We bought this amazing home this year and we are very blessed. The sales home consultants Laurie and Jackie went above and beyond for us. They were there for us every step of the way from day one until they handed us the keys to our new home!!! We were planning on using Lennar’s lender to take advantage of all they’re great incentives but their lender, Leslie, was terrible. I can’t say one good thing about her. As first time home buyers she left us in the dark and never reached out or informed us about anything. My wife and I were having to do our own research about the next steps on buying a house and then reaching out to Leslie to ask about what is going on. She would never answer our calls, email us 5 days after and when we would schedule an appointment with her she would never reach out. Then after countless calls she would call us back saying “ what do you need?” Obviously a lender that does her job that’s what we need. After months of dealing with her we ended up dropping her and choosing an outside lender who went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier. Even after we dropped Leslie she would reach out asking for the loan approval that out new lender got us because Leslie wanted to take back over. She was lazy and tried to take the credit for work she did not do. She made us feel like we were a joke and could not afford this home because we were young. Lennar kept in contact with me throughout building process. Their staff guided me through the procedures and paperwork and responded promptly when I had questions, concerns and minor warranty issues.

No out of state home buying experience is easy. We purchased this home site unseen. It worked out for us due to the trustworthiness of our salesmen. Mark provided regular honest updates. So far Lennar has been responsive with warranty issues and have followed up. I would definitely recommend this builder to my friends and family!

great designs for all the homes

I made a life changing decision in November 2021 after staying with family in Fort Worth, TX for about 1.5 months and that was to relocate to this area from California. I targeted new community builds in the local area closest to my family that included DR Horton, MI Homes, KB Homes, and Lennar. I ultimately landed on a Lennar community and a model home given multiple factors including the location of the community, the price point for the house specifications I needed, and the quality of the build. The Lennar workforce from the sales stage to post-closing were wonderful to work with, very professional, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about their products, and followed through with their commitments. They all made for an overall positive buying experience. They included: - Sahil H. He was the face of Lennar as my New Home Specialist and the first person I met upon walking onto the property to secure a purchase. Sahil walked me through their process, continued to support me throughout it, followed up with needs that I had, and went to bat for me as the customer advocate on numerous occasions. - Jeremy W. He was my Mortgage Loan Officer and helped to secure a loan product with which I am pleased. He educated me, offered up options, and followed through with all my needs. - Shannon M. She was my Senior Loan Processor and facilitated all the paperwork needs in order to close. She was very responsive, timely with my informational needs, and was always accessible by phone or email. - Mary M. She was my Escrow Officer and made my closing process seamless. Escrow processes including being able to e-sign on a virtual call with a notary and having my house keys couriered to the new community (as opposed to be driving an hour to the closing office) were very much appreciated. - Scott W. He was my Quality Assurant Representative and engaged me during the pre-final and final walk through. He has superb knowledge of Lennar products and well astute with homeownership. He taught me a lot about the things the property required in such as a short amount of time that we were together. He captured all the items that needed to be fixed for the final walk and ensured that all items were completed. - Richard A. He is my Customer Care Specialist and works onsite at the community. What a great concept of having someone locally in the new community build. Richard came by a few days after closing and walked me through all the essentials of new homeownership including how to submit warranty requests. - Vonda A. She is my Construction Manager who is assigned to the street in which I reside. She is so nice to talk with and always makes herself available no matter what pressures she has to get properties ready. She takes good care of the properties when they are being constructed ensuring that they are secured for the evening. Her need for security also extends to the residents where she placed "slow down" signs for vendors and contractors to be mindful of residents including small children. I have a very pleasant experience, true value for money. I could see the envy to whom every I showed my house built by Lennar. The quality of the materials used is great, the closing experience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend Lennar to whoever wants to buy a house.

Awesome home I'm happy to stay

It was great but I was surprise that a Gurage dose not come with the opener, we are trying to buy one now to install.

From the start, it was amazing. To be able to select what the inside of your home would look like. Picking out all the materials and colors. Creating your kitchen and bathrooms. First and foremost I have to mention Sam… he was so instrumental in the entire process. He worked so hard and included me every step of the way. I have picture from start to finish and have made a album that couldn’t be completed without him. He along with the entire team of professionals, made this process a fun and exiting one. The closing date provided was right on time as well and due to COVID-19. We had to wait 3 weeks later but that was not bad at all considering the unknown and they still made it happen with closing and the timeline. The All-inclusive part is already amazing and if anything need to be touched up after move-in, Lennar does it and that in itself is amazing. I’m still enjoying my new home and it’s my forever home so I appreciate the love Lennar put into it and I am enjoying this beautiful home. I can’t leave out the fact that the neighborhood is beautiful and my neighbors are so friendly. I couldn’t be more Blessed!!! Thank you!!!! ... More

Lennar is the Number 1 home builder!

I was moving to a Lennar home from out of state and my new home rep and construction manager kept me updated throughout the home building process. They were both very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The home itself is great, tightly built and has lots of cabinet space (I wish I had a linen closet, though). I’m very happy with my new home!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience! Kevin was our Lennar realtor. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions (I had a lot!). Missy was an amazing construction manager! She was patient with us and made sure the building process was smooth and kept us up to date on the progress. We’ve now been in our dream home for 7 weeks, and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the entire Lennar team!

Denise was very easy to work with, her customer service is exceptional and she will go extra length to help and answer all questions. Will buy from Denise (sales manager) again and again.

Great experience overall! Fourth home, second new construction.

As my family and I were moving in the foremen on site were extremely helpful. Anytime we needed something they were there to help. One foreman in particular I must mention is Chris. He was always willing to help us out .they all made our moving in experience great.

To be honest I have bought a few new homes in NV. for investment but the experience with Lennar was fantastic! EVERY One I worked with was super helpful and friendly. The quality of the home is exceptional. I will buy again with Lennar it was a flawless experience... solar being mandatory was confusing but we got threw it. total experience was a 10+ Thanks!

Throughout the process there were clear communications and updates which were vital as we lived a days drive away. All staff performed their roles in an open way. I would compliment all concerned.

Jess was the real state agent from Lennar and Parker the construction manager, they were extremelly patient and courteous and that made a very stressful process bearable. The real state market is or was, so crazy that the sells people representing the construction companies were, in many times, treating us like they were doing us a favor to sell it to us. These two individuals treated us in a way that made us want to stick with Lennar, even when we had other options.
