I'm having issues with my vynal siding and can't get a call back to get the issue fixed. I'm also having draining issues I can't get a call back to fix.

Couldn’t be happier with our neighbors but be very careful and cautious when dealing with Lennar. Have your “I’d” dotted and “t’s” crosses with EVERYTHING!! Make sure to get it in writing because they will change their stories in everything that they verbalize to you

Poor workmanship, over-promised and under-delivered. Needs to slow down the build process and monitor progress at all stages. Quality issues range from driveway, framing, drywall, paint, flooring, electrical, and air conditioning.

We moved May 31, 2019, and have been very pleased with the home. The soundproofing is amazing and quality is great. A lot of value for the price. A deciding factor was the ability to install an elevator, and the kitchen is awesome! The whole team was a delight to work with. Very professional and friendly. Always willing to answer questions and help!!

Wow?! Can’t even leave a bad review.... I’ve tried multiple times. They don’t want to hear anything that may be negative. I guess that’s how you get voted number 1.... delete and discard any bad press. Do Not Buy from Lennar!!!!

Disappointed to discover that our new home needs so many fixes/has so many deficiencies (including code violations). Would think that, for the price we paid, quality of materials and workmanship would have been better.

unfortunately not all the holes needed to hang the hurricane shutters were not drilled. wirering for "smart house" didn't match what AT&T require wirering for microwave oven was not connected concrete mix used in garage and front porch crumbles easily

The Quality of the painting leaves a lot to be desired and the workmanship is extremely poor. Aside from that we have that some things we have we were told if we did not see it before closing then there is nothing that can be done. We were trying to cooperate and not keep calling so we are stuck on that one. Overall we are satisfied though there are other issues we want to discuss.

Lennar’s house plans are very well done for modern living. Materials are as advertised. Home care warranty is practically worthless. And their people can be spiteful if you get upset with their poor service.

The transition from Cal Atlantic to Lennar was very unorganized. They installed the HVAC system before the roof was on. They had the wrong prints for our home and installed walls where they did not belong. They did not insulate behind the bump out walls until I caught it ...right before drywall. They got mud all over our upgraded carpet on 8 different occasions and had to replace the carpet. The wood floors were also scratched up in several areas because they did not cover them. I could go on....

We've had nothing but problems since the day of closing when we walked in for final review and none of the issues had been corrected. I could give a whole list of issues and problems that almost 5 months in we are still trying to get taken care of. Seems like every time we get one resolved, another issue shows up. I wouldn't recommend them.

I love my house, the workmanship is great but I am very disappointed that the swimming pool will not be installed until the summer or 2021 when I was told it would be built by 2020. Management has not reached out to make accommodations for us to perhaps utilize nearby facilities until the pool is place. Also there has been a recent decrease in the value of townhomes in Grand Bees which is very disconcerting.
