From the beginning everything has been great from Eric and Kimberly working as a sales and loan team, they made sure everything was in line and easy to navigate. The house itself was built well, there are still some creaking in the floors upstairs I need to submit a ticket on, there's been several little small things from trim around the kitchen island breaking loose which I just gorilla glued them back as it's just as easy for me to fix little things like that. Lack of communication on her part was ridiculous! Started buying process 8/24 and was not informed about a project manager until home was 6 weeks from being COMPLETE! No one called me for any inspections (drywall) of which I wanted to be included in. The only way I found out anything was that I went to the house EVERY weekend since August and made a list of questions and had to contact her for answers which took days for any response. My new neighbors informed me about a project manager and weekly emails of updates on the house of which I NEVER got. Paying this price for a home should ...

I bough without a realtor, and just me and the sales office. Karl was immensely helpful in his knowledge, responsiveness and chasing down answers for me. I used a private inspector who as you would expect found things during construction, and they were addressed promptly with personal high-touch interaction with Matthew and JD, my construction managers. Now, this was not my first rodeo, but even if it were, these folks did a very nice job.

The builder delivered within the specific time frame. Our complaints were handled in efficient manner. We are. Very pleased with our house and design as well as their prices fit the middle income bracket. Our goreman was super nice and attentive. We will highly recommend Lennar to other friends.

had a great experience buying my home! Everything moved so fast and smoothly — from contract to closing. The team was professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Seems like they cut corners to hurry up job. No linen closet that was on plans. House wasnt clean when we moved in. Floors dirty garage not cleaned. Garage door step covered in mud. This is my 5th house and worst land scape job i have ever seen. Cut corners dead grass. Things just cheaply done. Problem with missing cables. Called lennar and they say not our problem. How could they do an inspection and not catch these things.

Not a Happy Experience for a First Time Buyer

Signed on the dotted line, lined up our own mortgage lender and attorney...poof...there went the customer service for Lennar's Sales Team member, Lori. No longer answered emails, didn't tell us how to get vital information regarding our home (mailbox keys, HOA info/login, etc). As soon as you use anyone but their title, mortgage or lawyers, you're dead to them & good luck. Make sure you do an independent inspection of your home prior to move in. Lennar will tell you they have an "independent" inspection but don't believe them. We found 3 code violations and multiple issues with our house, ...

I'm sure others have covered all the typical pros & cons of the home itself. The one area I find highly frustrating is moving into a new home and it backs to a future phase that has been postponed. That land which many new homeowners view everyday since it's right in their back yard has piles of trash and debris 2 stories or higher. It also has mountains of dirt at least 3 stories high. There's more but I'll digress. My understanding is that it will be a year or more before anything is done with this mess. Working with Lennar overall was positive. However, you have to understand what you are getting which is a quality spec home at a good price. You get what you get. They mass produce houses and you will have the occasional issue. Also certain things may or may not be included.

My loan officer was great, he was their every step of the way. After the sale John reached out and checked on me. Jessy was good during the walk thru but became unresponsive after the sale was final. I did not like the fact that the house I had a contract on was still been used for site tours. No walkway in the front of the house, you must walk in the grass rain or shine to get to your front door No gutters on the house bummer. Missy, our Lennar sales agent, has been absolutely fantastic. Her support throughout the home-buying process—and even after the purchase—has been exceptional. She’s been nothing short of 100%, A+ in working with her. That said, there were challenges outside of Missy’s control that have been disappointing in working with Lennar CS. We've encountered some issues with the quality of the construction. Lennar was very dishonest when it came to me having my own realtor. I was told I was filling out a form to receive updates on new home availability and later found out it locked me in with the sales office as my realtor. The project manager was great but is given limited information. Love the neighborhood but would not recommend Lennar, unless you come with a buyers agent.

This journey was amazing. I met Holly first and she showed me the availability of homes that met the criteria we discussed. She returned every phone call within minutes and was prompt for every appointment. She was very knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She was the best. Like used car salesman, they fast talk you to look over and past their work. The cm had no integrity and did not stand by his word. The Sheetrock was poorly done throughout the entire house and even after a month of work still not right.
