Kasey in front office was amazing!! She answered all of our questions and walked us through every step of the way! Alan was exceptional and payed great attention to detail and fixing any issues that needed resolving!

My experience with Lennar professional people. Was the highlight of my moving in. Two weeks before I moved in my home. I had a walking through with the contractor David. He explained to me all the in and out of my home. From the inside to the outside. While walking through my home he had pointed out such things like the electric and water and what to notice about my home. If anything went wrong who to call. I had another walk through on the day before closing. I was introduced with another David this David gave me point on how to take care of my floors and where the emergency number if I ever needed help when the light went out or something going on with my gas range and tips on how to properly take care of my floors. Giving me tips on what to use and what not to use in order to get a better wearing out of them. He also pointed out name and numbers to call and where there numbers were location in my home if I ever needed them. They had made my day and move successfully. The sales agent Kim was awesome, along with Andrew the builder and Michelle with follow up items post build. Great experience all around, and I am happy with the smart home features that were included in the build.

I would never use the Lennar mortgage company again! Everything else, quality of the build, employees, supervisors, construction workers, missy and Jenny in the showroom office ALL of them have been 5 star all the way!

Lennar made our home buying experience fantastic! From selecting the home style and options to closing they kept us in the loop on progress and delays (COVID related material shortages). Amazing touch with the welcome home banner and red carpet treatment at closing!

From initial interest to moving in and beyond, we’ve dealt with well-informed, professional, friendly Lennar reps. We knew what to expect and when, questions answered promptly. Since moving in, there have been a few minor glitches, which have been quickly remedied. Impressive follow up from Lennar to be sure we are satisfied.

Love Lennar, the whole process was seamless. The house cost me $200k less than another builder after I tacked on all the extras. Definitely a great value for such a beautiful home. I’m so happy to have a downstairs masters and my own home office! We love our new home!
