Holly was amazing and was very responsive and helpful at every question or issue that arised. Carter was helpful with anything we needed. The large issue has been the lawyer and analyst they missed a few things and rushed through the paperwork missing multiple things and causing issues which to this day have still not been figured out. Tom and Diane were all over the place and contradicting themselves and each other through the whole process. We are still out almost 1000 because of they wrote a check to a creditor that can't be cashed and we have waited nearly two month for this issue to be ...

Major construction issue brought to us days before settlement was scheduled.They didn’t run electric from the house to the street! AC hadn’t been installed, no one worked on all the unfinished work on the inside for quite some time. All painting and finish work is absolutely awful. We were told much will be corrected but nothing was done. Delay after delay and if they did the work needed on the inside, it would delay settlement even further. The entire journey of buying a house from Lennar was nothing less than a dream come true! All of our prayers for what we need were answered in our Waverly home. We started this journey in October 2024 and mentioned all the options we wanted in our new house. Most of them were not available at that time. All-in all i think I got good value.. the quality seems decent for the price though its only been a few months I have had no issues. The only upsetting part of the transaction was that it was made clear my closing date was set in stone and could not be changed (i asked to move it up even 3 days and was ignored). Overall all of the people that we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few minor issues to deal with, but nothing significant, and in each case everyone was very responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. For sure would recommend Lennar to others!!

After 25 homes, we settled into what may be our last retirement home. We have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive our construction manager, Bill was. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the value was tops compared to the 6 other 55+ communities in the Summerville, SC area we considered.

I hesitated to write this review. I wanted to make sure I will give a right one. We moved to the house five weeks ago. Right from the beginning we had to replace the MB countertop because it was broken. That was done very quickly. We had few more minor items to be corrected and that was taken care of as well. The challenge was with the bigger items. Our dishwasher was not installed properly and it was leaking…. Overall our feelings are mixed regarding working with Lennar. Kasey was outstanding to say the least! We believe the purchaser should be allowed some input regarding finishing being installed into the home they're purchasing within reason of course. To purchase a property knowing you're going to replace the bathroom and kitchen is somewhat silly. A brand new house should be complete in our opinion. The entire process was robotic. Very impersonal and rushed to check off their boxes to sell quickly, yet no real estate agent present at my home closing. As compared to the D.R. Poor quality paint, when cleaning the floor the baseboard loose the paint. Bathroom sinks with manufacturer defects, floors vinyl not glued around ALL walls. Kitchen sink food garbage barely pushed water out, poor water pressure on all of the faucets. These houses are sold well built houses. Getting repairs done is a nightmare.

I was very disappointed in Lennar and the quality of work done at our house. Counter tops not finished (sealed), no ceiling fans, no gutters, landscaping was done cheap and the soil is not compacted so it holds water. Have called in 9 warranty issues in the first month. AC unit is undersized and will barely cool the house. We would have chose a different builder if we knew this is what Lennar produces. Do Not recommend buying a Lennar home if you can help it.

Started out with their broker lender an agent ended up, finding my own on the side to get a better deal even with the incentives they were offering. Personally, I am very pleased that I got a private Inspector because there was a lot of serious issues that were overlooked at the construction inspection. Still dealing with issues after moving on a list that I have for my 11 month inspection, including drywall, not being properly done baseboards with cracks wood frames with big gases, and then siding not properly placed and lifts, and a strong wind. Although Pam, my sales rep, and Des, my builder rep did their best to accommodate, it’s obvious to me that Lennar’s puts profits over customers. No blinds or even towel / to racks. Lawn is embarrassingly awful. Kitchen island crooked. Kitchen countertops amateur job. Light switches in random /stupid places. I have 3 Lennar homes now. Won’t do it again.

All the homes look the same after you have seen a few. Take your time to really go through the homes at your pace and don't feel the pressure of needing to make a decision before the end of the quarter when prices are sometimes reduced. Go for location over what the home has featured as built. You will update things on the inside over time, but you can not change the location.

The overall experience with Lennar was good, especially from the beginning with sales. The sales team was great, straightforward and professional. The Lennar mortgage team was also great to work with but I will say they treated someone else I know who purchased a first home in the beginner series with less concern and value thank they did us with a higher priced home. Sales Experience for Home Purchase

Our Sales Representative was awesome. He was thorough, patient, and responsive. We looked at a mortgage loan, and our mortgage Representative was also outstanding. The process can seem annoying at times, but understandable. The home build has not been as stellar, and somewhat disappointing. Mudding, caulking, and paint priming has been the source of frustration. Cabinetry quality is satisfactory, at best. Still moving in.
