Good and timely build, but no urgency on repairs

Love the house, but when I requested a pretty serious heating issue be addressed, there was no sense of urgency, to the point where the issue is still not resolved and it's been almost 2 months. Also noticed a crack in the tile the day we closed in December and the Crack has not been fixed. Had we not put tape over it, someone else besides me would've gotten cut .

Building manager, onsite sales rep and local resources all went above and beyond. Lennar mortgage, they all sucked. Zero communication, always last minute needs, constantly asking for more information, for example they ran out credit via a hard pull three times in five months, and then asked us to explain why our credit was pulled, by them... Then when we rated them poorly the area manager or whomever called and tried to have us change the rating and twist the words so they looked like the good guys.

The quality of the overall work could have been better. There were things during the building process that I caught that shouldn’t have been my job to catch. Also the sod was horrible, they had to redo it and it still is a mess. Sales Rep Gina was amazing and customer service Heather has been amazing! Overall still happy with my home but I feel as though Lennar needs to focus on quality over quantity as I feel they have gotten away from that.

We have asked multiple times for help fixing our yard and have been ignored constantly. When we closed on our home we were told that if our yard needed to be re-sodded then they would take care of it since it was January when they laid it initially. Since then, we have asked for help and have not heard from anyone. They told my husband that the task was “too labor intensive” for them to do, so my husband ripped out the old sod himself to help speed up the process. The project manager and after close the warranty manager for my home have been extremely helpful at resolving any issues. There's a lot of new technology and they've taken the time to walk me through everything and even followed up to make sure everything was still functioning as excpeted.

unfortunately not all the holes needed to hang the hurricane shutters were not drilled. wirering for "smart house" didn't match what AT&T require wirering for microwave oven was not connected concrete mix used in garage and front porch crumbles easily

We love our home and community! The problem we have is that there was an extremely obvious defect in the installation of our Dormer windows and we have been battling for 3 days with Lennar to simply fix it. We have submitted the obvious cracked window trims and being told that is normal. We have inspected every other house in our section and NONE of the other houses have the issue. Very frustrating being blatantly lied to in order to just try and get us to accept crappy workmanship.

This is my fourth Lennar home. This experience was easier than the last but still a bit difficult. Rushing to have people close is not a good experience. Workmanship is so so. You get what you pay for.

Don’t get me wrong I love my community, and waverly home. The problems are the garage door is not sealed on one side, and the cement outside the garage door is uneven and slanted towards the garage so when it rains the water pools inside the garage. The curbing inside the garage is incomplete on one side. Curbing for 3 feet on one side then crumbles off. The tile outside the master shower door as well slants towards the shower, so when you take a shower the water pools outside the shower door. Outside the hose spigot housing gaps open at the top. While I like my home, there are several things that would make me not do it again. The inflexibility of when walk-throughs were scheduled was awful. No respect for the fact people work and are out of state. The house generally a nice house but the carpet used is cheap. I have terrible visible seems in every room. The bathroom vanity’s have no storage whatsoever. I would think with a house at this price point you it would be better, especially in the master. The area we have to get our mail is awful. Due to it being near so much construction, you can not go during the day or early evening. ...
