My experience with the house until now it had been a new way to leave and enjoy not only a good house but a good neighborhood. Is a good buy for the price.

I cannot say enough good things about our Sales rep Jennifer B. and our Construction Site Manager Andrew ! Both went above and beyond for us to make our purchasing Experian Che the best! The only down side was dealing with Lennar mortgage. They were horrible to deal with and made stress for us every step of the way. Never use Lennar Mortgage. If it wasn’t for the great treatment from Jennifer and Andrew we would have cancelled the contract and looked elsewhere.

Quality of the home is great. Open floor plan with tons of windows for natural light. The high quality countertops and floorplan design is ideal for any new home buyer.

Our construction manager, Eric, was the best! He was always available to answer questions. He was very professional and on point with his work. He always handled everything with a smile and his tone never changed for the worse. He is an excellent CM and because of him, I would buy a Lennar home again! He delivers what he promises and on time! He even went the extra mile on closing and after closing to ensure we were set with our purchase. Hire Eric again for your next project!!!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience! Kevin was our Lennar realtor. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions (I had a lot!). Missy was an amazing construction manager! She was patient with us and made sure the building process was smooth and kept us up to date on the progress. My experience with Lennar was flawless. They did an amazing job building my new home and getting me closed as fast as possible. I’ve heard from other first time homeowners that went with a different builder that they had a very stressful experience but I was stress free. My home package was an all inclusive one where I didn’t have to go through the headache of picking things out (light fixtures, cabinets, paint color, etc) but the designers did an amazing job at picking out the features, everything flows well together.
