I've always liked Lennar designed homes. My first home here in this area was by Lennar and it was my dream home and very beautiful. Due to life events I've downsized and I love the design of my new townhome but the insulation is not good. I now have to invest in panels to avoid hearing my neighbors.

very poor quality build. our sod is all dead. we closed in february and when the grass woke up this spring it's mostly weeds and dirty. we also have huge divits all over our yard it seems that they just threw the sod over the construction site without regrading. and lastly huge puddles of water in between our houses. (lots of drainage issues) quality of the home is average. lots of things to complain about but it's a builder home. it feels like someone put this house together in a few months wiich is exactly what happened. does not feel like the quality we should get for a 640K house. ... I was disappointed in my experience as the communication from all teams involved was inconsistent and created financial burden for me. I went through three different mortgage people with no awareness of the changes happening, my move in date changed multiple times with no communication and my sales team just blamed everyone else. This is a big company and the multiple failure points was very disappointing. Take ownership within each team for each family.

We highly recommend Lennar Builders. Over the years, we have had three homes built by different builders and have never been as pleased as we are with this home. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Chip, our Construction Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule the entire time. We are very pleased with our Lennar Home.

Our sales agent, Gina was great, making this experience an easy one. She was always available for all of our questions. We are happy with our decision!

I just closed on my 8th home, and unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience of them all. While I am thrilled to be in Carnes Crossroads, the process with Lennar was a major letdown. Key Issues: Poor Construction Management: My construction manager was so sloppy that I eventually gave up on a repair request and fixed it myself before closing. Subcontractor Negligence: Contractors left permanent stains on the garage floor, deck, and concrete outdoor areas that cannot be removed. Lennar Mortgage was the WORST: I was cycled through three different agents who never briefed one another, forcing me to repeat information constantly. Closing Nightmare: It took two appointments and over three hours to close due to an archaic, back-and-forth document approval process. Poor Communication: The selling agent frequently provided incorrect information and failed to follow up on basic requests. The Verdict: If you walk through Carnes Crossroads, you can clearly see the supreme construction quality in the original section compared to the newer Lennar section. After visiting many homes for sale our last visit was to a Lennar home. The Lennar home had everything that we were searching for in a home. The lending process was a bit stressful but the entire Lennar team were both professional and very nice. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. The home inspection went well and the minor things that were noted were immediately addressed. We have been in our new home for just a few weeks and we just love everything about our home. I have rented 4 homes and purchased 4 homes prior and this is by far my favorite.

I have had a very difficult time me window treatments the windows are all out of square. I had to return $5000. dollars worth of custom cut window treatments to Lowe’s due to the windows being out of square, and yes Lowe’s did do the measurements for the blinds. I am meeting with 2 more blind businesses this week, hopefully they can get the blinds made and installed. The back porch ceiling shakes so badly in the wind it sounds like it going to tear away and the outside vent on the stove hood flaps so loud in the wind. I called the project manager about all of these issues and he said everything was installed per the manufacturer plans and the issues are “normal”. Also I think the garage should have been finished in the price of the house. The DR Horton house I live in now had a finished garage, and window treatments installed in the building phase. The street behind the garage is not wide enough. If the across neighbors are parked in their driveway and we can’t use part of their driveway to get into ours we run over the grass. The Sod has issues all around the house, sunken places, spots that are bare. It is embarrassing for me to have these issues in a $500k dollar home. How can all of this be normal? The truth is that it is bad design and poor craftsmanship. I don’t live in the house, it’s a rental investment property and I’m frankly very concerned about complaints that may come and according to the project manager there’s nothing that can be done. The Lennar sales team and construction project manager were totally informed and knowledgeable about the entire process. It was a pleasure meeting and working with them.

This was our first home in USA and it was a very easy process with Lennar sales team. Very helpful and professional service. Not much happy about the construction team as we had to go back to them several times with issues and took longer to respond.

Issue elevated regarding outside AC unit fully block access to the side of the house and not matching blue prints which shows AC in the back of the house. Issue was not resolved and representatives seem to not care about me being unable to bring lawnmower or similar equipment to maintain the side yard.

Several things wrong with home. Process to get things resolved is ridiculous.

When Lennar contractor pour the foundation for our house they didn’t level the foundation foundation therefore when the flooring was put in there were low and high spots throughout the house. Even though they removed the flooring and removed Natalie’s it again but they could not get it right. Our furniture throughout the house are not level. The light switches in the bathrooms were installed behind the door when you walk in the dark you have to open the door all the way and look for the wall switch.

I had a great experience buying with Lennar. Allicia and Amy made the process so easy and Garrett kept me updated and fixed any concerns I had. I would, and have, recommend buying with Lennar!

Happy we got the Labor Day sale, great price reduction, construction was completed on time. Used Lennar's closing attorney, great experience.

I feel it is too soon to rate the house. There has been a lot of issues with Lennar homes so we will see. I have had 2 issues so far and they did get resolved quickly. I love the area we are in and the house we chose. The approval process was a hassle. But Kimberly B in SC was amazing.

The experience of buying a home in Summers Corner has been pretty smooth. Our salesperson, Karl, was a true asset in the complete process. Was the home perfect? No, some issues here and there, but the response has been fantastic. Overall, we are very pleased and love the home we chose.

We had a great experience with our building manager, Mike! No major issues, but a couple of minor ones that we will wait to have fixed as more inconviences than issues.

I have been lied to by almost everyone associated with Lennar. Starting with Lennar Mortgage to the new construction manager at the 3 final house walkthroughs. Promises made promises broken. Even the warranty process where cases are closed when parts on order take longer than Lennar likes. And another created when work scheduled and closed again when work not completed. Only to be resubmitted again and again. Who are you fooling? Not me. Lennar get your act together.
