So many things broken poor job v careless, around Christmas I had leaking ceiling that’s was sat someone came on Tuesday since they waited I had another leak in bedroom wet carpet, couldn’t find a leak , left different people came days later opened up more ceiling and wall upstairs bedroom what happened was when they were installing the ceiling they hit with the nails sprinkler system pipes which made the leaking happen, I had so many things to fix in this place they still working on it , if I would know new house was like this with so many issues I no would never buy this place, v poor job ...

Lennar - There is a design issue with fridge.

There is a design issue with fridge. Several people came to our home and haven’t heard from anyone yet. Verh poor accountability for issue.fridge was provided by lennar.. built by lennar and yet they won’t do any anything about the issue

We purchased our house from Lennar about 5 months ago. We identified a lot of issues before the closing date. The builder was not able to fix all of them before the closing date. I signed a document to accept the house and did leave a note in the document that there were things in the punch list that were not completed before the closing date. They told us they were going to fix them after the closing date. For example, there were squeaks throughout the stair landing areas. It took them almost a month to send someone to my house. Terrible at following up with issues; way too many problems with house due to poor work by contractors and lack of attention to detail. This is the first home I have owned and I did a lot of research before purchasing from Lennar. I am so disappointed. They rushed to have everything done so they could have us in the house by the end of their quarter. I am reminded daily of their sloppy workmanship and how they cut corners to be done on time. I have never seen a brand new construction home that any of my family or friends bought with as many things that requires repair and workmanship on almost everything is like a first time DIYer. The problems found from our Walkthrough at closings 10/19 have not yet completed 12/6. We moved in 3 weeks after the closing to give them time to finish all the things. NEVER GOT DONE. I would not recommend working with Lennar in any capacity. They do not care about the customer (especially if you are a woman) and the contracts are set up to cover themselves against a lack of customer service. They blame the customer and even told me 'nothing the sales agent sales is binding.' I will never buy a new home from Lennar again.

I will not recommend Lennar. They used contractors who are not professionals in the industry. The guys who worked on my home looks like trainee -no experience at all. Workmanship is very very very poor. The inventory used is of cheap quality. Lawn is half done, Worst and cheap quality engineered hard wood. The floor is chipping out even before I closed. They did some patch work but the entire floor(atleast most of floor) needs to be redone. the exhaust fan in the kitchen makes sound loke a lawn mower. They showed something in model house but installed lower priced appliances.The staircase ...

Worst experience with Lennar home Construction

Construction managers are the worst ever. It’s really a worst home buying experience. They would literally lie. During the walk they say they would take care of it. When you move in they say they didn’t say that. They try to take advantage of Covid and supply chain problem and replace appliances with lower cost ones to save costs. They even try to save costs by not painting some walls

Everything is bad. Lennar’s home is not worth the money

We settled on a home November 29 that was far from ready and with many hidden issues. We did not want to settle. Lennar brought in two Customer Care staff to assure us everything we could see would be taken care of. Two months later the list has grown and only a few things have been addressed. Once in we found out that the dishwasher was installed wrong, refrigerator was damaged, hot water heater stopped working, sunk pump needed repair, fireplace and hearth cannot use, tile floor cracked from wall to wall,cabinets need repair, tile in bathroom installed wrong, wood floors damaged, woodwork ...
