Overall happy with my experience, Toney has been very helpful in ensuring that move-in was seamless. He did the 30-day walk-through and is scheduling for painters to come and paint over scrapped paint. He also helps to answer with general questions.

This was the most outstanding real estate transaction I have ever experienced. We received exceptional customer care provided by Marc and Nolan, in sales and finance they both went above and beyond our expectations. The final walk through briefing by Jorge was very detailed and he followed up on every little detail. This fabulous team got us in our new home on time during the busiest holiday season. Lennar has done a great job building our new home. The quality of craftsmanship and the affordable price was a huge plus for our family. From start to finish the process was smooth and the communication from the new home consultant to the construction manager to the loan processor to the closing coordinating team was excellent! We were keep in the loop with updates every week. We love Lennar and we highly recommend them as a builder for your new home!

The communication between everyone was great. The communication between the builders and the agent on a weekly video was great and helpful. Closing day was easier then expected and the whole Lennar team was just great!!!

Everything was just easy, went and looked at homes. Found the one we wanted and got the ball rolling, everything went so smooth. Once we moved into the house, any issues we had got resolved in a timely manner.

Overall, I am very pleased with my new home, which is what matter most essentially. The buying experience had some speed bumps which I attribute to having too many people involved, but once you get through that, it all turned out for the best. The Closing at the Lennar office was amazing, the treatment was first class. If you’re looking to buy a new home and there is a Lennar community nearby, definitely check them out. Floor plans are innovative and the people are amazing.
