This is my 2nd time buying a Lennar home, fantastic experience both times

We highly recommend Lennar Builders. Over the years, we have had three homes built by different builders and have never been as pleased as we are with this home. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Chip, our Construction Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule the entire time. We are very pleased with our Lennar Home.

Our sales agent, Gina was great, making this experience an easy one. She was always available for all of our questions. We are happy with our decision!

After visiting many homes for sale our last visit was to a Lennar home. The Lennar home had everything that we were searching for in a home. The lending process was a bit stressful but the entire Lennar team were both professional and very nice. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. The home inspection went well and the minor things that were noted were immediately addressed. We have been in our new home for just a few weeks and we just love everything about our home. I have rented 4 homes and purchased 4 homes prior and this is by far my favorite.

The Lennar sales team and construction project manager were totally informed and knowledgeable about the entire process. It was a pleasure meeting and working with them.

Bought a new home in Horizons CC in September. Recognized a great opportunity and took advantage of it. The team I worked with were great. From Paul C in Sales, Kenny for the walk through, Field for the mortgage to Lindsey in customer support. The experience was great.

Overall all of the people that we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few minor issues to deal with, but nothing significant, and in each case everyone was very responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. For sure would recommend Lennar to others!!

We were informed every step of the way with up to date emails, and photos of the build. We feel very fortunate. This is our second Lennar home in South Carolina and we are extremely pleased!

We searched for a community and company to buy with for 4 years in the Summerville area. Worth the way and best decision would could have ever made. Lanar made the experience and process very comfortable and pleasant. We thank the Lanar family for helping us through the process like family.

I had a couple small home issues. There warranty dept. responded quickly. Very impressed.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone went out of there way made you feel very comfortable. A shout out to Karl Z great help always there when you needed questions answered. Also Ian the site manager was very helpful. I have friends looking into this location. I highly recommend Lennar home builders.

We have had a smooth experience from day 1. From our final walk through to our actual move-in date, anything we needed to be addressed by Lennar has been completed. They listened to us.

I feel like I am getting in on the ground floor. After looking at other homes in this area, I was getting so much more for my money at Summers’s corner. I know part of that was because we don’t have our amenities finished yet. But it won’t be long and when it happens, I know prices are going to be a lot more expensive here. I love my home. I love the people I’ve had to deal with, and I am really looking to my future here.

Coming from out of state and with no local real estate, banking or other relationships Lennar made our home buying experience as good as it gets. A fair deal, knowledgeable agents and lending available made for a simple transaction. Shannon was o' so patient as we viewed the models more than a dozen times. Ian, the project manager, went out of his way to answer questions and walk us through construction points and final home delivery. Again I say, well done!
