime I had a question. Any issues that came up during my walk through was resolved.

This company changed my life. There was wonderful and very helpful. It take me three months to get my home.

Overall, we have had a great home buying experience with Lennar. At inspection, they responded to all of our questions and addressed our concerns immediately. We would recommend Lennar as a good builder to our friends and family.

It was great working with Jenna. She had scheduled everything to fit my busy schedule. The pricing of the property was better than other builders in the area. I liked all of the parks in the area, which was a major deciding factor to choose a house built by Lennar.

They built the house very quickly and reported their builing process and the materials they used.

I've had a great experience with Lennar from beginning to end. My salesman was great, making himself available to answer any all questions. Requested an early closing for school and I was accommodated. My inspection went seamlessly with no major issues, and still no major issues to this date.

Once the house is sold, the sales rep is horrible on following up. I am still owed money, going on 2 months of wait time.

I had a two time ill experience with Summer who was processing my loan. Overall, my experience with Lennar was smooth and everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional except Summer. A document was requested of me which I could not obtain because nothing existed from the government site I was told to obtain it from. Because of the current climate in the government, I could not reach a person to help me secure a notification. Unfortunately, when I try to explain this this summer several times she was condescending and let her frustration come out in her tone with me. At some point, my interaction was with her manager/ream lead contacted me and he was much more professional and no condescending. This happened without me even saying anything. Quick process, Good help from Luiz, it was a good experience.

It was a delight experienced for my home buying with Lennar’s build company with their professionalism, especially with Cori A. her patience, and people-first attitude customer service. We got to moved-in our new home in two weeks home delivery process successfully.

We recently bought a house at Milford Park our New Home Consultant Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and was extremely accessible throughout the entire process. The Mortgage application and process with Lennar Mortgage and the communication with our Loan Officer Lance and Loan Processor Jennifer ws also a very smooth experience. We were informed at every step by Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage and LEnnar Title Agency and it was a very smooth experience overall. Our celebration walk was great and all issues identified during the new home celebration walk were addressed in a timely manner including the ones found during the independent inspection. My initial experience with Lennar was rather positive as the home prices and closing promotions were appealing to me. However, as we progressed further into the homebuying process and approched the closing date, I became increasingly frustrated with Lennar. One of my biggest concerns was the delayed responses or total lack of responses I received when contacting various Lennar personnel after I had been approved for the loan and agreed to purchase the property. It was very annoying to continously contact various individuals within the organization for information and feedback regarding my home purchase, the closing date, and just general questions that I had. I was also annoyed with the closing date being set and modified twice. I needed to finalize a closing date so I could coordinate it with my planned move out date from my previous resident. There seemed to be a lack of communicatioin between the Construction team at the site and the responsible personnel in the various offices. It was also quite disappointing for me to come and inspect a new home and find many patches of dead grass around the perimeter of the home prior to even moving in. Upon pointing out these locations during the walkdown, some of these locations did in fact receive new sod. However, during the final walkdown, I identifed locations that had been previously listed with dead grass and additional locations with dead grass. I was promised that these locations would receive new sod. I closed on 8/22/2025, however, those locations still have dead grass in them. I have not contacted Lennar again about this issue due to fear of being frustrated by not receiving a positive response or no response at all. Again, I'm very disappointed with the Lennar Team's lack of responses and seeming indifference when I attempt to contact them. This has been the case in most but not all instances. ... More
